I was attended by Richard & Godfrey, and not only them, but the entire staff was very attentive and great. They even had a coffee station set up and brought coffee to me. Overall, excellent service. I’m extremely satisfied and 100% recommend not only AT&T (coming from T-Mobile) but this store specifically!Thank you all, again!
I’ve been an AT&T customer for 7 Years and for the past 2 years I have been coming to fountains of Miramar because Ítalo Guerrero is the best representative I’ve ever dealt with, not only is he courteous, professional and knowledgeable ; he always has a great smile ( even with Covid) makes me feel like he’s not taking advantage of me and explains the plans and the bottom line. I also see how he demonstrates leadership by helping and educating his fellow coworkers, they look up to him for answers and helping their own customers.Truly awesome he takes the time to help them without interfering with his own customer service. He is so efficient being able to multitask and helping others at the same time. I feel like he needs to be promoted for AT&T to move towards excellence by showing customer the quality of their employees ; such as Ítalo.
Went to the store to help my friend upgrade her phone. What the salesman told her and what was delivered were not the same. Firstly my friend was offered $1000 for old phone, when the bill was checked only $800 had been applied. When we asked what happened they said the salesman entered the wrong code (unbelievable). In addition the salesman tried at least 3 times to convince my friend to take insurance out on the new phone even though he was told emphatically that we didn’t want insurance the first time he asked. I’m sure he gets commission on this. Secondly my friend was charged a fee (only$5/month) that she did not ask for, when it was questioned the salesperson said it was automatically added. This was a lie as other friends had done the same upgrade and no fees were added automatically.JUST BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD AT THE STORE IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. Check your bill very carefully.
One hour wasted, only 2 employees and taking forever... my issue was supposed to be solved on 5 mins... what a waste of time... I thought At&t is better that others because they had good costumes service
Reading through the reviews people either have a great experience or a terrible experience. Sadly mine was the latter. When you see a store with a clean presentation, but with poor customer service, shoddy cell reception and no wifi… you begin to understand that their business model may be outdated. This is rather perturbing for a business owner looking for the latest technology. I think when you have a product that “sells itself” like iPhones do. Customer service and retention can quickly become over looked
Be careful. I was bamboozled last year with a limited promotion as a FirstNet att customer at this store. Standly was the sales representative. They told me I had a promotion for a new device and a couple months ago but failed to mention it was only for 6 months. They added 50% more to the device charge. As a first responder I am very unhappy with FirstNet and how they’ve treated me. First it was a small mistake about an accessories that was supposed to be included and now this expired limited promotion that I was not told about. The supervisor never followed up to return any of my phone calls. The management here is very unprofessional. Beware with these sharks.
Godfrey was so helpful and patient. Carla helped place screen protector to make sure it was done properly. I was welcomed from the minute I entered and immediately was taken cared of.
Experience was great! While purchasing my phone we did have a delay due to my side and they were able to help me in the quickest and efficient way I’ve ever experienced. Atmosphere was great as it was welcoming, staff were helpful too.
We were helped by Ítalo. He was AMAZING! He was extremely profesional and helpful. Great multi tasking skills. The store was short staffed, he was helping us. During his help with us her was able to attend to the needs of other customers. Wow! He is what ATT needs. Just by his performance I can tell that he is a great asset to the company.

I came to AT&T store because of a 150 dollar dispute with Tmobile . Thanks to Richard and Jeff we left with new phones and saving 100 per month on my bill. Thanks to them my first experience with AT&T was extremely pleasant and profitable. Thank you so much for everything.
I dont know which interaction this is asking about. If it is the visit to the store then 5 is valid.We bought 3 phones with a promotion $700 back on each phone we returned.The labels provided for the return said the phones were for recycling and gave us no credit. Since my wife trusts nothing with AT&T, she verified the labels before returning the old phones.If we had mot discovered this before the 15 days we would have been stuck paying full price for phones.Since you were not honoring your deal we returned the new phones and kept our old phones.There are other vendors for phones as well as other suppliers of phone service.
I came into AT&T because T-Mobile is the worst service/carrier! I had to pay $1,400 to T-Mobile to leave them so I can join AT&T. The Manager Richard and Jeff quickly assisted us and stayed after work hours but they saved us money and allowed us to receive all of the extra benefits that AT&T has for their customers! Richard and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and not ripped off! AT&T thank you for hiring such amazing employees and clearly employees that care, show empathy and provide Stellar Customer Service! If anyone needs to get a new phone carrier come see Richard and Jeff at the Miramar location at The Fountains of Miramar!

I went so that they can back up and switch my phone for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcomed. Jeff was very nice, patient and helped right away. Although my phone was taking forever because I had a lot on it, instead of him asking ne to come back or rushing me out, he kindly explained that he had to leave and had Louie continue helping me. Jeff, Louie and Amanda (manager) were very kind and entertaining while I waited for the switch to be completed.Its always a plus to walk into a store and not only feel welcomed, but to have a staff/team that do their best to help you and put you at ease whilst there.Thank you and thank you Jeff, Louie and Amanda! I’ve never had a pleasant experience with this location. I prefer to avoid leaving negative reviews, but my visit yesterday (May 20th) was my last straw.Maybe if you’re Hispanic or look a certain way the accommodations might be nicer/less micro aggressive, but as for me, going off of my last visit yesterday, I’ve taken the social cues from staff and will definitely be visiting other ATT locations. I only emphasize appearance because they have glowing reviews from other consumers, and I sincerely cannot fathom why I can’t seem to tap into the happiness other reviewers seem to experience from this location.I’ve been with ATT since 2015; every location I visit has always offered me solution oriented services. I normally go into a store when my device is malfunctioning (I’d imagine this is the reason most customers pop in, or something is off with their bill, or whatever the case maybe). Most locations either facilitate the conversation between me and my insurance company to expedite repairs and/or device replacement OR they try to look up best deals on my account asked on length in service/last upgrade. They take the time to review notes on my account and help me navigate through whatever obstacle has me stuck.I’m not sure what it is about this location. I respect that people work off of commission. I’m not here to knock anyone’s attempt to make an extra dollar on a sale; but when I walk in this particular location, the ambiance I’m generally met with is either make some sort of big purchase or go elsewhere.Everytime I leave this location I have to remind myself my dissatisfaction is with this particular location’s staff and not the ATT brand as a whole.

Horrible service should’ve known from the beginning took them six hours to connect our phones we were being patient and courteous so we waited. A month later I get a bill for over $550. I go to the store and ask questions they tell me to call customer service I called customer service they tell me go to the store. November November 1 my service has been horrible we finally decided to go to another AT&T store. We were having issues with one of my home receiving calls at someone else’s phone. The gentleman at the other AT&T store told us that key of our phones were not ported properly by the incompetent technician, The only reason they worked was because of the iCloud and now we lost tour of our phone numbers that we had over 10 years. Every time we walked in the store we got nothing but excuses stories and lies would not recommend anyone to do business in the store. The managers Are not competent the technicians follow. The only reason I for one star because a zero star Was not an option

Today was my first time going to this ATT store in Miramar. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was great and welcoming. The wait time was quick. Louie was very knowledgeable and explained all the deals and promotions ATT has to offer, which allowed me to select a very affordable plan. I love the fact that they a plan for first responders which save me a lot on my bill. Italo was also very helpful and the manager this evening was very polite.

Initially it was a decent experience with Standley. I left with a new iPhone and iwatch. Standley told Me I would have the iWatch by the upcoming week. It took 4 weeks until mine arrived in the mail. Once I received the iWatch I noticed it was the incorrect one. I advised the store and wanted to speak to someone. One of the employees picked up the phone and said he couldn’t help me only standley. I asked to speak to a manager. She explained to me an error was made on there part and I’m still waiting to hear back on how we can fix this. There mess up is costing me an extra 100 dollars.

Amazing customer service. I walked in just to exchange my old 6s iPhone and walked out with a new 11promax, Apple Watch 5 series and complete with new accessories. I had such a great experience at this location. I was In the area shopping and was drawn to the store because of balloons outside. I thought they were giving some away for free lol. I’m already an at&t customer. I went inside and asked about current promotions to see if I could upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Miguel and he showed me a new tv product which I loved and ended up getting for my house. Two managers passed by my table and made sure everything was alright and talked me through the entire process. Made everything so simple! I went inside to get something free, and ended up leaving with a priceless customer experience! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I had a mix up with first net and my account and while at&t customer service dropped the ball shiniqe and Jeff stayed three course.
