Alex was a huge help! I bought a mattress here 3 months ago and made a mistake choosing the firmness; I wasn’t sleeping well at all. I called the store and Alex said to come in and see if I can find something different. I did and found a lot nicer (and softer) mattress. Not only did they schedule the delivery of the new mattress, but they took the other one away…and it only cost me $40!

I was greeted w/ in 20 feet of entering the store. They give you an opportunity to look around and check out the store w/out HOVERING (loved that). When needing help they were there to answer any and all questions w/out feeling I HAD to purchase something. After asking about 10-15 minutes of questions and comparisons, I purchased my mattress. I know without any doubt if I am not satisfied, I can return my purchase. My sales person was Tristan and his Manager was there to help with any further questions. Absolutely, 💯 percent, loved my shopping experience w/ MATTRESS FIRM❣

Wasn’t looking for a Mattress quite yet, just wanted to check out some pillows for my ol lady. The worker- Lacey was very friendly, professional and she went over all the options and explained the benefits of each pillow. We settled on Getting a fancy shoulder pillow and my woman really seems to enjoy it. To anyone going to this Location- I would say that Lacey is the gal to talk to. Chick knows her stuff

We were looking for a good hybrid mattress that didn’t set us back too much financially. Our salesperson, Lacy Swenson, was very prompt in greeting us even though she was alone and had another customer. She checked with us off and on as we browsed the hybrids they had, giving us information on each one and others to try out that we might like. She then worked with us on finding the right price for our budget. All in all the experience was relaxing and Lacy was very informative about all the products which we found very helpful but not over pressured. We highly recommend Lacy and the company itself for making this a good experience. We will certainly shop here again for any related goods and services.Dennis and Patricia Fish

Horrible service. When you’re in the store lookig to buy they are the friendliest/nicest. They promise you the world but give you nothing in the end. I received my first bill weeks before I got my mattress. It was supposed to show up 4 different times and no one told us about the reschedule times and we had to call each time to find out after we waited hour for the delivery truck to show up. And when you call they say they are sorry and terribly backed up. But when I was in the store buying the mattress not one word of wait times. Then on the phone they say 90% of their customers have wait times...Once you leave the store and try to get help after already buying the mattress no one is to be found. And when they are they blame someone else. They will say yes to anything just to get you off the phone. They are not up front about anything. I will never buy anything from here again.Horrible company

Lacey was awesome...kinda thought an $80 delivery fee in town was a lil steep...considering i couldve ordered online thru somewhere else and got delivery and set up for free...FREE. prices are steep but employees are knoweldgeable and very nice
