Arrived to find the 24 hour store locked and closed, with a back in 10 minutes sign hanging up. Apparently there are not enough employees, so when they use the bathroom they have to completely lock the store causing a line to form out front. Please hire more employees!

The lottery there is cool I usually win but stopped playing. The store is memorable because of these times. Would be cool if I could win a lot more.

There are signs everywhere to wear masks but they dont enforce it and the workers dont wear them. Yikes. When covid starts hitting Oregon like it has been other states I would Avoid this place

Went to buy a beer from this location. I handed over my id for the purchase and was then asked for the id of everyone that came in with me because of the fact the two ladies, who looked underage, walked in the doors right before I did. I wasnt even associated with them and all I have to say is I wont be shopping here again. If your looking for good beer there is a shell just up the street with a walk in freezer. I suggest going there.

Had a very poor experience here. The owner happened to be on site when I visited and they came off as very cold and almost hostile. I felt like I was a bother to them for even being there. I dont know why they would own a convenience store if they are going to act that way to their customers, it seems very counter-intuitive. Wont be returning.

This store is not requiring customers to wear masks even though it is mandated in Oregon. I asked the store employee why they were not making customers wear masks and she said her manager told her not to confront anyone whos not wearing a mask.

Would-be robbers, this place has a zero tolerance policy for weapons. They fire employees for protecting themselves, if youre looking for a good place to rob, this is it.

Pretty much the same as every other plaid pantry Ive ever been to. Cool enough stuff. Kind of dirty and cluttered with way too many things inside. But other than that its got all your same convenience items just as you would expect.

I walked into this plaid pantry and headed toward the back of the store when I heard someone yell BACKPACK several times; I was sure it was some sort of terrorist attack and he was yelling to caution everyone in the store; when I turned around the clerk looked at me and again yelled BACKPACK!! From this I made the assumption that he would like me to leave my backpack at the front counter for which I understand; however, being yelled at with no specific demand as soon as I entered the store made me feel very uncomfortable. If the manager is reading this right now please consider training your employees to be more respectful of the customer, I dont mind leaving my backpack in the front of the store but I do not like being yelled at. If I were asked politely such as Sir, please leave your backpack at the front while you are shopping I would be much happier with my experience.

Wow firing an employee for protecting himself and possibly others this is a criminal dream zone I wont shop here its not safe......

This place sucks at customers service learn to tell the difference between high schoolers and people who are not. Morons, yelling for my backpack only makes me uncomfortable and not willing to comply with there demands which I assume was leaving my backpack at the front. Please if anyone in power reads this get rid of the riffraff and Im sure you will have more business.

This is my first time stopping in at Plaid Pantry for a minor pickup of nick-nacks. The staff was friendly and professional. Thanks for your professionalism! 😎

These people will not take your state issued drivers license if you have an address change sticker. I look over 40 and went to purchase a bottle of beer and the clerk said he couldn’t take my id because of the sticker. I told him I’d moved recently and he said anybody could print that out. When I told him the DMV printed it out he refused to sell to me. This has happened twice. I don’t know what kind of tweekers are running this place but if you’ve moved and obeyed the law by changing your address, this place won’t acknowledge a sticker.I’d shop elsewhere.

Quick and easy. Some of the employees are very nice and help you with coupons .
