Richard was amazing!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We spoke to a different man on Tuesday (cant remember his name) and he was equally as kind and knowledgeable as Richard. Great job, Mattress Firm, your employees rock. Plus, we got a great deal and our bed is being delivered tomorrow!! 100% satisfied!

Came in looking at to purchase a new mattress. My wife and I had been eyeing a TempurPedic mattress. Tristan was there to answer any questions that we had on the different TempurPedic mattress’s. He did whatever he could to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and would be happy with our purchase. I have purchased a few mattress’s from Mattress Firm in the past and will continue to. It’s a great company that will always have my business.

Lacey and Natalia at the minot store were fantastic. They were both super knowledgeable about the products, and they were both super friendly the entire time. They brought out toys so that my son could be entertained while I was shopping and making a decision.

The Staff was very friendly. Our kids were able to play in the store while we shopped. The delivery didn’t take very long and they took away our old mattress for us. We were very pleased with the overall process. I would recommend it for friends.

We had a great experience buying a mattress which we love. Colton was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were specific as to what we desired and he worked with us to find the right mattress. They not only matched a competitors price, they beat it! Buying a mattress at Mattress Firm was a pleasant and quick experience. They had the mattress we wanted in stock and even helped us load it. What can I say but I absolutely LOVED my experience in store!!! I was assisted promptly and given the lowest price on my Stearns and Foster HANDS DOWN. I looked everywhere and no one had the return guarantees these guys did, and I got it all delivered the next day. The delivery guys wore booties on their shoes so they didnt track mud through my house and they were set up, done and gone within 20 minutes. They answered all of my questions in store and made me so comfortable I referred my parents there for theirs as well!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Colton was very knowledgeable and took the time to help my husband and me. I was quite impressed that they were able to deliver our mattress the next day and take away our old one. The delivery guys were right on time and were gone within 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Beyond helpful staff! Answered all my questions and offered different mattresses for the very different sleeping styles my boyfriend and I have. Prices genuinely cant be beat!

Mattress Firm is new to Minot, ND and Im hoping the experience becomes more positive. I ordered a very expensive Tempurpedic model. Im not sure why they advertise their Red Carpet delivery, as the company that came to the house was an out-sourced delivery service who refused to take their shoes off upon entering my home! They also did not call beforehand, as promised. After some coordination with the local store manager (after the first associate to answer the phone didnt have the ability to help) and the owner in Bismarck, they remedied the situation promptly and apologized. I hope this isnt a prediction for whats to come. This investment into a mattress is more than a used vehicle purchase so they better deliver on satisfaction.

Avoid this place!!! we went in for a sale they were havig first issue we were told our mattress would be delivered between 3-5 pm almost a week after we purchased the mattress. Day of delivery we find out it wont be there until 6-8 pm if they had told us that we wpild have chose another day. So now we have to wait even longer.Second issue we were told with the sale the frame and boxsprinh was free and we would get an additional military discount. While we were sitting in the store we noticed yheybdid not apply the military discount. The sales person said he hadnt even processed the order and he will fix it. We have the invoice of both transactions. We created an account for the credit company they use and the balance does not reflect the amount on the invoice we have. It shows the first amount and we were charged for the frame and headboard. I went in to the store today to discuss this and would told it take two billing cycles to reflect the new balance. We are about ready to cancel our order and take our business elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a Tempur-Pedic for myself and they cut me a great deal on a guest bed, which I was able to take right out of the store. Only had to wait two days for the Tempur-Pedic, and they delivered it for free.

Great mattress selection and I didnt feel pressured to buy something I couldnt afford.
