Trying to find a supply of FS-2 starters is a bit of a task in this town. Stopping by this store was a stroke of good luck. Copious amounts of all kinds of inventory. Outdoor supplies, plumbing, electrical, and things you forgot you needed until you found them on a shelf. Stop in and shop around - check out every aisle or you will miss something and it just may be what you have been missing all along.

This ace store has it all and while their inventory levels are kept to a minimum, their algorithm for maintaining a minimum of stock is effective. Any DIYs can arrive with a list of materials during an unanticipated materials shortage weekend warrior project deadline scenario (UMSWWPDS) situation occurs with confidence that the brilliance of their ideas can be completed before the work week begins. Ace will have the items you need to complete the project at their modest 349% mark up on everything. But hey, if you want chrome plated 7/16th bolt with fine threads that is 3/4 inch long they will have that oddball!

I was told my key blank would be in on Wednesday. Went in on Friday never came in. The female manager likes to close early. I got there at 630 pm lights off doors locked but sign says closed at 7pm. Then tells you have 5 min till they close so get there early. To the manager it seems like its always time to close.

How can you not like Ace Hardware, there is a good reason, why they have been in business so long, not like sears, bye, bye. Ace, has exceptional, very knowledgeable people, I am a old man, but throughout my life, Ace has been a main stay. So, why go anywhere else? 🥂 Cheers!

Best place for advice and products! I always stop at ace first for all my home improvement projects. They have a great reward system and they are local.

All in all a good go to place for items hard to find sometimes... Many aisles with a variety of merchandise and have done a good job in filling shelves with some $$$ store items that costs more! Place is very clean and picked up.. not always staff to find items.. even with aisles marked well.... Staff seems friendly and courteous.

I arrived to this store at 6:45 pm. Their hours say 7am7:pm. Drove up and as I was getting to the door a associate runs up and locked the door. Then went over and stood by the exit door so no one could sneak in. I’m going to suggest they change the hours in the door to say 6:45pm. What a way to run a business! So I won’t ever go there again. Customer service is terrible there....

Its close to home and they always have what I need

Many items in the sale paper aren’t even available, it’s a huge bait and switch! When you ask for a rain check on the sale items, they can’t give one “due to Covid”. What a load of hooey!Also, be sure to take photos of the price on the shelf tag, and ensure that’s what gets rung up. I’ve found 2 out of 7 items mismarked, of course they over-charge, not under.All of this tells me it’s intentional!

Seems like they always have that screw or piece of hardware that no one else carries. Plus helpful staff to do the fix.

So Ace Hardware sent me a survey I filled out the survey and then they give you a selection of gift to choose from I picked my gift but yet you cannot get it I keep saying problem occurred I tried several different credit cards I’m sure they just scammed all of my numbers from me please stay away from ace hardware head to Home Depot or Lowe’s they are much better companies.

Solid choice for hardware or home improvement and repair parts. Folks wont harass you if you dont need help, but are there if you need em.

Ace hardware is a fine hardware store i recently downloaded their app and purchased a dewalt angle grinder and because i bought it online i got a good deal and i was able to pick it up from the store in person which was an ok experience it could have been better the store employee who helped me did his job well but it took a long time because he had to unlock and then repackage the display model for me because there were more in stock. I also was disappointed in the app because when i initially downloaded the app it said that i would be able to have the angle grinder shipped to me free of charge however upon trying to check out it was either going to charge me for shipping or id have to go lick it up from the store which i did...

They actually had in stock what they said they had in stock online - which is rare these days, sadly. My only complaint is that the replacement handle for the kitchen sink I needed was in with the bath sink parts.

Used to love the place, but the new manager has changed the way they work, mostly customer service. Constantly making sure the customers knows that he thinks he knows everything, talking over people, and blatantly saying no or cant help you instead of offering a solution, whether it be here or somwhere else. Sad to see this place fall, and my favorite employees leave because its changed so much.

It seems that the sketchy truck covered in fascist iconography has finally moved out of their parking lot, but I am fully convinced that the employees of this store were working with that person in some way, as they repeatedly, including multiple times while I could literally see it in their lot, lied to me about its presence in their parking lot.

Very helpful staff, someone greeted me immediately to help me find what I was looking for. And even though they didnt have the exact tool I was looking for they did their best to try to find a tool that would do the job, and when that wasnt an option they were very helpful in recommending other places that may have what I was looking for. I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service.

Great local hardware store with everything I needed without having to drive all the way to the big box stores. Prices were comparable as well. Plus the bulk screw/nut/connector/whatever-you-need selection is the BEST!

Youre intolerant to those customers who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. I needed to come to the store for a specific reason and you turned me away because I cannot wear a mask you told me to shop elsewhere. That is terrible customer service. It is against the mandate to refuse to serve a customer who cannot medically wear a mask. I will no longer shop there even after the mandate is lifted you dont really care by your customers if you did you would accommodate them. If you believe youre being so well protected by the masks that youre wearing then a customer not wearing a mask a should be fine.

I get Covid and all, but nothing frustrates me more than a company who shuts their doors early because the employees want to go home. I got here 15 minutes before closing needing one thing, but they had already locked the doors and were chillin by the doors, but said they were already closed. It’s posted right on the door saying they are open till 7pm. All your webpages say you are open till 7. As 7 o’clock rolls around while I am typing this, 4 employees walk out and leave.

For the çraft person or hobby person. They have a lot of tools, painting and brushes and rollers, nuts and bolts, chains and ropes, hvac supplies, garden paraphanelia, barbeque implements, and safety supplies. A really interesting place in my opinion.

It took a while to figure out some of the hose fittings for the project I am working on but the employee stayed with me and really listened to what I told him that I wanted to do.In addition I needed to fill a propane tank and a different employee removed the tank from my car and put it back after he filled it, great service!!!

Ive been pleasantly surprised by how often Ace Hardware has had exactly the item I need. Its certainly a much quicker experience than going to a big box home improvement store.I also like how Ace has stores in so many small towns in Oregon.

I usually stop by and theres great cashiers but this guy. once I thought ok he might have a bad day, but today I had to asked him for my money back.. and I told him why and all he said was Ok.... this is unacceptable.. ifyoure not happy just go home..youre not happy just go home. unbelievable...

Good selection hardware store. Came for fasteners for kitchen drawers. Have come here mostly for fasteners and garden plants. Not many staff here however.

Walked around for almost an hour, kind of aimlessly, but I have that determined look about me that makes me look like I know what I am there for. Finally asked a guy, who had just got done telling his story about how he had been there for a long time, my question. He seemed like he had no clue what he was talking about and gave his opinion on the subject. I wonder what training is like for this place. They should audit their employees and see how much they have retained atleast.

Epic fail. Customer service lacks. Training someone new to make keys, she learns nothing and ends up walking away. Why bother hiring lazy people with attitudes that dont want to work? Not impressed with my experience today. Will go elsewhere.
