Believe the gentleman name was Derrick. His customer service was on point! He had previously gave us really good information about the laptop.So as promised, we returned too the Apple Store to look for him. He was in the back of store. He came out to assist us with our purchase.Great customer service! Daughter was happy!

Very clean.. and apple store fixed my phone...the guy I think was the manager he was so cool and helped me so much. He had multitasking goals..and still stayed so nice and patient. Will have him work on anything from now on. Such a great experience.

I had a problem with not being able to answer my phone if I was in a game or something else. It was fixed for me with no problem. This store is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. The gentleman helping us, his name was Chris, was so helpful. Everyone in the store was great!!!

Had one repair that was done incorrectly, went back for 2nd repair and was told everything checked out this time. Had a very small spill of water on iphone 12 pro max and battery was affected somehow. Well they said this was not covered and charged me a $99 service fee, representative Alan was great, his manager Justin was careless and really did not say why battery was not good, said condensation was my fault. An overall bad experience with how situation was handled, the rep Alan did everything he could, manager was poor at ensuring a happy customer walked out the door.

Not sure why they had no available same day appointment with my phone completely locked out making it unable to be used. I mean there were so many employees just standing around not to mention the guy with the iPad just checking people in one every two hours or so. I’m pretty sure Apple’s not putting their employees time made useful. Maybe it’s just because they’re always so overcrowded and busy that’s why the employees are always so short and quick with getting on to the next person. Makes you feel rushed.

The mall is fine. They’re requiring people to wear masks and the majority are complying. A few of the kiosks have been closed down, but outside of that things are still good. Stores are limiting customers to keep the spread of the virus down.

They sent my phone out for a repair on Aug. 5 for a hardware issue that should have been covered in the first place. Phone was repaired a week after but because Apple closes down this store I cant pick my phone up. I have contacted Apple support and they tell me I will not be able to pick up my phone until they open back up? I ask what the time frame would be, their answer? We dont have any idea. They refuse to ship my phone back to me. Horrible experience. I still have no phone and they never reached out to notify me that this would happen in the first place. Dont even know why I buy Apple products. Seriously thinking about switching to an Android.

I’ve always been an Apple guru. As a tech nerd, it seems the best to go with a company that keeps things simple for users of all ages. Recently, I had a bit of a scuffle with an app that was taking money from my bank account. Now I’m no Karen, but $30 is a lot of money taken out for one app. I filed a kind complaint to make Apple aware of the problem, and a few short days later, all of my money was refunded and the subscription was cancelled for me. Even though I had to go with Microsoft for my computer, I am an iPhone user for life. Thank you guys for all that you do. Users like me appreciate you!

We had a known issue with an iPhone 7 that was covered by an warranty with Apple. There were some mitigating circumstances that disqualified the phone for repair.The manager chose to help us anyway.THAT is how business should be done!Policies are made to be flexible when necessary.What she didn’t know is that I have a small business and only use Apple products...loyal Apple user.I also had been contemplating purchasing an Apple Home Pod.Because of the way our situation was handled, I DID purchase the Home Pod and my loyalty to Apple was only bolstered.THANKS!!!

This covid “mask” thing has caused these workers to herd people around like objects. I don’t ever give bad reviews, but my experience at this store - start to finish - caused me to walk out. Masks don’t take away customer service and personalities... these employees missed that. Oh, and the appointment was made weeks before to repair a cracked screen. I ended up going to Best Buy. No huge wait for the appointment and no herding disrespect.

My daughter, while away from home, went to this store with her Mac that was turning on but not moving beyond the first screen and was told that there was no way to repair it. When she got home, we took it to our local store and were told it was an easy fix that would cost under $100; of course we got it fixed! It seems that employees at this store require more training and/or knowledge regarding their product.

Worst store ever!!! No one in line and because I did not have an online reservation I was not allowed in. 40 minutes later after navigating their mess of a site I was able to make a reservation for three hours later. Worst day ever do not fo here unless you have an afternoon to waste.

Purchased an Apple Macbook Pro on line complete with AppleCare for $379. for one year. Went to Costco afterwards and noted they charge $299.99 for AppleCare, a difference of $80.00 for the same product. Called Apple Store/Mishawauka store to inquire about this....put on hold and then shuffled to a recorded message offering different phone to contact.

The people here are pretty knowledgeable, and helpful. I do think at times you are just another customer, and they are sort of robotic, but they do seem to know their stuff.As I type now, just over my right shoulder, there is a woman teaching customers who are new to Macs how to operate their new Macs. I am familiar with Macs, have owned and used them for six years. Honestly, I cant keep up with her, and there is a glazed look on the customers faces. Of course the ambiance of the store is great. **They are there to help you if it means selling you a new product.I went in because my iPhone’s lightning port wasn’t working right and inquired about getting it fixed. The girl helping me said there was corrosion on the pins and they do not replace the ports. The only option she gave me was to trade in and buy a new phone. I went home and tried cleaning the port with a toothpick and pulled a bunch of lint out which fixed the problem (yes, should have tried that first). Be careful, they (or she) serve themselves first.

I have always had Apple products ( iPad, iPhone, laptop, desktops) but I’m phasing them out. Constant recalls and problems, incompetent service, even at management levels. The final straw was when they recalled my laptops due to THEIR manufacturing mistake on the battery and failed to provide me with a replacement as they worked on it for TWO WEEKS! Outrageous. When my car gets a recall, they give me a rental and don’t expect me to take a bus or taxi. I am outraged at this billion dollar company’s treatment of its customers. Never again.

Super efficient! I was taken care of fairly quickly (10 min wait) at a rather busy time of the day. The technician was really kind! He told me what the problem was and offered to fix it on the spot - took only 10min!!! Overall, an excellent service, great staff!

Its an Apple store. They tell you anything wrong is your fault until you prove that your month old phone died on its own. Then they give you a replacement and cut you 11 months of warranty you have left down to 90 days.

Well...I went to this store this noon and was planning to buy an ipad there. A representative told me that he could put me in the queue to speak to a salesperson (so that I can swipe my card). It will take ~20 mins to wait. Can Apple implement a quick check-out method so that people can just walk in and buy the product they already decided to buy? I was also advised that the easiest way to buy the thing is to buy online and pick up in store.

I went in last night because my computer was acting funny (user error - easy fix). Im illiterate when it comes to my MacBook, but Chris was SO patient with me, went over and beyond to make sure I was 100% squared away before I left, and never once made me feel like an idiot. Employees like Chris are an asset to ANY company. Apple, you are lucky to have him.

We came to Apple store to get connect my wife Iwatch to her new iPhone 11 pro. We wait for 5 min to someone come to us. They told us to wait for 30 min. We wait for 30 min then they took us to main counter where some one should help us but no one showed up next 30 min. It does not look they short staff but no one is helping us so I am not sure what the deal. It was not good experience . We have to leave early due to its take long wait time. When we leaving we inform one of the Apple employee he did not care to ask why we are leaving without fixing issue. They said good day how it will be good day if we wait for more then hour n apologies or no care.

Always clean and organized. Extra points because everything is shiny & sparkly.Staff is always friendly and attentive. Havent run in to any that werent helpful or knowledgeable. Not sure about the Genius Bar though. Didnt see any martinis floating about. I know, I know, its for special services that Ive never used.The gadgets & gizmos on the walls always seem advanced but pricey, but thats tech for you. I never bought very much more than gift cards & small stuff here.Overall, a nice store & staff if Apple things are what youre shopping for.

I would like to say that I have had to visit the store multiple times, I have been helped by a handful of people, however I luckily seem to get help from an employee named Ben most of the time. I must say he is absolutely wonderful! He is so helpful and knowledgable, I feel completely comfortable when he is assisting me with whatever issue I am having with my computer that day. I came in today and he helped me once again, I just want to say Thank you Ben! I cannot express to you how nice it is to get good customer service from someone who genuinely wants to help! Keep him around apple, you are blessed to have him!!!

My nephew’s iPhone 7 had a recall for the logic board. The phone had a cracked screen and was operating just fine before the issue with the recalled logic board. He couldn’t place or recieve any calls because his phone would not connect to a carrier network. We got to the Apple store and spoke to 3 people who told us that we had to pay $150.00 in order to fix the RECALL on the logic board. They said we HAD to pay for the cracked screen in order for them to fix the RECALL. We were perfectly fine having a cracked screen and had no complaints about it. The Apple Store said otherwise. One of the employees got a manager for us when we were already less than happy with how we were treated. When Jen the “manager” came over she continually interrupted my husband and myself when emotions were already high because we were so angry. She then said “I can ask you guys to leave” I started laughing and exploded with anger because Apple wasn’t standing behind their product and just wanted to take advantage of our money. I got a little angrier than I should have and said a few choice words and told Jen (the “manager”) to go ahead and kicked me out and we went on our merry way.After reading other reviews on social media, we are not the first people to have this issue with Jen and has found a way to screw people around with their money to keep her overhead looking good by giving away accessories and such. Not a great business practice, Jen.All I’m trying to say is, you wouldn’t bring a car that has a recall to a dealership and have them turn you away for having a dented or scratched hood.

Nice to have somewhere to walk in and get help, and they know what they are doing. But it can cost you. They reset our phone free as long as we had proof it was ours with a receipt. But other problems we have had seemed to always require swapping them phones and paying for another phone.

Its an Apple store. Really the only one around here, barring heading all the way down to Chicago. Convenient for its location, but it certainly isnt breaking the mold in any way. Kind of frustrating higher end gear has to be sent off for repair. My Macbook Pro had a slight display issue, I had debated even bringing it in, but my Mac has to be sent in to Apple for repairs, and Ill see it back in a week, hopefully.

Well where do I begin...the service here absolutely sucks! Told it was going to be about a 40 minute wait for someone to look at my wifes phone and after an hour still did not see an Apple Tech. Asked when we were going to be seen and they said we were next on the list, and then multiple employees ignored us and continued on to other customers. Finally after after an hour and a half i decided to leave. This place is a joke. I wouldnt recommend anyone purchase Apple products or get their products looked at here.

At first it seemed like good service. However once time progressed my opinion of the place decreased a lot. When my phone was updating the guy walked away and when it was done I tried getting help from someone else as the guy helping me was busy with another customer however, the guy just ignored me even after he made eye contact from me. Terrible customer service they gave me a wrong loaner phone that my service couldn’t even be transferred to I had to come back in the store more than 4 times.

I bought my MacBookPro last year$ 1300, from this store, I only did use it for couple months for school, now it is not turning on at all. I took it to them, they ask me for $500 to repair it. If you wanna buy apple products, only buy iPhones cause I think Apple company is only good at cell phones, they never breakdown !
