***UPDATE***They sold me a refurbished hard drive that broke within a couple months of them replacing. I spent thousands on data recovery to extract information from the damaged drive. My fault for not backing it up, but they never did call me back after I called and explained what happened. ***My laptop needed a new hard drive and I took it into them to be repaired. I explained what was going on and that I was in a hurry to get to work. I was able to drop it off quickly and they were very good about keeping me updated. They had it done in under two days. Great service that I didn’t pay an arm and a leg for! Will definitely go there again in the future

Ive used Bitz PC on two separate occasions to repair an issue with two different computers I owned:- Initial experience with them was good. I had a dead computer that just one day stopped booting up. I brought it to them and they told me it was the PSU and the external HDD that I had installed in addition to the SSD was down. They replaced, re-formatted Windows for me, and had it back to me in less than two weeks (time it took for new harddrive to arrive).-Second Experience was even better: I built a custom PC myself and had everything working for a few months until once again, it stopped booting on me. Brought it here and they told me to just replace the PSU. Easy enough. Got a new PSU and it still didnt work for me. The PSU I ordered was also DOA and needed a replace (bought through Amazon, RMAd it).In addition to replacing the PSU for me, Jason also re-routed all the new cables and made it look pretty. Shes running once again in tip top shape.If I ever need another repair with any of my computers, Bitz PC is the only place Ill be taking them to.I do kind of wish they were open on Saturdays though :(
