I came here yesterday for an appointment and let me tell you, in all my years of horrible eye sight, this place made me feel the most comfortable and welcomed. The staff was very friendly, I didn’t feel rushed to fill out paperwork, the lady at the desk was very nice and actually seemed to enjoy her job. The Dr was also very nice and everything was done in a timely fashion. I was there maybe 30mins. If even. All I needed was a new prescription. Didn’t have to wait to have it mailed out to me or anything, they did it all right there. I got a free sample of clear contacts to see how everything looks with my new measurements and a cute little travel size bottle of solution. Everything only came out to around $110 which is way better than the $300+ I would have been paying in my hometown🙄 Overall it was a great experience and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here for now on.

Normally dont have any problems but this time I called and Bonnie answered the phone was rude the whole time and in the middle of giving me the phone number to the doctor just hung up.

Worst place ever! I get the courtesy of acknowledging when I first walk in, but the manager harrassed me. Asked me 100 questions to the moon and just threw glasses at me to try on. She was very rude everytime I said no to the frame she gave me. I ended up just leaving..

Frames are inexpensive but Progressive lenses are very expensive! I was told they ( as in lenses and frames) are under warranty for 12 months. Turns out the only way they will repair your lenses is if the crack or chip. So if you need them replaced make sure you run over them with your car first.Also stink at adjusting frames. I have progressive lenses and I have astigmatism. There are little numbers center of lense where they need to be lined up correctly to be able to see clearly. The last 2 times they run off to the back hand me my glasses as I stand there and say there you go. Used to be a blonde lady that was awesome.Ill never buy glasses at Walmart again, at least not in Minot!

The optician was very rude and incredibly rushy. They werent very helpful whatsoever. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!

Worst experience ever, ordered glasses so I thought and they order contacts instead. Now because they can’t figure it out I have to drive 69 miles out of my way to fix their mistake. I’ll get glasses some place else
