Went in recently to find my first lectric guitar with a pretty clear idea of what I thought I wanted. Alex is extremely knowledgeable & expert at explaining/demonstrating tones-very thoughtful in a good way! Went hear for an opinion on a secondhand guitar we purchased. They looked it over, cleaned it, oiled it and replaced the strings all the while explaining the process to my son. And this was all after they were already closed! Super friendly and helpful and great prices - we will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I have been playing professionally for 25+ yeas, I have been to almost every box store (I.E. Guitar Center, WW&BW, Biascos, Sweetwater and many more). I have waiting in their lines for what seemed to be hours to find a sales rep that really doesnt understand the equipment that their selling. G&A has friendly employees that understand your needs and they do fantastic guitar setups! So if you want fast, friendly service theres no better place!

I went in today to grab some regular DAddario Humidipaks to use in my oboe case.The guys there remember me from a few months ago and asked how my guitar playing is going.I also bought a thicker pick for my Traveler guitar.They are knowledgable about local instructors too. If I had more time Id go there more often.
