I have had cricket service as a backup service. Ive also had credits on my bill and now I was double charged. Ive called customer support 3xs and had 2 call backs. One I missed the 2nd caller hung up on me. I have 5 active lines. If my money doesnt hit my account by end of business, I will have 0 active lines!!. Cricket sucks save your money and get anything else!!!
The last there was so helpful. She actually looked at my phone and made some changes that needed to be made. So happy. 😀😀
Ive been with cricket for quite awhile now and I am switching service I am very tired of weak service and I have constant data issues when I have the most expensive plan they offer! Also I would like I was asked to contact the store about this issue it was not resolved at all in fact it has gotten worse I am definitely switching service my plan is up today I highly suggest going else whe re for service!
My visit was great! The girl was super nice and helped me with all my questions. Great sales girl for sure. Very recommended.
Great phone selection and great customer service. This store has the best hospitality around. I been to a bunch of cell phone stores and sometimes they dont make you feel welcome, but when you walk in to this store they welcome you with open arms. Plus there service is amazing. I love cricket wireless. I always recommend cricket wireless to everyone I can.
Terrible customer service and the lady tights very very slowly when shes trying to help people and shes like she looks like shes always confused.
My experience in this particular cricket store was awesome. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant as I brought my phone from Verizon to Cricket. They were patient with me and very informative on all the cricket services. I will be frequenting this store for all of my cricket needs!
I enjoy the unlimted video from japan i get with my unlimited data. Christine and Michelle were a great help. The service is great and i give it 5 stars
ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT COMPANY. Dont expect the company to do anything for you. The store and the phone customer service have completely different ideas on how to port your phone number over. In the end I cant get my money back and they dont care that i cant make or receive phone calls and texts.
The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable & not pushey about their phones (Tyler was a big help to me).
Not a corporate store which limits ability to help customers.Beyond rude staff, and even more biligerent managers. This place is a hole in the wall that should be avoided, which is not a comentary on cricket, just this particular authroized dealer. Ive had multiple bad experiences at the Cricket in Minot.... stay FAAAAAARRRRRR away.
I love the customer service best cricket store I have been to so far keep up the good work
I bought a cricket phone from last August and couldnt get it activated .I was on the verge of throwing it in the bin and I went to the Minot cricket store on broadway and it paid off .The two ladies were awesome Michelle and Tiana best customer service representatives and one of them had actually visited my country,Jamaica.
The phones may be a little more expensive,in my perspective, than most companies but the quality of the service is well worth the extra thats spent on a phone. Its the only cell service that has never let me down!
My name is Allen Hazen.I had Cricket Wireless service for.... 7 days. Thats it. Here is my story. This is not a ping against the store at all. Friendly folks and they tried to help.If anyone knows a damned thing about Minot North Dakota, you know we live in Cell Phone hell. We dont get #3 and #4, T-Mobile and Sprint. Our options are limited to the expensive AT&T, and Verizon.Meet Cricket, owned by AT&T. Aggressive pricing (Unlimited High Speed data at... $70 USD).The store warned me my speeds would be capped at 8Mbps on LTE and 4 on 4G HSPA+ at 4Mbps. Fine. They also warned me that I cannot connect to partner towers. Fine. I just wanted a cheap plan, that offered unlimited data, and allowed me to swap phones whenever. Now, I work up on Minot Air Force Base. I like to watch youtube and listen to music to pass time at work, and while working out. When we have downtime, both get me through the day. However, I noticed something.... Very strange. On Minot Air Force Base, I was not able to connect to 4G LTE services. I was highly perplexed. This lead to a phone call with Cricket.I called up this store, and they told me come in and well do a reset, or call the Cricket Customer Service. So I did. I want to tell you, Cricket Customer Service is about the most brain dead customer service I have seen since Sprint back in 2011.First guy apologizes, and gives me a $5 credit, and does nothing, I cannot understand him, he cannot understand me. I get on with Online Chat, highly frustrated. They perform a service reset. Nothing. Still on 3G HSPA.So I call the store. They have a service reset done. Nothing. Still 3G HSPA.Crickets official Customer Support Team basically feeds me this answer Its a bring your own device phone, not an official Cricket Device. You need an official Cricket Device for us to guarantee service!I have a Nexus 6, Unlocked. Specifically the Motorola Nexus 6 XT1103. There are only 2 models in existence in the entire world, the XT1100, for the rest of the world, and the XT1103 for North America. The North America version has full CDMA capabilites (Sprint, Verizon), and full GSM capabilities (Except LTE Band 30, but this is for AT&T advanced LTE services, currently rolling out in test cities, nothing too major). So when fed the line of Its your phone., I became furious. I made another trip to the store, and purchased a cheap 4G Phone for the purpose of testing out this mysterious phone error. The Cricket phone did as promised, it connected to 4G HSPA+. I am now scratching my head. Why? Why did that Piece of (insert your favorite phrase here) connect to 4G HSPA+, a step up from 3G HSPA, and mine cannot?Bottom line, do not be fooled by the Bring your device to us!!! Its wonderful!!!. I have a phone from Verizon, that works 100% on AT&T. Its the same exact phone that AT&T sells, that the Google Play Store sells. Google treated the Nexus 6 like the iPhone, ensuring that each company could not load its usual uninstallable bloatware junk on it, and that it was unlocked and not limited to a specific carrier.Getting this treatement, from Crickets customer service left an awful taste in my mouth. One that will NEVER wash out, ever.I went into an official AT&T store today. I asked about that tower, to ensure that I was not crazy. AT&T, the owners of Cricket Wireless told me the rest of the puzzle. They said that The tower on Minot Air Force Base is not owned by us. Both Verizon and AT&T use it, and both Verizon and AT&T Postpaid customers have dominance over the tower. After that comes AT&T and Verizon Prepaid customers. After that, its free game to our partners. So its no surprise to me that you could not connect to LTE, that tower is quite a busy tower.I had high hopes for Cricket, and after being treated like a 2 year old from customer service, who defaulted to Buy one of our (insert something smelly here) phones, or your services will not work right. After treatment like that, Ill stick to AT&T, who treats BYOD customers with respect, and supports them.
Never open on time your fired
