Delicious! Breakfast sandwich was incredible. The bread was fresh and oh so good. Coffee was made to order and plenty of indoor seating with space between tables. Service was quick and staff friendly.

This little place is a gem! Food is excellent and atmosphere even better. I had the breakfast sandwich and my wife had the grilled bacon and cheese. Both of us loved our meals. I had their bread before they had a physical location and remembered how good it was. Definitely recommend!

A great little coffee stash. It is very roomy with 10 to 15 tables. The music is on the light side mostly and it’s not blaring so I can’t hear each other talk. It is a quaint place with a relaxing atmosphere.As for the coffee, I have found it very comparable to Caribou coffee. The pricing is reasonable and the coffee is delicious. It’s not overpowering the strong and at the same time it will give you you’re needed caffeine buzz. All in all, I will say is a great experience and I’m pleased every time I stop in! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I go to Prairie sky breads every Sunday afternoon for lunch coffee and board games. We love all the food every pastry, sandwich, cup of soup and pizza Ive had from here its always been delicious! Some of the friendliest most welcoming staff that Ive ever met. This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in Minot!

Very friendly, great avocado toast, cinnamon rolls and coffee. Minot has some of the best restaurants. PSB is one of my go-to coffee shops.

One of my favorite spots in Minot! Their lunch options are all amazing. Today I had a Turkey, Swiss and Cranberry Sandwich with a Cup of Loaded Potato Soup, Im not trying to be dramatic but I literally think it was the best sandwich ever. It was so good, with the right amount of ingredients on it. I have also had caramel rolls and chocolate chip cookies which were equally delicious.

I went on a recommendation from a friend since I am on a gluten free lifestyle and I just had the best scone I have ever had. It didnt even taste dry or weird. Raspberry lime scone was awesome. They have gluten free Fridays and can call to reserve bread loaves. Havent tried that yet but I will. I was also able to look at the allergen listing for bakery goods and they are free from all top major allergies.

My wife and I stopped in for coffee and breakfast.....what an awesome experience! Fresh brewed, no literally just brewing coffee, and an amazing breakfast sandwich. Great atmosphere and experience. Wishing you all the success you can handle we will be back!!

Tonight was our first visit to Prairie Sky Bread. What a wonderful place. Only the pizza was available tonight and it didnt dissapoint!! Great place to visit and eat.

Absolutely the best! Friendly staff, very little wait time, and products are amazing (both coffee and food). I personally suggest their cold brew coffee. Wakes me up without fail every time. Will choose them over Starbucks any day!

Love this place! Great environment, I love their food options and they make great coffee. I am so excited to have this place in Minot. Also the bread is amazing, I had to buy some to bring home after my second visit. Also the customer service is great! No complaints here.

Such a cute place with delicious bread and mochas! My husband and I have enjoyed the visits we’ve made so far. The children’s play area is also so cute and great for our baby to play in. There is a poppy scone that is absolutely delicious! It is soft and delicate with some extraordinary flavor! I also love that there are so many locally sourced things.My only critique is that the play area is a little dirty with dirt on the floor. If that area were to be cleaner I would give 5 stars.Definitely recommend Prairie Sky Breads. We are excited for summer when we can walk there after church to enjoy some coffee and one of those yummy soft scones!

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! Had the hot roast beef sandwich and it was so fresh and delicious I would highly recommend this place!!! I also had the ginger kombucha drink it was amazing as well! Great service, I will definitely be back!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had at Prairie Sky Bread.On our short visit to Minot we were able to make two trips to the charming location. The first time we went we had Chef Steph’s homemade and absolutely delicious sausage and biscuits! I was in love!I had to make sure to make a second trip before we left! We tried a caramel roll and some toast with butter! I was blown away and had to take home two loaves of bread with me to MN.I know when I am in town, stopping at PSB is a must!

Very trendy place. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and the strawberry shortcake. The pizza was good, and the shortcake was really good. My boys thought it was really cool that they could watch the cook make the pizzas. The dinning room was a little cramped, but the place was packed when we were there. Very clean. Very nice people. I would say it is a place everyone should try.

They are such an added benefit to our downtown. So glad to see them being successful. Would suggest anybody visiting Minot to definitely stop in

The pizza was fantastic. The crust was so flavorful and the texture was perfect - the toppings were just a bonus on top of a perfect crust. I took my kids back a few days later for an after-school snack. They both had caramel rolls which they quickly demolished. The place is inviting and open, and you can tell theyve put a lot of thought into the space.

We enjoyed how they sold more thank just bread! They have amazing grilled cheese sandwiches Rubens pizza soups. Don’t get me started on the sweets! They also have wine, beer, coffee, espresso, and latte’s. Great variety and nice feel to the place! Great place to relax or meet up with a friend.

So much goodness here for all day. Their scones are amazing (blackberry lime and white chocolate raspberry are my favorites) plus toast specials (the goat cheese and cucumber and the avocado and bacon are so good). Their grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch are worth dreaming about and I recently had their breakfast pizza (eggs on pizza? Yes please!) for dinner. Also, the cold brew coffee is delicious, but the best thing about this place is all the great things they do for the community like their Fight February events. And this is all just in their first month - I can’t wait to see what they do for their many years to come!!

My absolute favorite bakery ever. Everyone who works there is super nice and the food is superb.

This downtown coffee spot was the only one open after 6pm. I tried one of their homemade caramel rolls and a salted caramel mocha frap, both of them sticky & caramelly delicious.

Eaten here four times since they’ve opened a month ago!I don’t even find out what’s on the pizza of the week anymore because they’re so good! Bread is outstanding- love the jalapeño!! It’s especially great for take-home to make grilled cheese! My kids beg for scones whenever we are there- or cinnamon buns- or cookies. And gluten-free options are delicious.

Good coffee. Great baked goods. Friendly, hard working, and fast thinking staff. All around great experience and it ended with a happy tummy and a smile on my face. Highly recommend bringing home bread or scones....trust me, you won’t regret it!!

Full disclosure, the owners and staff of Prairie Sky include include a number of the individuals that I count among my very nearest, dearest friends. But still, if you cant trust my opinion on whether you should get coffee and a scone (or A PIZZA!) then I just dont know who you can trust. This bakery is the perfect addition to the magical landscape that is downtown Minot.

We ordered from them based on google reviews. I think either most of these reviewers are friends and family, paid for or just people with no taste buds.Girlfriend liked the idea of community supported what ever that meanssince she still had to pay for food and it was not cheap at all.My girlfriend a native of Minot ordered and we went for curbside pick up. Sandwiches were supposed to be on a baguette (according to the pictures) instead they were on some doughy bread ( I assume that was their half baked attempt at sour dough) that was just mushy and not baked. Roasted beef that I had that smell of being old and was wrapped in saran wrap.Loaf of bread was a mediocre, and it did not have the fresh crunch of a sourdough. I think it was not baked the same day but the day before.Dear owner. You are right. Maybe it was a week before. I did not get out of our car so maybe I got the pick up mode wrong . Firs week in March for sure. Brown building, downtown Minot corner location.

Prairie Sky Breads excels at melding a love a for high quality product with a love for the local community. Recently opened, they serve hand-crafted breads, coffees, pizzas, sandwiches, and pastries. Prior to opening a retail location, their subscription service has filled my familys breadbox often over the last two years. I am overjoyed to have them as a permanent fixture in our community. Stop in, enjoy your time, book an event, and devour some fine foods. My recommendation is an Americano and any crusty round loaf.

The entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit of small business owners in Minot never ceases to amaze me, and it has been so fun to watch Prairie Sky Breads evolve over the last few years. While I don’t live in Minot anymore, I’ve been so excited to try PSB and finally had my chance last weekend. It’s worth the wait!We tried Steph’s homemade biscuits and gravy one morning and they had the perfect amount of spice and creaminess. The servings are huge! When we went back a few days later before leaving town (couldn’t help ourselves!), we tried the toast of the day and caramel roll - both also fabulous.The people who work at PSB clearly love food and love their community, and it shows!

Scones done right, thai curry soup was good, and the grilled cheese was a surprise hit.

Had a delicious Reuben from here today. I almost forgot how much I like that sandwich. Every part of it was on point! Cant wait to go back!!

Took a baguette and a scone home.Big fail. Baguette had no crunch and it was doughy in the center. Scone was mediocre and not really baked well.Coffee was nothing special. Decor is nice and windows are well decorated.Not really what i had hoped. Culinary experience in Minot has been a disappointment so far

As one may expect the bread is fantastic! Locally sourced everything! Sammiches! Soups! Pizza! BEER! The place is a serious win all around. Also name another local shop with a homemade kids play area. I’ll wait. 11/10 will go back.

I am thrilled to have this beautiful, friendly bakery open in downtown Minot! We have enjoyed Prairie Sky Breads for years as they have operated in pop-up shops around the community, but to be able to gather in their new space has been a delight. Since they have opened their doors, I have been there several times with family and friends and have been extremely happy with the service and the delicious food! Their commitment to our community is to be commended! The owners have made a point to personally visit with us and check in on our experience. A couple of my favorites are the Jalapeño Cheddar bread and any/all of their pizzas! The Jalapeño Cheddar loaves make amazing grilled cheese sandwiches! The pizza crust is baked to perfection, the sauce is exquisite and the toppings are fresh. My children love the scones, cookies and caramel rolls! I love that I can enjoy a coffee, smoothie or glass of wine or beer while visiting with friends! My book club plans to make PSB our monthly meeting place!! I highly recommend this unique, local bakery! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful downtown space, friendly staff, nice meeting area, fun events! Often offer gluten friendly pastries, bread, pizza which is hard to find in Minot!

On the outside building is really nice and new and seems to be recently remodeled.I ordered a caramel roll and I regretted it. Way too sweet and not baked all the way. Coffe was average.Took a loaf of bread (jalapeño) that the barista recommended was also not baked well and it just lacked flavor and crust. Could have bought it at marketplace for half the price.Maybe this was a bad day for their baker/chef but I am not impressed at all

Uh Oh… I’m about to become a regular! this particular experience at PSB was amazing. They have such creative drinks.. I definitely recommend the creme brûlée latte. I was not aware that in-house drinks come in cute glasses! what a nice touch! their breakfast pizza is the most unique one i have ever had- not what i was expecting but delicious!Friendly staff and a clean place.
