Today I went in to change my phone. When I walked in the associate, Natalie, was assisting a customer. She was the most attentive that I had ever seen an associate there before. She was swamped but delt with the continuous wave of customers with grace. I was so impressed by her customer service that the two hours that I spent there was not a hardship. With any luck it will be Natalie who takes care of you.

Great customer service, resolved all my concerns. Oscar as a manager was very attentive and gave me the best rate plan for my company. I highly recommend this location.

Diego the manager is a piece of s#!+. They were very friendly because they want them sales. Got a brand new phone the screen protector was messed up went back and they try to give me a smaller one, Im just disappointed.

This store is full of cons. seriously stop ripping people off! and do your job better. some idiot erased my whole phone thinking it would fix the problem... no bro it did not. I will stick to my usual stores on Pembroke near Mobys. or the Hallandale store. ether way they need to be taught better. they got secret shopped and if I could id give them a -1.

Im always pleased with the services provided by the agents there, as soon as you enter the store youre acknowledged. The agents always gives an option if youre a little undecided and most of all they have patience:)....much thanks to Leo & the lady thats always there!

Don’t buy iPhones from Metro, nothing will work. If you can avoid it, don’t go to this store.

On Sundays the staff dont care to take care of the customers

Money hungry they dont want to sell you a chip without transferring the phone when its free to do it over the phone but they want to charge you $10 for the chip and $15 to activate ridiculous
