Ive always had a really good experience when I go here. Customer service is always amazing and they almost always have what Im looking for. If they dont, they see if its available at different locations/online.
Helpful staff and if not available in store will help with ordering online. I had a great exchange experience on a defective ps4 controller.
This is a really cool little store with lots of gaming options available for you to choose from. The staff was very helpful when 8 was ordering a new controller for my Xbox one x.
If you really want to help out the store go in person and shop. Help to get jobs in town instead of sending them off somewhere else.
You go in and the vibe seems like hurry n get out.
My favorite store for gaming. The ladies that work here are true Gamer Girls and know their products well. Id give 5 stars, but...when trying to warranty a game controller I was told there was no warranty. I had to go and find my original receipt to prove that it was (one of the guys, I guess he felt that the money was coming out of his own pocket) Nearly always a great experience here.
Local shop has good customer service.
This is my favorite GameStop in town. The folks there are very knowledgeable and approachable. They arent the type to overwhelm you when you walk in and pressure you to buy things you dont want. They have great recommendations if you need suggestions for games or accessories! Jenna is an amazing store manager and makes that store great!
Thank you for being the only place in town wheee I could wait outside and get a series x Xbox!
I love this Game Stop location; the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and offer great recommendations without being pushy or or tricking customers. Everyone employee at this location are gamers at heart and overall awesome human beings. In fact, one lady helped a customer who was being scammed and she helped to direct the customer to the correct authorities. That was awesome because she could have easily ripped the customer off. Anyways, I have never had a problem at this location and would highly recommend doing business here!!!!!
Was a good experience, been shopping there for a long time, one of my favorite stores
The best GameStop in town. With the newly added amount of figures, collectables and other gaming related items, this is a nicer compared to the other location. Its nice to cut the crowd and busy parking lots of the mall.
I prefer this one over the mall store. The staff are usually more inviting and friendly. My new SAO figures they sold me look great. Its nice to have the power up points but sometimes the new games are cheaper next door at Walmart. Mainly the switch games which werr $10 less last time I looked. But we got to support our local GameStop stores.
Great variety of games from current generation. Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. New and pre-owned. Have never had a problem with their pre-owned merchandise. Store has diversified into having quite a bit of collectibles. Unfortunately, I only have so much money to spend. There is almost always something I want, and have to wait until a later date to acquire.
Im not much a gamer but the sales guy was totally helpful in helping me find Games to my liking. I appreciate his patience.
They say first impressions last forever...As soon as I entered the store I was greeted buy an associate named Jenna ID#174254 who was more than happy to answer all of my questions and was friendly and courteous. After my 6th or 7th time shopping there I learned that Jenna is the manager and like herself she has a great staff working throughout the store. Ive had to special order a time or two, but the order comes on time and Ive never had problems with the order being wrong or damaged. It is a small store, but I can tell you its always clean, friendly staffed, and the prices are fare. Stop by and see for yourself.
Super friendly and knowledgable staff
This is like any other Gamestop. The crew is helpful and knowledgeable. However, if you just walk down a couple of steps and go to Walmart. You can buy the same Xbox controller for $15 cheaper.
Xbox 1 for 170 bucks good price
I sent my boyfriend in to get the PlayStation VR headset and told him to make sure to get a new set. They handed him a pre-owned set instead. The lenses were streaked and dirty and even after attempting to clean them they were still streaked. The picture was muddy at best and it made me super sick when I played Skyrim. The actual VR headset is supposed to come with good quality headphones the ones included were the white cheap tinny sounding ones and a microfiber clothe which we didnt get. We were supposed to receive a clip as well for the camera part of the VR but that wasnt included either. It was just the headset, connecting cords and awfully cheap earbuds. If youre gonna bait and switch your customers like that thats fine. We wont be shopping at your location again. Well returning the VR headset and getting a new one at Walmart.
Polite and knowledgeable staff more than willing to help but not pushy
My grandkids love this place
Not great. But if you still play console games.
I love Gamestop. Their freindly and fair.
Very helpful with Christmas ideas for grandkids
Me and my friend were constantly being watched by an employee behind the counter while we browsed the aisles, as if we were shoplifting or something. We both walked out, didnt buy anything because of the high prices, and havent been back since.
I really didnt buy anything in here but it was a nice place to stop and look around
Nice people to give advice
Great variety of games, consoles, toys, and cards
That lady is racist
