They just like to sell the line or equipment. Easy money…. Then when you have an issue, they wash their hand, and they sent you on your own To spend the whole day trying to talk to somebody on tmobile over the phone. The just do not care …. What a services 😡

So hands down easiest, quickest and most helpful agent I’ve pretty much ever dealt with. Walked in to upgrade and walked out smiling. EJ attended me and was super helpful, thank you for this experience as I’ve had bad ones in the past but this one surpassed. Most definitely recommend this location to any T-Mobile user. The attention was terrible, my visit was April 26 approximately 8pm, the person who attended me was unpleasant and I went inside to buy accessories and add a line, otherwise I could not escape attending because he needed to earn commissions, an unpleasant experience in this store was not I will be back

The best office and customer service in town!

All the employees here are great, you walk in and you’re greeted right away. You can tell the staff runs the store very efficiently and organized. Anthony helped me switch carriers and order a new phone. He was so nice and helpful, taking his time to make sure we understood everything and then assisting us again when we came to set up the phones. Big thank you to him!

First time T-mobile experience and could not have asked for more. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted as if I was family. Jensen the manager quickly acknowledges every one who enters the store and puts them in the queue. I was lucky to be assigned to rep Laura who immediately inspired me trust and knowledge. I was not wrong. This young lady is super nice with customers and more importantly, she is very diligent at managing any concerns or special circumstances. In my case I had a combination of things that needed to be done since I was switching carriers. Laura tackled everything efficiently and went the extra mile to make it the smoothest mobile carrier transaction ever. It was truly a joy. Jensen the manager was also always attentive to any rep needing help with an authorization, etc. This team is a well oiled machine. I went to gauge carrier options, prices, etc, and got out as a new and very happy t-mobile customer....because of the great people I encountered. Thank you Laura and Jensen.

Nice customer service

I switched to this company three months ago. I brought three lines to T-Mobile, when I purchased the phones and plans they told me it was going to be 140 dollars a month. That was the biggest lie ever!!!! Next month the bill went up and when I chatted with them they brought down again, I thought it was solved, I was wrong, month after month the same thing. Today I chatted with another person and it seems they made a mistake since the beginning because out of the three representatives all of them gave me the same price and they all forgot to tell me the taxes were not included. When I hear on radio, No Hidden Fees that doesn’t apply to this company.

Asked specifically for the Samsung wallet case that shows the display closed. I got all the way home to realize I was sold a generic case not by Samsung. Felt the store was oos and slammed me.

I went into the store with my mom to replace my broken iphone, I got lucky Laura helped me call the t-mobile insurance company and complete the process so they could send me a new one by next day, she also put herself my mom’s screen protector, super kind and fast best service I had in that store. Thank you

Outstanding customer service. I used to always “call” for any new phones or phone plans with much greater success than the in-store experience. However, this T Mobile location, is much more accurate and ready to help. Call and hold the line, or come to this store for quicker service.

I truly appreciate the staff at this T-Mobile location. They stayed a half hour after closing to help me out with my mother in-law and her 20 thousand questions (cause sat down and left to them deal with her). In the end she was satisfied and able to replace her phone and we also walked out with two new phones. Thanks again

Great customer service

I wanted to take sometime to provide some feedback on my visit to the Miramar store. I have been excited about the OnePlus 7 Pro for quite sometime now and wanted to get my hands on it on 12/06 for the release. I went to my closest store in Hialeah and was told no store had the phone and that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it unless I ordered it. Then I called several stores and they were all out. Luckily, I called into the Miramar and spoke to the manager (Rony) He was courteous over the phone and advised that he had one left and ask for my name in order to hold the phone while I drove from the other store.I arrived about 10 minutes later and was created by Gio, who again was very courteous and explain everything in detail. My new phone was ready when I arrived and, even though it was almost closing time, Gio and Rony hung out with me to make sure I was satisfied and my phone was transfered properly. As we waited, they were very detailed in explain all promotions available and making great conversation while we waited for the transfer to finish.I have been a loyal customer for several years now but I havent yet found a store that makes me feel as invited as I have with this one. I will continue to go visit the Miramar store regardless of distance because I feel great with the way I am treated and the quality of the service provided.I wanted to take the time to highlight Gio and Rony on their patience, friendliness and service. I am happy to say I have the right company and now I have the right place to visit.I will be back soon to get my Galaxy tab next month because of all the amazing features explained by them and I will make sure to get it with the keyboard and pen. They also told me as a customer, I can visit be magenta to find T-Mobile gear which always looks awesome when I visit.

Any problem you have with a phone... they want to fix it with: you have to JUMP to another device. I had a phone replaced and shipped to this location they didnt bother to let me know and they returned it. I went to buy a Samsung note 3 and asked the sales woman when the new one was coming out and she answer next year...two weeks later the note 4 was in their shelves already. So I give them 1 star cause theres no lowest rating but they dont even deserve that.

This T-mobile store did fraud on Me and my family. We Switched over to T-mobile to try and save money and to buy a few devices and end up getting scammed. We bought 4 iPhone XS and 1 I pad. The iPad my mother wants they don’t have it in stock so they tell us to buy it and they will have it sent to our house In just a few days. In a few days we get a box in the mail with a box with some bullsht 10$ item. we wait like a week waiting for another box to come and we decide to call t-mobile and when we talk to them we find out someone is using our iPad...It’s been 3 months of me paying for an iPad I have yet to receive and they are making it super difficult to reimburse me my money or to give me an iPad I’m paying for.I’m now stuck in a contract with T-Mobile using their trash service paying for devices I haven’t received.

Excellent service

I walked into T-Mobile and my name was placed on the waiting list which I don’t mind waiting, the person who took my name down proceeded to help everyone else except me. I asked him how comes he assisting everybody but me and he started to give me an attitude and told me if I’m going to act like that I should stay home. Turns out that was the disrespectful ill mannered manager Johnson. Mr Johnson need to go learn some customer service skills and diplomacy. Disrespectful and rude!

Somehow there is always a wait time at this place, or at least whenever I go in there. Its a T-Mobile store and it has everything a t mobile store should have. The employees are kind and helpful. I would imagine though that they would hire another employee or something to kind of decrease the wait time. I mean whenever I go in there, I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes.

After 25 years with sprint, we finally made the move. Unfortunately, sprint was less than helpful with the unlocking of three, paid for, galaxy phones that we have. After contacting t mobile customer care, we visited this location for in person assistance. Wow what a phenomenal experience. We were greeted by Eduardo Perez who was one of the most patient and steadfast customer care professionals that I have experienced. After a lengthy exchange on the phone with Sprint (well beyond his 2pm shift ending time), Eduardo enlisted the assistance of his manager Edward Suarez. Mr. Suarezs title should be the Samsung Galaxy Whisperer as he immediately figured out that Sprint failed to properly unlock the phones as they stated. He then researched the proper procedure, worked with Mr. Perez and executed the process flawlessly. Following the proper set up, we were handed off to Hector who continued to personify top tier customer care. Once we returned home, I followed up with Mr. Suarez concerning an additional phone that I added to my t mobile account and he helped me l, telephonically, yet again.T mobiles care at this location is exemplary. What is most awe inspiring is that each employee was just as helpful as his or her counterpart. This is indicative if a solid culture of recruiting and training the right people. Kudos to management at this location and kudos to Eduardo, Edward and hector.

My complaint is the fact that I walked in at 3:24 pm 4/17/17, and this lady asked what she could help me with? I told her I needed a phone, all she did was ask for my name place it in her tablet device. Said an agent would get to me.I waited until 3:50 pm and Anthony said my name wrong. Plus they did not have the phone in stalk. Like boo. I wasted time from 3:24 pm - 3:50 pm for absolutely nothing.Anthony wasnt my issue it was the wait time and me still leaving phone less.

There is a sales rep name Thalia was that excellent! She offered me the choice of a phone that costed the same as this Samsung phone I was considering but with more memory! It was great :)

Poor service. Spoke with three different staff members on April 20th at 3:30 PM and nobody seemed interested in providing any kind of service. Each referred me to T-Mobile online Rep. I agree with the above comments. Give the staff an award for POOR service. P.S. I called the online Rep and problem was solved in 5 mins

Best tmobile store ive ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and they really helped me out and lower my bill.

I live very close to this store and have been there several times and each time they have had horrible customer service. Because of their low inventory, they try to push you to purchase every unnecessary upgrade, and if you chose not to then they will not sell you a trendy phone because suddenly they are sold out.

Tried to charge me $20 to activate a sim card that I brought in. Not buy, just activate. Obviously that is crazy. I went home and called and it was, of course, activated for free.

Was here for an hour and a half. The staff were rushing, having an attitude, kept telling me to sign in to my google account after I told them I tried it and its not working. They went on to helping other customers without trying to finish helping me so I left and went to the store on Pines by the TD bank. I shouldve went straight there the first time!!!

Avoid this store! Workers here lie about their policies and promotions so they can get more commission in their pockets. Dont trust what they say here
