Douglas Granger lacks work ethics and professionalism. All he cares about is money and how he can get more money from you after he gets the work done. First of all, he doesn’t show you what to do in case the system failed. So, you can call him every time to charge you more money. He will probably offers you a yearly package so you have to pay him every year. God forbids you don’t get his yearly package He will leave you dry And disrespected you. when you need his help with the camera. Please save yourself get your camera installed by a professional company even if you pay a little more at least you’ll know the job will be done right and no more fees after.

Must say at first I was hesitant to call since it wasn’t a Big name but I decided to take a chance and boy was I glad I did. The service was outstanding . It was done to perfection and they followed up to make sure things were right not once but twice . Although it really isn’t my store, it felt like it was !!!

I Wanted to share my wonderful experience with Mystoresyourstore. I called Doug because I was having technical issues with my home surveillance system. Wasnt able to sync my phone to the system, I tried multiple times to get in touch with a customer service rep. Not having any more options I called up on Doug who was nice enough to take a few moments and hear out my frustrations, while he was not the one to install my system, he had alot of knowledge with the brand that I have at home. He was able to walk me through step by step it took a gaping two minutes lol. I offered to pay for his consultation in which he refused to accept any money. Gentleman i delt with Doug, was supposed to be the owner.could be ...a little pricy which is ok for professional service. However, ive since had doug or his lovely workers back 3 times. Literally i have my very nice. Cameras turn off, and coinsidently this guy calls offering a service call AND. SERVICE Plan .lol after speaking to a friend that reffered doug..same thing happened to them. Guy is a con artist!! Come to find out hes done this to more than 2-3 people. If you like having a con man secure your family or homeless guys drinking while they install security hire my store your store! Mr.Doug will give you just that. Speak with other clients before hiring...and if you go forward id recommend cash. Never felt so unsecure until hiring the security guys. May god be our protection because the guy you paid to keep you safe is your biggest threat. Gotta love south Florida
