Amazing doctor, Dr. Arthur Erickson. Attention to detail and does a comprehensive exam.

Had my eye exam on 9-24 had 2 pairs of glasses order told me it would take 7-10 days to come in it has now been a month and a half and still no glasses staff was nice though

Honestly, everyone that works there that I interacted with in any way were just amazing. I have an autistic non verbal teen that had her first eye exam with Dr. Erickson, he was fantastic! Very understanding and thorough. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have not been to the Optometrist in years. I finally went today and it was a great experience! the Dr. Arthur E. is awesome, and he is extremely detailed. He explained everything to me step by step! The Medical Assistant, ( Front Desk Receptionist) Joshua was GREAT as well! He actually tried to help me pick out glasses, he walked around with me and showed me different styles, and colors. He made me feel welcome. He was an awesome salesman to say the least! My glasses and the exam were very reasonable, to be honest, it was the prescription that cost the most. They even let you make a payment plan. Thank you Sterling Optical, I do appreciate the amazing job!

This was my first time here & have to say they exceeded my expectations starting from getting quickly checked in, the exam and then choosing my frames. Dr. Erickson & his staff were friendly. Dr. Erickson was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions/concerns in a way I now understand my eye health perfectly. Josh then assisted me in choosing my frames & helped train me how to use contact lenses. He seemed genuine & I didn’t feel rushed at all to choose a frame I would be happy with. He then took the time to explain all of my options w/ my insurance & out-of-pocket expenses. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sterling Optical & Dr. Erickson. I now have appointments set up for my children. 😊

Not at all impressed with staff. Very unhelpful. Worst pair of glasses Ive ever owned. Will never go back. Would not recommend

Absolutely fantastic!! They got me in for an appointment quickly. I arrived early and was seen early. The ladies at the front were so friendly; they made a point to use my name rather than just ma’am- which made me feel so welcomed. The doctor was pleasant and informative. After getting my prescription they happened to have my lenses in stock and fitted them to my frames in less than an hour. By far the best!!

The ladies, and Dr. Erickson have been great to me for the last 3+ years! Its fast and easy to order glasses, my contacts always arrive fast, and they are always willing to work with my work schedule! Definitely the fastest place in town, and friendliest!

I ordered contacts late May. I called back 2 weeks later and was told they were back ordered, and to check back. I called last week and was told they had been shipped. Still no contacts. I called this past Tuesday and the staff stated they would check with manufact. Still no contacts I spoke with staff today and was told a trial pair would be sent. AGAIN no calls from the facility I had to make all the calls to find them. Your customer service is horrible and shameful.of course I have already paid for them and gone 2 months with onlywhat I have which is 1 pair, that has lasted. At this point just refund my money and I will go elsewhere. I am a travel nurse and used you when I was in Minot,. Never again and will not recommend to other teavelets
