They have changed the name though, something food I cant remember the name but the store set up and everything is still the same. Pleasant place to stop every now and then. Clean.

I shop here on a regular. I don’t even live in Broward but I drive here to buy food especially fish, goat meat, and oxtails. The meat dept is so clean the meat is cut nice. I never get attitudes from the butchers. I stay in Miami and although their prices are a lil higher than other Bravos it’s worth it. & they have a cashier named April she’s so pleasant and helpful!! The store is very clean and don’t smell

Great place to shop value for money

This place isnt exactly friendly at all. We were at the butcher place area and we were ready but we were cut off not once, not twice but 3 times! The guys can see we were there before them. The thing is they didnt stop them to say sorry they were here first. I really dont like this place and it is crazy expensive compare to Publix across the street.

Nasty rude security guard with a gun on his hip was very aggressive towards me because I was not aware of the closing hours and was still looking for the single product that I came there for.Have shopped there several times since then with no issues and very friendly employees.Still holding a grudge a month later and told me the store was closed at 9:52 when it really closed at 10 pm and other customers were streaming right in. Started walking towards me in an aggressive manner and told me to get out of the store because I was about 2 inches past the doorway so I backed out of the store in order to not come in contact with him and asked if I could speak to a manager about his behavior and he tried to tell me to leave when I was not even in the store anymore. The manager came over and had a very polite voice and nodded and agreed to everything that the man said-and did not display any problem or disagreement with the mans behavior which I was trying to talk aboutItss as if the security guard is the actual manager and the real managers are afraid to say anything against him. When I call the store 5 minutes later so I could speak to the manager without the presence of the armed security guard 3 inches from my face, he still had no problem with the guys behavior and just advised me to get to the store a little earlier. I said I understand that thats why I came to the store before 10:00 and the security guard would not let me in and was acting very aggressively and rude for no reason. He just kept repeating himself without any comment on the employees behavior and ushered me off the phone.

Great impeccable service. They wipe the shopping art with sprayed sanitizer and the meat department clerks are very friendly and attentive and the cashiers are very nice.

I love the variety of food and produce. The prices are good. My rating has a lot to do with customer service - you cant get anyone to own up to anything! The seafood department in particular. You get a lot of customers and thats great... only because they need the produce! But I dont think majority of us likes the cocky and nasty attitude. The only time it changes is if the person behind the counter knows you and or likes you! I have asked the other day for assistance and asked why I could not be assisted the same way everyone else is .... didnt ask for anything out of ordinary. When I spoke to the manager I was asked and told maybe because they dont know youIm very puzzled! Because maybe you dont know me?! You should not have to know my name to assist and or provide the same service everyone else gets! Store should focus on customer service !!!! Yourre not so rude when you see someone leave the store with a full shopping cart or two with over $300!!!!!

This Brovo supermarket on Miramar Parkway is the best one around. The staff are helpful, the store is spotless and the fruits and produce are always fresh. They also have a wide variety of cook meals from the Caribbean, that cournter however is a little too small for the amount of people who come for food and coffee etc., There should be a seperate line for coffee.

Bravo was my favorite place to shop. Since the expansion of the Miramar Parkway location, everything is so expensive and the price for the food in the Deli is high and we are getting less, you cant even sample the dishes to make the right selection. Management more concerned about their pockets no longer interested in satisfying their customers.

The cashiers are so friendly and the manager most helpful. Just had a little problem with the produce men. But overall, always a good experience.
