Simply the best computer technicians in the area the pc I had them build is phenomenal performance and looks wise we laid out a budget and it was right on the money I’ll definitely be doing my computer tech business here in the future

Absolutely this place, it is the store to go to in the minot area. They are super friendly and take the time to answer any questions you have, and help you find the right solution. They do not overcharge, and get the work done very fast. Just had them upgrade my graphics card, I will always go to them for anything pertaining to my pc.

Good old fashioned computer guys. Theyve been around and know their technology. Prices are absurd for items on shelves. But if you need stuff serviced, go here, avoid the computer store. Im serious, They love to talk shop and will chat with you as long as you stand around. Wish I could work there and learn a bit more about stuff.

I came in expecting to need a brand new screen for my laptop. He went through a few options that would be helpful along with their prices. When I told him I would think about the options and asked if I owed him for what he had done so far he said no. Over ten minutes of figuring out settings and helping me with no ulterior motive. Amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I came in there for $6 of thermal paste. I had all of my questions answered and was taken care of like I was buying a $2000 machine. I will be giving the final star when I buy a laptop later this fall. The guys here are laid back and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service, my past experience with computer stores people get treated like idiots when they ask questions, not this place. Emailed computech about an issue id been having with my new build, I even asked a boatload of questions via email and Ron was very nice and helpful. I brought my computer in and turned out it was a simple problem with a simple solution. After that I requested some other stuff be done and he got it all done immediately. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of help or a new PC or anything techy related, very knowledgeable and full of information!I will be having Ron build my next PC next year!

I needed my desktop fixed, I initially thought it would be a minor fix, but it turned into a major job. Don Shaw is the account manager at Computech, he serviced my computer and did an excellent job, not only is he extremely friendly, but very professional and knowledgeable. My desktop is 12 years old and now it works like a brand new computer. I highly recommend this computer company for all your technical repairs!

This review may be part of a two-part series; when I phoned in my problem this afternoon, I was greeted and assisted beyond my expectations. The worker who spent so much time with me and promised to continue researching my cable issues turned out to be none other than the OWNER, Ron!! I was so impressed with Rons knowledge and expertise in such a wide range of electronics and contacts for rare or little known parts...Ron has my seal of above and beyond approval! This review is based off of just dropping my computer off but I feel that my reception was great enough to warrant a review based on it alone. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and great to work with and the highlight was the fact that they did NOT try to sell any unnecessary add-onset or accessories. In fact, they were so honest they offered other less expensive options to what I had intended. Honesty is key in a small business and it is small. As a prior review stated, the selection is small but they make up for it in service and accommodations. I have no problems what so ever recommending them based off of this. Even if my issues end up being beyond repair, I still feel my experience was an A+ experience.

Ron and the staff know computers. I use my computer every day for work and can’t go a day without it. If it is service of my old computer or buying a new one, they are always very eager to take care of me fast and efficiently with no BS!! Thanks for the great customer service!

The only place you should bring your electronics to. Very smart, honest, hard working people that know what they are doing. I bought a mouse at best buy and had my pc stolen so i couldnt update the firmware on the mouse, best buy would not help me update the firmware so I went in here and they helped me with open arms. HIGHLY recommend any electronic/pc future problems/purchases go to CompuTech.

This business is great. Bought a computer tower from them a few years back and it is still working great!

The technicians they do an outstanding job on your laptop or whatever you may have to bring in.

I travel to Minot for work 8 hours. They have bailed me out of many situations when I either didnt think to bring something or other emergencies that pop-up when you are on the road and in the field.

Great place to get the answers no one else will take the time to answer.

Ive only received good service and/or advice over the last several years.

They have their knowledge (mostly) and they have a decent selection (somewhat). I just like unbiased product selection, its very obvious they have a bias (and even fanboy like mentality) with Intel and Nvidia. Stock some AMD stuff also.

Amazing. Fixed my Dell in one weekend! Fast an affordable!

I will never trust any of my equipment with these people again. They had my hard drive for almost 6 months and got nothing accomplished with it other than losing ALL my data that was on it. They shouldnt even be allowed to touch an electronic device!!
