I ordered an oat milk brown sugar latte and OH MY GOD - It was so delicious. They have absolutely amazing espresso and drip brew coffee too. Vegan pastries! I love this place! All they need is a little art.

This spacious new cafe was a wonderful place to drink good coffee and read a book for an hour over the weekend! The extensive menu had the basics covered, as well as some creative choices Id love to try soon.I tried the brown sugar latte, chai latte, and morning bun. All were delicious.We also had great service and loved talking to the barista! I was in a really indecisive mood and she was super friendly. Definitely coming back!

They have the sippy cup!! Honestly, this is just more pleasant to drink from than a straw -- the environmental impact is just a bonus. Anyway, the iced vanilla latte in the cup is great too. Its not overly acidic like some of the smaller coffee shops in the Twin Cities.Weve also tried their pastries, and the blueberry muffins are delicious. Theres a little more brown sugar to them than Id prefer, but still tasty enough Id buy them again! Happy to have them open again.As for COVID: they have limited outdoor seating (which wasnt full when I was there), and masks are required when you arent at a table. They also take NFC payment (GooglePay, ApplePay, etc.).

Absolutely great experience here. Andrew and Alicia were very personable and took care with my entire experience. Alicia made a damn good coffee. Highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable new shop to sit and enjoy a well-made latte. Excellent espresso. Love the window seating. Terrific vegan pastries. Great music. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable baristas that actually seem interested in serving their customers.

Coffee tasted good and the staff was very nice! I actually came to this location because I loved their Fargo location so much when I lived there for a few years. I will have to say, I’m pretty sad they don’t have their signature sourdough toast and fresh loaves of bread! I would argue that is what gave them an edge in Fargo because of their quality ingredients - avocado toast, almond butter toast, vegan cream cheese and tomato... I will also say that there are very few outlets, so if you go there to work, be sure to bring a fully-charged laptop. Nonetheless I will return to this Young Blood location with all my money if they start selling delicious toast!

So happy to be one of the first customers a couple weeks ago. I love their Fargo location so I was anxious for this spot to open. Beautiful space, delicious matcha and coffee. And to my surprise they stock amazing vegan pastries! Can’t wait for my next trip to Minneapolis.
