Great selection. One of the few places that keeps portable dishwashers in stock without special order. Go in and talk to a salesperson rather than ordering online. We were able to get wholesale pricing because we got a warranty plan, saving over $100.

This is a place I do like to shop. Unfortunately my most recent experience was for shopping for a dryer and they didnt have many to choose from and it wouldve been weeks to order and have one delivered. I will continue to shop here in the future.

One of the most salesie experiences I have ever had. The store is an abandoned lot. They claimed to care about what your needs were to only turn around and try to sell you something that youre not asking for. The manager began to downtalk the competitor that we were thinking of going with. To me that speaks of what type of character you have but you have and I will never spend my money with you you.

Me & my husband walked in & wasn’t acknowledged at all by the store staff not even the African American woman who was sitting at her desk pretending to be busy, after walking throughout the entire store we decided to ask the woman for an assistance as we found something that we were interested in but not sure on the price. Her attitude was horrible even as we walked out she didn’t say a word! The other 2 men were at the cash register helping customers. As i am an African American woman myself i mean no disrespect when describing this woman but her attitude and lack of customer attention caused this place a sale. We got our mattress at mattress firm! Horrible customer experience my visit was on 8/2/21 @ 12 noon

AMAZING! Me and my boyfriend are new home owners and have been looking for a nice sofa for us. We went to five other furniture stores before turning to ABC. We had a low budget, so nothing had worked for us so far.We walked into the store and were immediately greeted by Leif, who was a super kind and easy-going fellow. He gave us our space to walk around and look at stuff. Low and behold, we found a set that came with a huge couch, two chairs, AND an ottoman for under $1,400!!!!!!Leif was more than happy to assist us and answer any questions that we had about the set, and was fine with us taking it home ourselves instead of using a delivery service.Seriously, Leif is great, and I’m so happy that he was able to help us find the perfect set for our budget!

Just got our 65 LG 4k UHD TV from them. Customer service rep A+++ helped with the tv stand and tv loading. I know its a dark picture but the quality is PHENOMENAL!!! Paired the tv with a lg soundbar (from wal-mart) the speakers to the tv does justice by themselves! The representative suggest the 65 over the same priced same tv 55. THANK YOU!

When I went to ABC Warehouse for appliances, my salesman, Tom Miller was very knowledgeable about the appliances, polite, professional and not overbearing. Tom answered all my questions and when explaining the benefits of a warranty, he broke it down on how much it would cost a month through the 5 year warranty, what a great selling point!!!. Tom also asked all good questions to determine what my needs were, I stepped up to commercial appliances as this was the best choice for the family. Not to many salesman do this, they try to decide themselves what is best for me, how refreshing. ABC should feel blessed to have an employee like Tom Miller 😇😇😇.

Horrible delivery service. And unless youre wealthy and have simply tired of your current appliance that still works you can forget about having the old appliance removed, even if it was something you specifically arranged and asked for. Considering cancelling the backordered dryer and returning the washer. Only keeping fridge and deep freezer because I need them.

Staff was nice while there. Spent well over $2,000 for new furniture. When it arrived the couch recliner is all messed up and wont close. After 3 weeks of back and forth between this location and service. We have a date more then a month away to get it fixed. Contstant calls and being hung up on. Ill never visit this place again. Id like to throw my funiture in the parking lot and leave it there. 2k isnt enough for good service. Remember that when blowing your savings ;)

Their salesman sent me home with the wrong dryer, which was gas, after purchasing an $800 electric dryer. When I called to have them fix their mistake, they told me wait a week before they could swap the dryers. Ive now wasted my entire Saturday waiting for the drivers to arrive and they wont answer their phones. Not sure if theyre even coming anymore and they couldnt give me an eta. I reccomend anywhere else.

The parking lot was un-plowed... making it seem as if the store wasnt open. It was open though. Once inside it seemed very dark. (Agauin almost like it wasnt open) The salesman was only slightly helpful. I saw a poster for a product advertised for a great price! I turn to ask the salesman about it and his reply oops, I forgot to take the sign down. We dont sell those anymore.

Went to buy a dryer. The one I wanted was a display (the rest were on back order & I needed one right away.) To get it to me they have to ship it to their Michigan distribution center and they will ship it from there. Itll be here in a week. If I had more $ I would have gotten another one that would have shipped faster

I wish I could give negative stars. I paid $2,616 for a GE stainless steel range with a double oven. I was told because of Covid it would be there in 8 weeks. It has been almost 8 months and no one knows where the range is. If you hope to exchange currency for an appliance this is not the place to do it.

Got a great fridge here at a fabulous price. My only issue is when they delivered it, they didnt take off any of the outside wrap and they didnt put the handles on. We paid extra for delivery. I just figured that was part of the service. Guess Ill know better next time.

Everything I get here is good quality. Ive gotten major appliances at other dealers (including a freezer at Sears that lasted 2 short years). My washer works great (the one I got at another dealer lasted 3 years). Everything here lasts! Free delivery and the men that do the delivery are nice and hard working.

Lets just say my furniture was to be delivered Nov 28th and im still waiting on my end table and my couch that they LOST ill have to wait 4-6 weeks for that! My husband and I normally deal with Mike at ABC Warehouse however we went in today and Chuck was our wonderful salesman.. We have been needing a new upright frost free freezer so last night I found a amazing deal on one at our favorite place.. so we went in today and purchased our new freezer. Im so excited itll be delivered tomorrow and our old one will be taken away.. if youre looking for new appliances or a new television I would highly recommend checking ABC Warehouse out.. there youre able to buy extended warranties for your items which really makes a world of difference knowing your items are covered..

Very friendly! Cant install a new radio in my car until sometime in January though. I saw a couch and loveseat I would like to have. The 8 piece set was $1,600, if I remember correctly but they were asking $1,500 for the 2 pieces.

I like what I see when I go in there they ask me if I need help right out the bat and I say its not right this minute just looking and then when Im ready theyre ready to help me they dont bug me the whole time Im in there and Im not the type of person that likes to be bugged especially when Im just looking and trying to decide what I want

I LOVE this store it’s everything your greeted right at the door by ANY sales man, they are very helpful and they know the merchandise to the “T” I really enjoyed myself here I got some laughs, some understanding (education) on what I was buying and I was treated like a friend of the sales rep who I had... it wasn’t about a Commission they wanted to help me get some TVs for my house and they helped me .. and they have tons of other financial options ACCEPTANCE NOW in the store was helpful and gave me tons of information about their program for another payment option, and sale rep gave me tons of information about their credit card and how it works I paid cash but I LOVED MY experience I got from ALL WORKERS, management, etc here at this location !!!

We order a special order refrigerator. Our sales person said that it take 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. Its been over a month. They told us to call to check in a week later after 3 weeks to see if it had arrived . So we called a week later and it arrived and we set up a date for it to be delivered. They said call us in the morning so they can give us a time to deliver. So we called the next morning and they told us we werent even on the list!!!! Seriously????? and the lady that was talking to us has ZERO customer service professionalism. Waste of time.EDITWe tried calling regional.... no answer

Great associates!! Very helpful. We needed a refrigerator because ours went out. Everyone in the store that we dealt with was very helpful. We needed it today so my husband went home and got the pickup so we could haul it. It was ready to go and even the manager helped load it.

This place looks like a dark lit alley in Chicago on the inside. The sales people were creepy and pushy. Even after saying that I didnt need help the old creepy guy kept following me around. I understand that theyre sales people, but its an easy way to lose the customers very quickly. GROSS!

The salesmen,Jim was very helpful in helping us find a refrigerator that worked for us at a great price! The store manager allowed us to bring our old refrigerator to the store for recycling and even helped me unload it. Great service by all!!!
