Ive used Caribou off and on for many years and its usually always good the dark hot chocolate I had today on a bike ride really warmed me up and the people were excellent thanks caribou

Excellent coffee and bagel. I stopped in for the coffee and catch up with some computer work.I make a point of stopping in every time I am in town.

Chain coffee place. Shouldnt be any surprises with the menu or quality if youve ever been to one of these places.This location is a bit weird to get into. Although parking is in front of the place, you have to go around the building in a left hand spiral until you can navigate the one-way path around the building back to the front of the building. Watch out for the drive-through traffic.Currently limited dine-in seating.May 2021

Always the fastest and friendliest service here! They always have treat for my dog and are quick with all the orders. After going to other locations, makes me truly appreciate this one and the best staff there.

Getting into the driveway of this place is chaos. People are coming in the wrong way so you have to back out of a one-way to leave. They messed my drink up twice. I didnt bother to correct them the second time. They need to do better.

Today is Thursday September 16th 2021 I just had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a coffee shop but let alone caribou. I was humiliated by Sarah one of the managers, I literally almost burst into tears she was so rude I probably frequent this place once or twice a week and never had any issues until she took my order today. what a nightmare, I hope Sarah can learn from this experience. She knows what she did.

Its a really quick drive though, they are really nice too!

This Caribou as per the brand is as good as the many others in the Twin Cities. A really good location between the lakes and next to an ice cream shop, which makes it a prime spot to stop on a hot day mid run or bike ride.

Parking can be cumbersome depending what angle you come in and the parking lot itself is pretty small but they do have everything you need and the bathrooms and lobby is open as of October 2020.

Pros: I ordered in advance with the app which is very easy to use (and shows me my points and what I can use them for).I had a large latte with oat milk. I LOVE the oat milk Caribou uses: it is exactly sweet enough. So my drink felt like a really delicious treat.Pick-up from the drive through was easy, just told them at the order station that I pre-ordered and gave them my name. They had my order ready at the window.The staff person at the window was friendly (in an appropriately brief way) and sincerely wished me a good day.Con: The drive-through line was long.

Good coffee spot near the lake. Nice and quiet, great atmosphere..they need to keep more attention on keeping the place clean..because people constantly walk in and out, tables need to wipe out more often and bathroom need to keep clean.

The people who are taking orders for the drive thru are always so friendly!

The coffee is good. Its Caribou, so thats always good. And they are locally owned so I like to support. However, every time I go into this specific location there seems to be a problem, and they are not real great about taking ownership and providing good customer service to resolve the issue. We always get there eventually, but I wish it didnt happen in the first place.

Hard to navigate, but the people and product are delightful and flavorsome.

Probably my favorite Caribou. The parking/ entering/ exiting of the parking lot can get complicated. Nice spot to walk or bike too when you are near the lake. The staff is so incredibly friendly. Shout out to KIM (who i am pretty sure is the manager) She is SO friendly, upbeat, and positive no matter how crazy busy it is! Great job Kim!! Will always come back :)

Today I tried the pumpkin chai latte. It was really good. Staff was friendly and the place was neat and clean.

Stellar coffee shop for studying! I came here for an iced coffee before a trip to Lake Nokomis and was very pleased with the service and atmosphere. One of the baristas even offered to throw away someones cups and get them a cup of water. Highly impressed- will come again.

Came in for 4 drinks and the drinks were great but the customer service was terrible.. Went in didnt really feel welcomed then when we ordered and asked for a drink carrier and got ignored. Finally after asking 3 times I finally got one..I understand talking to employees is fun and I totally understand it but when you have zero customers I just want a better customer service experience

I brought my own mug for the coffee of the day and was not charged correctly(even with getting the trivia correct!) I don’t think the guy behind the counter knew how to properly it ring up or the machine was giving him a hard time but he seemed flustered.

Caribou coffee is my favorite. Go to this location frequently as it is close to home. Always fast service. Pleasant places to sit and enjoy the coffee.

I normally love caribou but did not have a good experience here. Asked the guy at the register for a bagel and he said “those are only for display, we don’t sell them.” He never gave any other options. Then my friend orders a drink. We wait for 10 minutes and no drink shows up. Finally another worker asked her what she is waiting for. When she told them, they didn’t know anyone was waiting for this drink and had to make it. In all, not a good experience and won’t be returning to this location due to bad customer service.

Big regional chain owned by an international conglomerate. This once was local, but no longer. Ill give it this - they have better coffee than starbucks. Still, Id recommend a local place where most of your money will keep working for the region instead of being funneled as much as possible into the parent company, based in Luxembourg. Besides, the food is more or less of the mass produced fast food variety.

I love Caribou Coffee!! They make the best blended cold press. The only downside is the price continues to go up so I continue to go there less.

I love the employees here, and Im a regular. Today I forgot to bring my wallet, and they bought me my hot chocolate. Simply awesome. Couldnt believe it. Keep it up!

One of my favorite Caribou locations. The team is incredibly friendly and does a great job. Great outdoor seating and a drive-through window too.

Not once have I gone here and not have my order screwed up or completely forgotten. Management really needs to get their staff trained better. Admittedly it has been over a year since I stopped going a year ago, so maybe its gotten better. Ill update if it has.

Best Coffee in town!

Coffee was pretty good the service was fast even though there was a crazy long drive-thru line. Would definitely come back for coffee in the morning and a sandwich. Reasonable prices and friendly staff

The drinks here are usually perfectly done, however sometimes the staff could be nicer. Sometimes I feel like I am bothering them by just being there, sometimes I am completely ignored.

This is my favorite spot to sit at and work if I can find a spot. All the staff are great especially the one they call Bandana Sam? I think thats her name. Shes genuine when she asked how youre doing. I visit Caribous all over the Twincities but this will forever be my go to.

You know. Its a Caribou. Its mostly fine. The staff kick ass. The only issue is the place kinda smells bad at the south end of the main room and the hall to the bathroom.

This is my favorite Caribou in Minneapolis. The place is always clean, the staff knowledgeable, and the best hours of any Caribou in town. Only downside side to this location is the parking if you want to hang out there.

Friendly at the register. After taking the order, no one talks to you. The wrong drink was delivered. No follow up. No eye contact. I waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was standing there with a question. Six people working behind the counter. They dont care at this time/location.

This is a great Caribou, in terms of the interior. They have everything you can expect from a Caribou, and the service is awesome also.One big upside is the fact that they have a drive-through, not something every coffee shop has the privilege of having. Don’t come during rush hour though, because it will be backed up into the street, and take forever. I don’t think that’s the downside though, it’s just pretty obvious.The only actual downside (and this isn’t really their fault, but it still is part of the overall rating of this Caribou) is the parking issue. It is just located in a place that cannot offer any more than just a few parking spots. What you might do alternatively is park at the grocery store just half a block down or less, and just walk over. There is ice cream next-door also, the combination can’t be beat!

Friendly guy..but my white chocolate mocha was swiss miss-ish and nasty stale coffee in caramel high rise. Skip this Caribou.

Quite possibly the worst run Caribou in the metro. Consistently long lines in drive through and in store. Drive thru will frequently stop for 10 or more minutes. Seems like they can’t queue drinks properly, and certainly never have ability to keep up with demand.

Coffee was way too sweet and not presentable. However it is a nice location and the staff were friendly.

Quick, convenient, and welcoming with lots of seating this Caribou is a great place to meet someone our sit down and work for a while. They give a free refill on coffee if you ask!
