I walked into the store in need of a computer,and the manager greeted me and was very friendly and very helpful on guiding me in the right direction on what I need and what my best options were. I have worked with Sara at RentAll for about 7 years off and on. She has always been understanding when it comes to payments and has always been a friendly face. When it comes to furniture she always has great stuff. Right now my apt looks like something out of the showroom. Five stars all the way!!!

Sara set me up quickly and zero headaches. Rental furniture was delivered and set up with no hassles. Furniture was also in great shape. Delivery people were fast, professional and not a single scratch on my wall.

A few months ago, i went in and got a TV (Samsung 65in 4K). Sara and her team were very helpful, as they always have been in the past. I will be doing business with them in the future. Great place and great service. If you are in need of anything, go there.

I got furniture from there and at first the were helpful and friendly. i have been making my payments on time via money order and mailing it in and now they say they have to send me to collections because they have recieved my money ordersI dont reccomend them at all they have become rude and unprofessional asking me to send more money to them after I have already sent my monthly payments to them.And before anyone says anything my money orders have been cashed and I do not have a card to make payments onI would recommend going toAarons to rent your furniture they have a bigger and better selection a much friendlier staff and always process my payments for my furniture

RentAll in Minot, is one of the finest rental places I have ever visited. It has a full service moving option where the rental workers move the items that you have rented from the store to your home and they pick them up from your home when you are finished renting them as well. The workers are super friendly and very helpful. The Manager maintains a great work environment and has the expectation that her workers provide the best experience for the customers. i highly recommend this business for all of your rental needs.

I love Sara Jager... Best manager at this business. I have been renting with rent All since 2013 and the company has been through manager after manager... the old ones would lose paperwork or no communication but not Ms. Sara; she’s willing to help the customers anyway possible. She understands if a payment is late because things do happen, she’s willing to work with you as long as you (customer) inform her of what’s going on. I feel as if I’ve known her forever and I just met her last year.. Please don’t get rid of her EVER!!! Keep it up Sara.. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way around 😘😘😘😘😘

I love this store. Sara is so awesome. I have been renting from her for a year paid everything off but my sectional. I recently got diagnosed with cancer and fell behind on my payments. Sara stepped right up for me and is working with me so I dont lose it. You cant go wrong with them. I cant say enough about Sara and her crew just absolutely the best people Ive met.

I moved my family 1400 miles across the US to Minot, ND in a last minute job offer on the table. After arriving in Minot I was immediately looking for some rental furniture for our apartment. Sara was right there by my side asking about budget helping me in every step of the process. Sara and her staff were always calling me to advise me of new deals in the store to help aid in my purchase. Sara had always been there when I had a question and was will to work MY schedule to help me in my selections.
