This store has an incredibly helpful staff and the owner is friendly and always goes above and beyond.

I have kept a mailbox at this store for 20+ yrs. The owner(Nabil) is especially nice and very good at his job....excellent customer service. Whatever I needed was always taken care of in a timely and respectful manner. And they always get the mail in the right box . I had to move out of state or I would have kept my box another 20 yrs (:Thanx Nabil and your staff....

I was shipping a package that needed a better box. The service rep was kind and very helpful. He found the right size box and once repacked I was amazed at the difference. It even ended up costing me less after purchasing the new box. I was amazed at his efficiency and professionalism and was given shipping options, costs and delivery times. I received an email confirmation when the package was received Customer service couldn’t be better and I was very pleased.

Easy enough. Used for amazon returns and was generally pleasant overall. I like that they’re open until 6:30 as it gives me enough time to get there comfortably. Good location and easy parking.

I have been to this store and was so impressed with the person who helped me. He was so kind and helpful. He faxed something for me and I had to come back to do it again, because I gave him the wrong number. He gladly did it again for free. I also was very tired from caring for a family member and he was so kind/supportive and gave me sincere hug when I left with some beautiful words of wisdom. Such an amazing experience that was not expected at all. He is a example of how we all should be.

Always knowledgeable and friendly folks there. The owner is usually there and quick to greet me when I come in. I appreciate that they will pack stuff for me so I dont have to buy stuff to do it at home and then throw away whatever I have left over. One thing I wish they would add is a push button controlled door. If you have a bulky item the door can be kind of a hassle to manage. I have noticed that other customers near the door are quick to help out if youre struggling with it. Nice community place.

I use this store often both for mailing and copying. Always helpful, pleasant and quick. This UPS store is close to my work, so convenient too. Parking is never an issue.

While both owners were good and accommodating, the new owner has transformed the store making it more well run and inviting. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help. I highly recommend this location for all of your physical address mail box, USPS mailing, UPS shipping and light business center needs.

Nabil is the new owner of this store and he runs it very efficiently. His store is organized and clean. As a small business owner, I come in frequently to get things printed and he always has it done correctly and on time. Occasionally, hell see me park in front of the store and he meets me at he counter with my prints in his hand. Now thats service!

The UPS store in the Milwaukie Market Place makes mailing packages so simple. They are most helpful, and considerate of my needs. I wouldnt go any where else!

Very rude. I asked for an extra piece of tape to affix my shipping label, and I was told to just put my package on the counter. When I asked to have a receipt for proof of my shipment, I was told that I dont need that, and it is exactly the same as the one on my Amazon account. It doesnt matter if its the same or not, I asked for a copy of the receipt with proof of shipment so if something happened to my package, Id still get a refund from Amazon. Will drive out of my way to a better store next time!!

Staff is friendly but they charge $5 just to pick up a package even if its UPS shipped. Also lost a package that tracking said was delivered. Nothing I could do about that, money and christmas gifts down the drain. I wont transact here again.

Worse communication skills ever. I called this store because their address is listed on the door tag left on my door 2 days in a row. My wife signed the back of first door tag to allow the driver to leave the package at our door. Today, the 2nd door tag was left.Joe claiming to be the owner was very rude, would not listen to what I was saying and kept interrupting me. I couldnt even speak to get the information I needed as he kept speaking over me.

I appreciate this store so much. Its like having a post office right here in Ardenwald. They are always friendly, exceptionally helpful, and professional - way, way more so than at the downtown Milwaukie post office. Did you know you can drop USPS packages off here until 5:30? I go here a few times a week, and have never had anything but excellent experiences. Shipping supplies are expensive at all UPS stores - try Walmart for the cheapest boxes.

They didnt do anything other ups stores do to ensure your packages goes where it needs to. Didnt take my address, print a legible label, or ask me if I wanted the sticky notes I had put for myself taped down onto my package. He seemed like he just wanted me to leave and never made sure I was okay with what he was doing. It was fast but not quality service. I sell art and my packages are now uninsured, look sloppy, and have no return address in case they cant read my stickynote. Will not go back again.

I wanted to send package out to Iowa through UPS for holidays. this location wanted $54.00, although the online calculation was only $29.00. according to the store staff ( possibly the owner) the online UPS site rates are always wrong! I didnt believe him, specially when he said post office rate would be even higher $105.00. I took it to the Sellwood store and shipped it for the same price as the site calculation $ 29.00, package size, weight, value and method all the same! I think this could be price gouging practice during the holiday season by this store or just simply charging more then other UPS stores.

Absolutely hideous experience terribly rude Asian man who claims to be the owner. Wouldnt listen to a word I said and refused to give me my package. I tried showing him the information that said it was my package and he refused to look at it or listen to me. I was trying to explain how the location on the ups tag was written so sloppy that I was sent to a ne Portland location, instead of listening this man cut me off he was so rude I would never ever go here again. I left furious and without my package!!

Little hooky to charge someone over $30 bucks to ship 2 items weighing less the 1 pound each. and yes shipped seperate. so 15 bucks ea for less then Lb..... paid it because it was literally my only option to send it out that night. But after researching asking and finding out i could of saved 20 bucks going to the USPS man never again first time shipping learned my lesson. The guy was nice and respectful and helpful however. nice location just a bet more spendy i think being its family owned not cooperate.

Absolutely horrible. Had some shredding done and for 3 bags, they charged me $52. Was so sick about it I called several other UPS stores and the most any of them would have been was $36. With a low of $25. Stay away from this place.

I went to this UPS to drop off some packages, I got there 5 minutes before closing but the door was locked and all the lights were off. It looked like they had been closed a little while. There was no sign on the door saying closing earlier, employees made the decision to close before their posted close time.

Ignore old reviews! This place is under new ownership and they are shady business practicers! They hide certain shipping offers from the USPS so they get a higher percentage of the sale. I used to do business daily with this store but it breaks my heart to see greedy businessmen taking advantage of their local community.

I went to the UPS store,.bought UPS packaging, was told 1 to 2 days by ground, thinking it was going to be shipped UPS, well it got shipped USPS after 3 days I called this store where I shipped the package from and was told would be there the next day, Day 4 the package still hasnt arrived and so I miss my 5 year old nieces birthday by at least 3 days, Sorry doesnt cut it !!
