Very disappointed I bought a case for 34.99 overhead her telling another customer the same case for 19.99 ?!? Pplz watch out with what she adds to your phone bill I asked for a $50 plan and and I walk out with $60 plan and I went and called customer careasked why it’s $60 when she said it’s only $50 and they said because she added insurance!!! I feel scammed teach your rep please to not scam people by raising prices to accessories!! I do not recommend working with this assistance manager she claims to be. I see a lot of new people and I feel bad because I hear customers complaining about her adding pricing higher to her accessories for her commissionsnot what metro by tmobile should be switching to another carrier and heard more customers say the same thing!!

The store manager Tim was absolutely incredible! He knew how to fix pretty much every problem I had with my phone and made the process of switching companies stream lined and easy! I live in Oregon city and there is a Metro over by where I live but I will only be doing business with this store from now on. Tim and Angela kept the store environment fun and relaxed and there was no high pressure sales tactics like you usually see in most electronic stores. Love this company and this store! Keep it up guys!

Absolutely treated as bad as Ive ever been. Rude unwilling to work with me. Went in to pay my bill. They said computer not working. I said thats okay I will come back tomorrow, bit please dont shut off my phone. Unbelievable she said she couldnt do that. Im with cricket now

I went in looking for a phone for my wife not knowing the best one to get. However there was an amazing employee by the name of BRANDON. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me on my decision based on the type of person i was shopping for. All and all i got the best deal i could get i feel because i walked out of there spending less than i expected for the whole package i got.I was very happy and impressed because the night before i went to metro inside of top to bottom off 82nd and they couldnt help me, and actually sent me away. Losing business.I would recommend only this location and if there isnot an employee by the name of Brandon working that day Just turn around and try again the next day.Written by Devin

Ive been going to this Metro for awhile now, and they have always been helpful. Today however, I went in and Jenny assisted me, and she went above and beyond to help me get a new phone. She made me feel very comfortable, answered my questions, had good recommendations, and helped me upgrade! Im very happy with the customer service there and happy with my new phone too. The best phone experience I have ever had was walking into this place yesterday. Kiefer and jennie were just amazing and so helpful 💖 Ill be going to this location from now on only. I walked in the store and there was customers in there trying to scam them after they broke their phone saying that they sold the phone to them like that which we all know they dropped it and wanted to return it. They were very rude customers and Jennie and Kiefer it took it really well and were very professional. I walked in there to get my boyfriend a phone and get him put on my friends phone plan and ended up leaving on their phone plan as well. Because if ended up being cheaper for 4 lines. They didnt try and scam me into buying anything extra and they were very open and honest about the prices. They even showed me what SmartPay was said that I could make payments instead of paying out right the price. There was also a speaker in there that was originally $120 and I got a really good deal on it, Payed less then half for it..So shut out to Jennie and Kiefer for their amazing service 👌

Jake (manager) helped me get a new cellphone for myself and my son. He helped me get my new cellphone set-up perfectly! He supported me days later when I was confused. Hes the Best!

By far the rudest employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And dumb as a post. It is illegal to force the purchase of insurance before selling a product but this store thumbs their nose at the law on a regular basis. These employees don’t even know how to read their own promotions. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store

The lady that my boyfriend and I dealt with was very rude had a terrible attitude horrible customer service and I wont be stepping foot in that particular Metro PCS not even to pay my bill.

If you have any questions and are fortunate enough to catch Jake, that is the guy to talk to. He knows his stuff in and out. I went to the metropc store on 82nd and they told me I could not use my note 9 on their network. They didnt even bother to check their computers. Jake at the location on Mcloughlin did it in 15 minutes and it only cost me 15 bucks. I was on my way a very happy customer with my working note 9.

I came in to Metro to see if they can fix a problem I had on one of my phones and I was greeted by a woman named America. She was very rude, didnt offer quality costumer service, and was little to no help at all. But! She called back what I am asuming is her manager, Alisha I believe was her name, and she was just a doll. Very kind and my previous time there she was just as perfect.

Can not have had a better service, Alicia the manager was able too retrieve everything from my old phone and put it on my new one, after running my old phone through the washing machine 👍👍
