Although I do love how my eyebrows are after I leave the place, I must say customer service is horrible! I tried to call them several times to set up an appointment and no one ever picked up or called back! I even sent them a message which they responded to, and then when I texted back with another question they never got back to me! I love getting my eyebrows done there but they really need to work on answering the phone!

Extremely disappointed! I wanted to book an appointment for my brows to get done because we had upcoming family photos. I originally wanted them done the day after thanksgiving, and the spot was shown as open. The booking calendar was wrong, so I had to pick another day. Fine- no big deal, it happens. I picked a spot for the following week, and even left work early to make it to my appointment. As I’m driving there, I get a phone call that my appointment has been canceled because the owner who was planning to do my brows has spiked a sudden high fever. There was apparently nobody else who could do my brows that day (or even stay a bit later to accommodate) or the day following. Not the best first impression.

I get the Hollywood brow wax. Leah is great! I also love their eye primer. With my oily skin eye makeup slides right off without it. I also love their makeup and eyelashes.

I had such a great experience! Not only did my makeup look fantastic but the ladies were such nice people. Carly even picked me up some tea from Starbucks - great customer service! Cant wait to get my makeup done here, again. Thank you!

My sister in law and I were in Monday and had a makeup lesson with Carly, she was very informative and helpful. We were unaware Carly was the new owner. Best of luck to her and the staff, heres to hoping for a great year to you.

Customer service sucks. They cancelled My appointment twice within 24 hrs. And then can’t get me in for another 10 days. How do you not know when your employees are doing to be working ? Poor management. So ow have an appointment at Bangs. They lost my business.

Horrible Customer Service! I will NOT go back. My waxing appointment in December, I was never called and told that the store moved to a new location. I went to the old location, when I called, the new owner Carly was rude and had excuses for me NOT being notified, she should have just apologized instead of making excuses. Today, I call to confirm my January appointment that is scheduled for tomorrow, now the technician I use has quit but nobody bother to call me to tell me I dont have an appointment!! Again with the excuses- SHE was supposed to call her clients.. blah blah. Why would someone who quit call their clients to reschedule? I would think a business, who provides excellent customer service, would call their client, apologize for any inconvenience, and offer to reschedule the appointment with another technician but then that wouldnt be Camilla Cosmetics would it? Be Warned!

I came there to learn the new make up. The artist made me look at least10 years older. there was no personal touch just the sells pitch
