I love this Publix! I live in Miami Lakes & that Publix is terrible. This one in Miramar is always clean & well stocked & everyone is nice and helpful and the lines are usually short & move quickly.

The food was and service was A1. You wont be disappointed. Im used to southern comfort foods. Sergios has opened me up to a variety of different foods that I would never normally try.

Extremely clean. Not overly big, but aisles are big. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is very close. I have another Publix thats closer to me, but I always go to this one in Monarch Lakes, even if its a little farther. Ive been going there since it first built it, around 20 years ago.

It was easy to find the items I was looking for, and the manager was very helpful in guiding me to the self-checkout, which was recently installed. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

This is the BEST Publix! You feel like family. They greet you and help you quickly. The Managers and Supervisors go beyond to please you and to assure that everything is in place as it should be. This Publix is CLEAN, ORGANIZED and the Staff follow great protocols to keep everyone safe. I am proud that this is my PUBLIX!!!

On today the pharmacist Stacy moved mountains to ensure we received all our medications. She went beyond that which our own doctor was willing to go to help us. She problem solved until the problem was resolved! A pharmacy customer is really a patient in need. Stacy understands this premise and does all possible for each one.

New grand opening was this summer I do love the ambiance of all the new Publix.

This store needs a remodel badly. Nice products in the store but if you visit the Publix on Red Road and Miramar parkway…yea, you will see what I mean.

Very helpful.. courteous and accommodating..Like the BOGO..My only complaint is that for some reason there is no phone or internet signal while inside the Publix.Can be annoying at times when you want to check home to see if we need anymore from Publix..Hope they would fix this.

Not going to lie. I did not have a great experience there this morning. We are here from out of town visiting my in laws. We were staying at a nearby hotel and stopped in to grab food to take to the beach.Let me start by saying that store itself is beautiful. Very clean and nicely zoned. People were friendly for the most part. Prices seemed higher but then again, I am not from here so I am not sure if that is how the prices are.The issue arose when we were checking out. We had maybe 15-20 items but had larger items (waters and boxes of juice pouches) which gave the illusion that we may have had a lot of things. We had drinks and a few things to make sandwiches, applesauces, eggs, bacon, and a few other small things. We went to the self check. There were no lines so it seemed to be no problem to us as we were still deciding what exactly we would keep.As we were checking out, we had two workers (a nice white lady and a rude African American man) walk up to us and watch us on separate occasions.It was uncomfortable. The second time he approached us, the guy said this is for smaller orders only. My sister in law apologized but with there being no line, I didnt see the issue since we didnt have many things. The other worker said we had too much weight on the scale and had to take the bags off and put them in the cart. We did this then the item removed message popped up and the guy came back over and asked what was wrong. My sister in law told him what happened and then he said we put an unknown item in the bag and said he would have to look in the bag. He basically accused us of stealing. I didnt like the way it was going so I opted to abandon the rest of my items. I politely asked him where we could put the items. He rolled his eyes and said I mean, I cant go put them back right now and walked me over to a basket to put my items. He then walked over to the service desk and whispered something to the 2 women that were there. They all looked over at us and stared at us as we walked out.I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in a place. My sister in law was upset because we spent $162 in that place but was treated disrespectfully. The first lady that approached us did seem nice and tried to be respectful. Its almost as if she was put up to it and she wasnt comfortable. The homosexual African American man was clearly irritated by us and he didnt try to hide it. He made it known. I do not want to say it was because if race, but we did stick out in that place. I do not like being watched and accused of stealing, especially when I am buying $162 worth of food.Bad experience for a tourist on vacation

Very nice area its open early plenty of parking spaces one of the hugest stores so I was able to get everything I needed in one spot and very courteous employees and staff friendly theres a full service pharmacy, they had hot deli that opened around 11:00 they had seafood department meat department floral department open at 7:00 a.m. produce department frozen food section they even have a full service customer service center where you can pick up cigarettes lottery SunPass prepaid cards and much more very good prices on groceries and at check out the bags are free so that was a plus I didnt expect the plastic bags are free and also they have assistance that will walk you to your car help you put your purchases in your car which was really great as well.

Staff was very helpful, supermarket is always clean. Publix is the only way to shop.

The cart cleaning lady was very nice greeted customers. I Also had to go back to the store a few hours lady around 6:21pm. Now it was a man cart cleaner he was not as nice. But the lady in the 10 items are less lane was AWESOME. I wish I got her name she was friendly and allowed me to go get another item I forgot. She worked on 7/16/2020 around 6:40pm GREAT customer service skill..People like her will keep you coming back I love great people.

Love this Publix! Always a friendly staff and eager to help management team. The fresh seafood and sushi is always available and sometimes at great sale prices. Great cold cuts and Pub Subs! I highly recommend this location for the locals.

Smooth entry not too packed in and out

This happened about 5 days ago, embarrassing customer service, the cashier named Connor, was very rude, first because at no time does he say hello. My wife very kindly greeted him and there was no response, I came with the merchandise and I greeted him and neither. once I paid for the purchase I said thank you very much and he starts talking with a colleague. I was shocked, saying it cant be. I regret that this employee named Connor is the visible face of such a prestigious supermarket. I live in the area, I am a regular customer, but if I go again I prefer to go to another cash register because this boy does not deserve my respect anymore.

The line at the deli was too long because they only had one attendant. By the time I was attended, they ran out of wheat bread & turkey cuts. In the bakery, I ordered cheese croquettes & cheese pastry.. worst decision of the day. The croquettes were hard, dry, and edible. If it wasnt for the delay in time, I wouldve gone back inside to demand my money back. I already had a headache; now I wasted money.

People are not respecting the 6 ft rule they are taking their mask off after they are inside. I love this store i have been shopping here since it opened but the clientele is getting worse each week. I feel for the people who work there. They are an awesome crew!!!

Urggg I am so annoyed by this Publix. I agree with the motto Publix where shopping is a pleasure but not that location. The prepared food area for some reason every time I buy fried chicken it’s always dry and seems not fresh at all. Forget about the fried chicken even the prepared food. I am not happy with that one. I recently moved to Monarch lakes looks like I have to drive to the next one.. In order to get good fried or cooked food.

Disappointed with the sandwich personnel.1 person was active to make sandwiches during my visit today.It took a good 20 minutes plus to request my order with two people in front of me.Doris was very nice but seemed to have a hard time understanding.i asked for boars heard turkey with swiss, bacon, tomato and cucumbers.asked for the bacon to be crispy but sandwich be cold.i got the sandwich toasted and bacon almost not even cooked.not impress after many lunch visits

Everything was good, but there were no cans of kitten food. 😢

Shopping is always a pleasure at Publix!Overall a nice publix. Very spacious. Tonight when I cane associates were restocking shelves (which is what I like to see in case its something I need). No one greeted me as I walked in and throughout my browsing but that was ok. I only mention that because there were two associates up front when I walked and I came across two as I was browsing. I usually dont experience that at any Publix.However my cashier, Caroline, made up for them. She was very cheery and as pleasant as can be as well as the bag boy.Since Im recent to the area, I will certainly be frequenting this Publix.
