Asked for tire rotation. Mechanic busted lugnuts on tires claims they kept getting stuck and he left them like that! Told me to see if Jeep dealership could do the rotation because how JEEPS make their bolts is weird.....mind you Ive gotten new tires & a rotation before never had this problem. So now I have this ugly mess on my tire! Didnt get my complimentary vac or windows cleaned. I was thinking maybe because of Covid 19 policies but it was done to the car next to me so dont know the deal with that other then them rushing to get done was there for over an 1 1/2 with 1 car in front of me.

Had oil change on10/21/2012 at 8:00am. Because they got in a hurry, they ended up spilling oil down along the left side of the engine. Because they did not clean it up right, I now have four(4) oil spots on my garage floor. In addition, they stated I declined to have my car vacuumed. I was never asked. Also, tire pressure was not 30 psi, as they recorded, 35 psi is the proper tire pressure.

Mary W is so wonderful! I went to jiffy lube for an oil change as most places are scheduling a month out. She was kind and very knowledgeable! She was also personable and made me feel comfortable with using a new business! Thanks to Mary you have a new customer (and also johns singing!)

They did a good job. I would recommend for faster service early morning week days is the best time to go there. They have improved their range of services. The only thing that I didnt like was that they over filled my oil. Other than that Id give them 8 out of 10.

John & Presley were very helpful after two girls on a road trip ran in to some car issues and had to rush to Auto Zone and then Jiffy Lube before they closed. John & Presley gladly took us with only 10 minutes until closing and fixed the issue, staying past their shift. They both made us feel at ease, as we were still 3 hours from our destination.

I get the place is trying to make money. Sure, try to upgrade me on anything and everything I might need, and let me make the informed decision. I wont be going back to this location for the simple reason one of their technicians lied to me when I asked if theyd checked the air pressure on my tires. When I asked why my tire pressure indicator light was on he said it was probably a bad sensor. I went up the street and checked it, it was 10lbs low. If I cant trust an answer to a direct question, I dont feel comfortable trusting your advice on what I should do or buy with my vehicle.

I came to this Jiffy Lube because my Temperature Warning signal turned on. Jack was my technician, and he was able to diagnose the issue, uncover numerous other critical issues, then recommended the right solution. He worked with me on pricing, and by the end, my car was significantly better off than its original state.I was surprised that Jack, and in general Jiffy Lube, could perform all of the maintenance performed, but I am delighted and will almost always go to this location for all of my future car needs.

Quick and friendly but pricey!However the price I paid definitely makes me want to try other places. I saw on my receipt how some services was not done because of covid 19 which could have been adjusted in the price. The windows looked terrible with streaks I wish he would have asked before because I would have said just clean the back window. After paying over $100 next time Ill try that fancy place called Drive and Shine or do it myself.

This place is a hit or miss. They have constant turnover. Went in for a ‘top off’ and asked to check my coolant and fill my windshield wiper fluids. Did not know my tire pressure while they were looking for it on my door and it was clearly there and I had to point it out to them. Asked to have my coolant checked they didnt checked it as I was sitting in my car watching them. I also had no windshield wiper fluid and the woman opens up the container of it and just closes it without filling it up. They had no desire on helping me. In my opinion, it’s pointless to direct my requests again because I am capable of doing it myself.

Took the car in cause needed oil change and wanted air fixed. Had 2 pm appointment didnt get started on ac til almost three. Oil change was quick but very expensive. Ask me about the air told them it was filled worked then quit. They did something said they needed to take everything out clean it then reload it total with ac and oil was 284. During this time we had to sit in our hot car I had my grandson with me. Then walked away to smoke or something, then went across the street to get DQ all the while I was waiting in the hot car. Finally was all done I Said so ac fixed yep should be. Not even 24 hrs later and its not working I ran it a whole 20 mins. Called them said can you come tomorrow well we are booked in the morning. Maybe afternoon my reply am I going to wait for hours again oh no you have an appt I said well I had an appointment yesterday. Says well you probably have a leak wait a minute you ran diagnostics on it how did it miss a leak. I am not paying anymore money Im just done. Thought I found a new garage. 👎

Of course the lobby was closed but I can’t fault them for that. However they need to have a bigger sign that tells customers to go to the back instead of the front. I wish they would have given me a print out of anything that they noticed might be wrong or I could look into with my car though. Also, I could tell the person who helped me was new. But he did a great job. They cleaned my windows and checked my tire pressure so that was a plus. All in all I don’t have any negative reviews. So far I recommend their service to everyone. 🤝

Because of this special time, you have to wait behind the building and once theyre available, theyll open the garage door to let you in. You wait in your car, since lobby is closed for public health safety. Be patient, theyre busy, but theyll get to you and take care of business. Very convenient.

I had a leak in my tire. They made my repair super easy and the cost was very reasonable. I’m always concerned as a woman and not knowing much about cars being taken advantage of. But I loved they fixed the problem without convincing me it may be something else. There were other employees free at the time so they jumped in and helped making my time there even quicker. Would visit this location again!!

I am a single mom and my daughter and I came in today for some oil changes, Jack was our technician and he was awesome, very professional and showed me everything that needed attention and explained why it was important to get fixed if not today then soon.Jack also worked on my daughters car and explained to her as well(she is only 17).The whole staff was kind and helpful, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of just because I was a female alone in a auto garage. In the middle of a drive from Michigan to Illinois, my cars oil light flickered on for a moment, then off. I was so grateful to find this Jiffy Lube location open on a Sunday, right when and where I needed it. James, the store manager (I think his name is James - sorry if I misremembered!) and the other employees were incredibly helpful and competent. They were able to tell me why I was losing oil and generously refilled my almost empty oil reserves for free, since I was still under 1000 miles since my last JL service in Illinois. James was clear and confident in the information he shared with me, and honestly his assistance helped me feel safe enough to finish my drive in the middle of a not-small snowstorm. I appreciated what felt like above and beyond service!

The guys are friendly and quick; however, the service and offered parts are way overpriced.

Pretty good experience. I had a Groupon, which helped with the price. The guys working were nice and the one who dealt with me directly was pleasant and professional. Ive attached a picture of my air filter, which very obviously needed to be replaced and they showed it to me, explaining that. They also recommended a few other add-ons/additional services that I declined and they werent pushy about them or mad I didnt accept them. Id go here again!

We went in for an oil change because the place where we get them for free with our new car was booked for 2 weeks.. we arrived and we’re almost immediately taken in. Oil change was fast and the workers were nice. However, when I got the receipt there were things they said they did marked down that I know they didn’t do. If I’m paying for the whole service I expect the whole service to be completed. Our windows weren’t washed, our wipers weren’t checked, and the employee who put the oil in our car made a bit of a mess because I could see it smoking when we pulled off. Overall good experience. Next time we go I will be asking about the receipt though.

I receive multiple emails from them saying that they worked on my Toyota Prius which I consistently told them wasn’t my vehicle that I brought there. They responded by telling me are you sure it wasn’t the vehicle. Yes, I’m very much sure that no one in my family or extended family owns that vehicle. Will never use jiffy lube after them telling me that it was my bad.

Always good service when I go! They tell me when I need to replace certain things. But, they dont force me to buy anything.

I came to this (Mishawaka) Jiffy Lube location after I had a really poor experience at the Elkhart location a week ago. When I got there I couldn’t have been met by a more friendly or professional crew of folks. My situation was a little complicated and these folks were tasked with cleaning up the mistakes of the previous location, which they took on without a second thought.The mechanic, Jake, that worked on my car is incredible - the kind of person who’s hands you want to leave your car in. With kindness, patience, and confidence of craft, he meticulously looked over the whole car, correcting the mistakes from the previous location, and even finding and fixing a problem that my own dealership was too lazy to handle or even mention to me. The value of having a trusted mechanic is priceless.My entire experience at this location was excellent. From the Manager, John, to Jake, and to the other associates (John & Presley) that I met, there they are the reasons why I will be making this the place of my official mechanic.Thank you, Jake!Thank you, Jiffy Lube!

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube and I stayed in my Van. I was impressed with all the services that came with the oil change. It took a little longer than I expected and a little more costly but I think it was worth it.I had called for a price quote because I wanted full synthetic and wanted to make sure my High Top Conversion Van would fit in there bay. It was $17 more than I was quoted but I figured it was because it was a van. My technician was pleasant and I will be checking my oil to see if changing to Full synthetic was worth the extra many.

Very fast oil change which was great, the receipt showed a bunch of things they said they did but didnt. My lights, and windshield wipers didnt get tested.

Needed an oil change and my sister took me here. They paid great attention to detail, did seem pushy in any of their services and were quickly in showing us our options. After using the $10 off coupon, it came to $44 and some change! Great price! When all was said and done, as we were pulling out, the manager stopped us because he thought my windows didnt get washed. They had great attention to detail!

Hi I actually didn’t do business with this location. Reason why is because I was patiently waiting in front of the doors for them to instruct me to pull in front of one of the doors that was available and some customer passed me and went in front of one of the doors. One of the associates that works for that company came out checked him in and instead of telling the customer that there was somebody that was behind him that was first. Will never ever go to this place.

The customer service here is top notch!! Jack went out of his way to help me get a new tire today. He drove out to where I was and took my old tire off, drove it back to the shop, replaced it with the new tire, then drove it back to my vehicle and put the wheel back on for me!! It is not Jiffy Lube policy to do service calls, but Jack went out of his way to do it anyway. I am so grateful.

I was not impressed. The man who greeted me seemed uninterested. He did not adjust my dash, so it still says I need an oil change. I will probably not go back.

Unbelievably, someone there didnt tighten my oil filter when they replaced it . Ended up with a pool of oil under my car. Lost about a quarter by the time I realized.

People were not very friendly and it is more obvious because you have to stay with your car the entire service. I was charged more than I quoted and I didnt notice until after I left as they dont have you sign anything now due to covid. I called once I noticed and was made to come back to adjust it and was made to sit in the line and wait until I called and reminded them that I was there. Staff didnt seem concerned with the fact I was over charged nor apologetic. probably will not return to this location

Recently, my wife received a standard oil change and a tire patch on our vehicle. As I was driving to work, a couple of days after the patch job, the tire light appeared. Because Belle Tire doesnt charge for tire patch repairs, I decided to stop in to get a repair. After inspecting the patch, the folks a Belle told me that the patch completed at Jiffy Lube was leaking air and that the patch was unrepairable. So, to keep Jiffy Lube honest, I drove my vehicle back to the shop. Instead of acknowledging any kind of mistake or ease my frustration, they said that Belle missed a nail embedded in the tire. That the patch wasnt leaking. Tired of the back and forth hassle to fix a tire, the folks at Jiffy Lube said that theyd repair the tire, which was great. After the tire was completed, the guy wanted to charge me for the patch, a 21 dollar charge. At this point, I felt like they had planted a nail in my tire. Why wouldnt you be upfront and tell the customer prior the repair that they couldnt fix the tire without payment? I would have gladly driven back to Belle tire, but I thought Jiffy Lube would have taken care of the customer. However, the manager used a pressure game to try and force me to pay. While I was explaining why I shouldnt have to pay, my wife was calling me. I told the manager to hold on one second while I answered her call. After our conversation, he said it was rude of me to answer a call from my wife while I was speaking with him. I was POd at this manager beyond comprehension. This guy is not only messing up my tires, he is trying to assert himself as more important than my family. Im under the impression that Jiffy Lube is the absolute worst place to get repairs because they deceive and disrespect customers. They have officially lost my business. And if you, reader, are on the fence about which place to go for car repairs (Anywhere else or jiffy lube) go anywhere else...

The service was friendly. My main complaint was the overall price. $100 for an oil change. Sure, they checked everything. But $100 for an oil change. 4 quarts of oil and a filter. They at least used to vacuum out your car. But no more due to covid. So I just paid $100 for me to drive my car in and sit there while thet put in 4 quarts of oil. Never going to Jiffy Lube again. Way over priced.

Charge more than similar places with the idea that they offer a package of services. Saw them half way vacuum the truck and dont think they even tried to clean the outside of the windshield (both marked complete on the paperwork) Would of thought they would of used the extra time they had while they drained my washer reservoir and refilled with RainX after they topped it off despite No washer fluid being written at the top of the intake sheet.At least Walmart will charge you less for a half a** job.
