I went to Firestone to check where is the leak on my 2010 Chevy traverse. They called me and they said there is nothing wrong with the Ac, and they charged me almost 200$. After one week the Ac doesn’t works, went back and they said it needs a new compressor, and they want 788$ to fix it. I’m really not recommending this place and I will never back there.

Husband did the math on-line and came up with $880 although we had a coupon from our timeshare club for “cost plus 10%”. He called them and was told he’d have to bring the coupon in for them to see it, so he drove all the way over there today. The guy said he applied the coupon and gave him a price of $890! Super disappointed as we have already bought 3 sets of tires from Firestone in the past, but we sure won’t be buying them there again! Wish I could give a negative rating! I e-mailed their corporate office and didn’t hear anything from them as far as a response!

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on line. Service was excellent!

Got brakes for my car and a tire fix. After the job was done my steering wheel had black stuff all over it and started peeling. Not sure what the mechanic had on his hands, but they need to be cautious and once I presented my concern he kind of giggled. Will start going somewhere else from now on.

Made an appointment online, received email confirmation, got to the appointment, was told they never got the appointment request and the best thing they could say is drop it off for the day or come back tomorrow at 2p. I even showed them the email and all and they still didnt do anything to assist me. Definitely Will be taking my business elsewhere!

Was in from out of town and needed a tire replaced and they came through with friendly and reassuring service!

I stopped in to Firestone and asked them if they could check out my front tire, I have their tires and insurance on them.i explained to the guy that I had run over a bottle that I broke that was in the road that I didnt see. I was told that I could come back on Monday today is Friday. I have had most of the service work done by Firestone but after the lousey treatment I received I dont think you will see me again. It wouldnt have taken them 5 minutes.

They changed the serpantine belt and a pulley but never tightened it...so I had to pay someone else to tighten the fan

Website says 6pm I set up an appointment for an oil change for 5pm as the choices for 5 or 5:30 and I was rejected saying they closed at 5 😑 petty

Had two calipers go bad on both my drivers side wheels, one of which wore out my rotor. Got it fixed at Firestone and they did a remarkable job. fixed the issue, bled my brakes, and got it done in 2 hours! Great, fast service for a decent price! Car drives like its new once again!

I get my wifes car serviced here and they do a great job.

Ive been going to this location for years. Always have good coupon deals and friendly staff. Good spot for oil changes, tires and brake work.

I had a tired issue that I had to warranty out they handed me back parts instead of putting it back where it belonged and there was white lube all over the tire? It looked like glue I had just washed my car. Then they made me wait to have someone clean it. I’m currently waiting in my car. This was a Mercedes warranty issue just unbelievable. They did order my tire fast and I appreciate that.

So amazing. I am a single mom who knows nothing about cars. I am having troubles with my air conditioning and they looked at it but sadly there was nothing they could do. They were so honest and didn’t even charge me for the cost of looking at it. Would 100% recommend. Being a woman I am always afraid car shops are going to over charge and fix things that aren’t even wrong, but that was far from my experience here! Thank you guys

Very helpful, had what i needed. Tires not bad price, but labor cost is kinda high. Had my tires installed somewhere else. But they were nice, i had called an hour earlier and they already had them pulled waiting for me. I will go there again.

Good price on tires. But inexperienced labor or just careless, back wheel loose about to come off and 2 out of 4 lug nuts were loose on 2 other wheels only 1 wheel was tight

Their man at the front desk is very polite and knowledgeable, I am very comfortable with continuing my business here. They always air up my tires as well (which may happen at every machnic) and it always makes happy to see that check tire pressure warning go away. Recently I had a diagnostic inspection done there and they informed me that the fixes lie within the main computer and had to be taken to the dealership. They then gave me a detailed print out of the issue and explained to me what I needed to tell the dealership mechanics.

Poor service, wasnt happy at all.I will not be returning.

I had to have some work done on my engine and was quoted a specific price for parts, etc. When the work was done, they found that the part was $200 less than quoted. So they adjusted the price accordingly.They didnt have to tell me that. they could have just charged me what the estimate was. But they were honest and up front with me.they have always done great work and reasonable prices. They fix what you came in to get fixed...nothing more. This place was awesome, I went in for them to check my tires as I thought they were dry rotted while looking at my tires they also checked my entire car for any other issues and found I needed new ball joints on both sides as well as my tyrods were needed replaced. Would highly recommend. Great prices as well

Told me my rack and pinion needed to repaired and was 75% sure at first until I asked them if it was really going to fix it after previous taking it other places and spending several grand. The attitude that I received after was rude and his 75% went to 50% because of my attitude towards it when I was not escalated at all. Told me my struts where good when they in fact where not. Displeased with Firestone and will never recommend.

The staff was nice and helpful and diagnosed my car much faster than I expected, but they did NOT have the part on stock, couldnt get it on Friday or the rest of the weekend, and wouldve charged THREE TIMES the price of the part from the Internet. I understand paying more for a part that they have to order and install but three times seems a bit high... plus, the service-writer CLAIMED they could not get the part online, justifying the high price!... Was he mistaken or just dishonest? Ill give him the benefit of the doubt, Im very good at research, and just say he was mistaken,... nonetheless, Id rather buy the part myself, save the extra $270, and have them install it!

Get a second opinion before getting the work done. They lied about my car. Took it to the dealership and they told me that what Firestone claimed as broken was never broken in the first place. Saved about $600 by going there and getting a second opinion.

Not too bad of a place. Could be better with what was done to car. I loved how fast it went and it was a free check due to low tire light was on. Overall, I would still go back.

Got a good deal with a coupon online which they honored without even seeing. When my alignment wasnt quite right they had me in at no charge, fixed it, and explained in a way I could understand all the factors contributing to the condition. Well done.

Would not even give a one star but in order to leave a public display of my displeasure I had to give a one star.I was extremely happy with Firestone until the last 2 times I went to have work done. Apparently when they mess up on your vehicle they dont own up to it and its your fault. Okay...it will be my fault by never coming back to your place of business again. I will take my money to a more professional company that will own up to their mistakes and not lie to their customers while taking advantage of them.If I can save just one person by posting my review...then I will feel justified.DONT BEND SOMEONE RIM, AND LIE TO THEM!Especially when the person never had a problem before they had a tire put on the rim, and the tire started losing air that very same day...hours after leaving. Got 3 tires.Even called your facility. Brought my vehicle back and then you tell me that...oh you mustve hit something. Yeah, right...left your place. Went back to work and then home. When I noticed the tire looked low. Yep. Hit something alright. Called the road.Anyhow, my suggestion for anyone that needs a new tire or an oil change...go somewhere else!

An alignment check was done, included with the purchase and installation of 4 tires. Glad they checked, because it needed some adjustments to the front end, which they did at a very reasonable cost.

This garage really helped me out in pinch. Car broke down on a Sunday driving back home to Chicago. They took a look a gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. I had to leave it there over night, but the cost was a little less than their final estimate and they even waited after hours for me to drive back there from Chicago to pick it up. Super helpful and very nice

Used to be great. Steady decline over past 3 years. High turn over and at best mis-managed. There ccx are other options.

So we got a flat tire while driving from OH to MN. Firestone had the tire in stock and said theyd fit us in. We drove over with it patched from Howe. We arrived and were told another mechanic was coming in 20 minutes. The other mechanic came in and suddenly were told we have to wait until he finished two other jobs first. Poor communication. All they had to do was be honest about the time. Beware they want your business and will seemingly tell you what they need to get you in. Turns out there is another tire company Hedman Tire and Auto that gets 5 star reviews just 3 miles away. Would have at least called them to see what their schedule looked like and would have preferred to use the local company over Firestone anyway.

Scammed me out of $700. Hasn’t been a year yet and my two rear tires are already showing it’s wires. Originally they were $500 and made me paid $200 more bc of some bs with one of the tires. I have a warranty and they are refusing service for me to get two new tires bc of my car alignment issues. Not coming back.

I made an appointment for car inspection at 3 PM yesterday. One representative talked to me and took my key, said that it can be finished in 45 minutes. But I waited until 3:55 PM, at last I have to talk to the manager to ask what was going on. They didnt even start for the car inspection. The assistant asked me to wait again and said it wont be long.It is so ridiculous and their customer service is so poor. They even didnt apologize. How rude they are if they know they dont have time to check my vehicle. Please dont treat others as idiot.I would never go back to firestone, not to say to reschedule the car inspection.

Very nice people BUT, after I had my brakes fixed the traction off button has been popping up along with the ABS light, AND they decided to fix a caliper, charged me for it and everything, keep in mind I had not said anything about it. I only wanted my breaks fixed. (The caliper is still squeaking anyway so if they actually fixed it is beyond me). after an oil change the oil change light is still on. not an electrical issue, kinda tired of mechanics treating me like I don’t know my stuff (which I don’t) but that doesn’t mean they should overcharge me for literally nothing, or something I didn’t ask for. Basically don’t go there unless you’re a mechanic yourself and can check them on everything they are doing. And at that point why would you need a mechanic.

Called for an alignment and they said they had no appointments scheduled and I could get in for it. Showed up 10 minutes later and ironically they were Going down to 1 tech and had an inoperable vehicle on the rack. Tried again a week later with an appointment set up and received a call an hour before the appointment to say the rack had broken down on them. Either i have terrible luck or it was avoided on two seperate occasions. I will not return to this shop.

They helped me get my winter tires changed out in a day without an appointment and also changed my oil/air filters, etc for under $100. Would have been double that in Chicago where I just moved from two years ago. Also helped me with some things that they didnt need to just because they genuinely wanted to help.

The technician didnt close my hood all the way had on greasy gloves no seat covers or floor mats or steering wheel covers

Went there around 2 months ago to have my brakes looked at because my truck would vibrate when braking. They got my truck in for the inspection, while I ran some errands to kill time. They called to inform me that the vibration was being caused by a caliper sticking and causing uneven wear on the pad. So in my mind, all that needs replaced is the broken caliper and new pads on the front. Man was I wrong. My current rotors are EBC slotted (nothing wrong with them mind you). They said they cant put new pads on without turning the rotors, and since mine are slotted, they cant turn them. They said that I would still have a vibration if I didnt replace the rotors. So, in order for me to fix the issue of a bad caliper and uneven pads I now need new rotors as well (EBC rotors were no more than 3 months old and no issues). Guess what? took my business elsewhere and they put a new caliper on and new front pads, and didnt touch my EBC rotors. And wouldnt ya know...I no longer have a vibration.What brought me here 2 months later is my fiance is getting a grinding noise from her car when braking and likely is in need of new pads. I will not be bringing her car anywhere near the shop because I dont want to hear the same run around story that they cant just fix what is causing the issue, and will want to add in more mandatory parts in order to service it. Thanks, but no thanks! Not only did you lose a customer, you lost a returning customer looking to service another vehicle.

I forgot, with firestone you get great service at a good price, but its not worth the time if you dont have an appointment.

Called and they said to come drop my vehicle off and they could do an alignment today. Got there and was told they only had one mechanic and he had to finish the vehicle he was working on and wouldn’t be able to get to mine the rest of the day. Asked if I could leave the vehicle there for them to work on tomorrow since I had driven two cars in and they said no for the same reason.... ? Bottom line why tell me to come in and make me waste my time and the trip if you can’t get to it for three days!?

I bought two sets of tire there that keep losing air ..last ti.e had to replace e a tire ....and still on my car which I found out is the wrong size . Different than the other 3 they put on.

Firestone stepped up to the plate. They did not have to replace a tire that the belts had moved on my new truck. They did. Free of charge.

Had an emergency tire problem and asked to change the tire, they refused to change the tire saying that they didnt have the equipment to lift the truck, when I said that I had the jack in the truck they said they couldnt fit the tire onto the rim. Why are you selling tire you dont have the equipment for? Wasted my time
