Soo.. cute. Clean store, good prices.

If you arent plus size, then youll find something you like probably. However, if you are plus size, as of July 2020, they have a sole small rack in the back for plus sizes. I imagine after those random 10 items are gone they will have officially phased out plus sizes in-store at that location and wont be adding anymore. The back corner used to be dedicated for Plus Size, but now its just kinda like their cheap section. So if youre shopping on a budget the back corner to the right of the dressing rooms is your friend.

Plus size where??? Not a single plus size peice of clothing in this mess of a store. Merchandise thrown everywhere

The clothes fit a size smaller than listed. The clothes are very cute and trendy. The leggings are very comfortable and look great. Most of the shirts have a very nice comfortable material. Theres also a pretty decently sized plus size section of clothing. And, if youre on a budget, the clearance section is always there.

Forever 21 has some items that are nice and seem to last my wife. The majority of clothing here are for a younger shopper and clothes that range in fit and in style. Staff are kind while constantly picking up the store amongst the chaos of shoppers.

I absolutely love this place!! The clothes are amazing, so are the prices!! The staff is always so very nice, helpful, and friendly. I love going to this store!! Bargains galore and its always clean and well organized. I highly recommend shopping here!!

Good store for the basics and fun, different options youre wanting to add to your closet. The store, however, can be a bit overwhelming and overcrowded. The dressing rooms seem to have been let go as no one has been there to check how many items are going in and out of the dressing room and much of it seems to be storage for back stock.

As of 6/12 this trash location is doing away with plus size. Booooooo! The hate is real! I like rue 21 better

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The employees are rude and dont care about their customers. Dont bother returning anything that was labeled final sale even if you notice that it has a hole in it. They will just tell you to take it to Platos Closet (which is also a joke). Usually a manager would do their best to fix an issue like that because they want to make a good impression and keep good rapport, but not this store. Also, be careful ordering online and having your items shipped to the store. They gave my friends order to the wrong person when they didnt ask for an I.D. and told her that it wasnt their fault. Corporate hung up on her several times before finally deciding to ship her order again. What a disgrace.

I love the store.But the dressing rooms are small no chairs or anything and very small in my opinion.

Just got my first store card from here, my experience ordering online was great, but the first I used my card in the brick and mortar store in UP mall, someone stole my card info, and tried to make some fraudulent charges. I was very disappointed, and upset. I canceled the card and dont think I will be shopping with them anymore. Its sad, because I really like the style of their clothes.

Didnt like how unorganized things were.

All the clothes are jammed in the same rail all mixed with different clothes. There isnt any sign of organized placement besides the new arrivals or t-shirt table. And this busty teen that appears asian that works there was pretty irritating she wouldnt move out the way when i was leaving the dressing room. And just took the things in my hand that i tried on that i wanted to buy...
