A sales person added an extra line with no permission, its taken me 6 months and the extra line is still on my account being charged. They couldnt import number correctly. Sold me two apple watches said no monthly fee would be added and it was, then charged me restock fee after return, never canceled extra phone line only suspended it, there fault because they couldnt import number then just left extra number hanging. I have called 6 times and been in the store twice and still have issues. I I have a business account and no one can help. Customer service is horrible they cannot hire people that speak clear English nor do they know what they are doing. I have now been on a call for 49 minutes and they still cannot get the credit added to my account. I will be looking for another carrier a.s.a.p. I am done with AT&T.

I had the best experience upgrading my phone with Bradie and Jim. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions happily. I even asked the same thing twice or three times to make sure I understood my plan and they were totally willing and positive with their responses. Highly recommend this AT&T locations.
This store committed fraud.I went to the Milwaukie, Oregon store to upgrade my phone. Was offered a $700 trade in for my old phone. The boy who was helping told me if I added an extra phone line I would receive a lower rate. After some discussion, I agreed.When my next bill came it was higher than my original plan. I called ATT to point out the mistake. Turns out ATT is offering kick-backs for every new phone line that is opened. This kid tied my new phone and $700 trade-in to the new “discount “ line so I can’t cancel it without loosing my trade-in. After being routed to 5 different customer care people, I was referred to the fraud department. After ALL this hassle, the only thing they offered was to “Write this kid up” I was told I could go to the store myself and TRY to have them fix it but they really didn’t see a way out.Tread with caution. ATT is aware this is a wide-spread problem but have refused to deal with it and certainly didn’t help me out.Shame on the Milwaukie store and shame on ATT for this BS.Anyone remember when Wells Fargo was in trouble for opening false accounts? Where’s the Attorney General?I’ve been a customer since my first cell phone in the 90s. Verizon is looking pretty good to me right now.

The sales guy never told me or my mom that they were gonna take out 267 .00 out of my account for first payment my mom put 100.00 on the phones we bought them that day so why did they take out the extra hidden fees that they never mention that to me or my mom when we were getting our new phones so be very careful they will rip you off
My experience with, Sam, Tirrell and Dali, District Manager. They made turning on my new phone seamless. In spite of medical need, Apple is dragging their heels because of COVID-19. Sam set me up with a temporary password, so I could download needed data. Their customer service skills were amazing. So refreshing in such a difficult time.
I worked with Brady. He helped me set up my new phone line and was friendly, patient, and even helped me save money.

Dali was absolutely perfect. She refused to give up and kept her cool the entire time I was there. I cannot say how excellent the customer service was at that store. Like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Too often customers write only to complain, I am one of those customers unfortunately. However i could not let this go without kudos to the entire staff. Both of them. They are excellent associates!
Not helpful at all, rude. Find a different store to go to. There was also no sanitizing in between customers.
Thank you Tirrell for being so helpful today when I added a new phone, new line, and changed our plan. I really appreciated the advice about cases and other products. The store is really nice and it was comfortable to hang out with my two kids (who werent bored thanks to the nice seating and demo phones!) while I got my data transferred to the new device.

I had some problems transferring data to a new iphone that I got at a different At&t store. I came in with my two phones and a computer and asked for help. Jason was so helpful and gracious, he solved the problem and let me wait until everything was loaded on the new iphone so I could be sure that all was good. What a positive experience after a long day!
Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite a long time - Sam and Tirell were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping with a very challenging phone hardware issue. I’d go well out of my way to use their store again.
Wow. Transferring my plan from a business plan to a personal plan took wayyy longer than it should have. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but it was a comedy of errors.Armand made it great. He was super personable and went above and beyond in helping me get the debacle resolved. Seriously some of the best customer service ever! Give that man a raise!!!
Fantastic service! The staff was eager to help and apologized for the wait. I expect to wait because what brings a customer to the store usually entails work to be done that is complicated. Staff was very polite and genuine!

When you call the store to ask about holiday hours, it gives you the option to get the store address, get the normal hours, or to talk to a representative. I talked to a representative and she asked if I had tried calling the store to ask for holiday hours, which is what led me to her in the first place. Apparently customer service does not have the information that I need, the store does. Any store that you call gives you the same option and at no point does it give you the option to simply call the store. It shouldn’t be this impossible to call a store and speak to them about a simple inquiry. This is ridiculous.

Go to an actual at&t store, it’s an affiliate store, they moved around a bunch of stuff on my plan and now I’m paying for a line I don’t even use and making payments that total 800 on a 150 lg phone I didn’t even need in the first place but the salesperson said it was a promo event where I’d get it for a dollar:/They just want to bend you over a barrel and get sales bonuses, bunch of worthless individuals
Everytime I need help with phone issues, Oak Street AT&T is one of my first stops that I make!
They lied to me about when I would receive my phone and when I called them about it the dude didnt apologize to me or even care about my problem that he caused. They dont care about you.. they just want to sell you the newest iphone and thats it. Dont expect much more customer service than that.

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE.When people talk about horrifying ATT customer service, Im pretty sure they are talking about this Oak street location. I have been with ATT since 2004, and coming to this store always makes me consider switching to another carrier.I have come here a few times with a problem (because its close to me and there is parking) but all theyve ever done is give my account a cursory glance and tell me theres nothing they can do to help me.When I go to the Clackamas Town Center location with the same issues not only do they always resolve it but they also usually manage to find me some sort of deal. Finally I have learned my lesson. I will not be back to this Oak street location again.I dont want to put people out of a job, but ATT should really look into why the employees at this Oak Street store cant be bothered to give a (bleep) about their customers
If I could give 0 stars I would. They had 1 person in the store and had multiple people waiting. 2 people left the store because they waited so long. Avoid this store.
Martin hooked it up. My screen protector broke, and I think at that point nobody technically had to replace it. He did though, cuz it seemed right. The kind of good human stuff you might not often expect to find at a massive corporation like this.

Thieves I returned an iPhone 7 here and got a replacement that was working properly and somebody stole the iPhone 7 that I returned and put the charge on my account so do not trust these people they will steal from you and they dont care about you they want your money and they want it for themselves
