Hi Everyone! I got the problem with my tire ( air slowly go out). Worker announced price for repair $25 dollars. They helped to quickly put me in the line, found places( holes) where the air came out ( there was 2 small holes (these two holes have been repaired elsewhere)). The tires tread was worn out ( 70-80 % cut out). They said it makes no sense to repair tire. Worker offered 2 variants of new tire, but I was not ready for new tires. I decided to take time for find decision. Worker installed back my tire and no charge me ($ 25). Thank you for excellent service 😊.

Allen Tire did an amazing job! I needed tire balancing, I also had cupping on the front right tire that caused heavy vibration between 78 - 82mph. While I still have some good tread left on the tires, they rotated front to back, re-balanced, and vibration is greatly reduced (almost non-existant).

Always honest and fair. I trust them too much, often dont even price check anymore, I just go there for consistently good work.

My experience was exceptionaThere was handicap parking close to main door. The showroom very cleanI was waited on right away by TimI was recommended to Tim by Chip from Unique imports. My wait to have a new tire put on was reasonableI would recommend them to anyone.

Tim was able to give me a quote right over the phone that was about $100 less than the other quotes I was getting. He was able to get my tires in the next morning (I have uncommon tires) and the whole job was done faster than I expected. Tim was able to take my tire disaster and turn it into a great service experience. He said I can come back for free air checks on them too.

I recently became a customer of theirs when Americas Tire whom I was using for my three cars for almost ten years refused to apply a patch to one of my tires and wanted to sell me a tire instead. Allen Tire applied my needed patch on the spot in under 30 minutes for a fraction of the cost of a new tire. Now Allen fits tires to all my cars and I am very happy with their service and great customer service attitude. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone.

These guys are pretty smart, but their main concern is about your safety. I went in to buy more tires like I had and they noticed that my old tires were not supposed to be installed on a vehicle that weighs as much as mine. They helped me find the correct tires and didnt even charge for some small stuff. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time and cost. I will be back.

I have been a loyal customer of Allen Tire for over 15 years. Vince is highly knowledgeable and has provided excellent advice on tires over several vehicles. The service is always courteous and they provide an atmosphere that helps everyone have a good experience. You cant do any better.

First of all, they had the best price on a set of high end tires in town by $100. Secondly, Tim is a great manager who obviously cares about growing this business by taking care of his customers. He was a pleasure to work with, and I left very happy with my purchase. Will come back for more service in the near future.

Always had a good experience here. Tim and staff are very easy to deal with and offer great service. They have been very accommodating and provide a full walk through and explanation of everything being done. They take the time to talk to you about what you plan on doing with the vehicle, hows its driven, and your expectation when selecting a tire. I drive 30 minutes from RSM to visit them due to the service. Highly recommend this place when looking for tires or an alignment.

Expert advise and a friendly atmosphere. They where able to quickly replace my tires. They didnt even need to align it and I was on my way to my first client in the morning. The fair price even did not dent my wallet to bad. I will be returning for life.

It was providential that I came to Allen Tire for a car repair. I did not know the nature of the problem but suspected it had to do with tire alignment/balance. Allen Tire diagnosed the problem as bad front wheel bearings and made a reasonable offer to repair it by replacing the bearings. The hubs were deemed to be good and did not need to be replaced (saving me considerable dollars).Well, things didnt exactly go smoothly. My car, a Toyota FJ Cruiser, required a special tool to remove a lock nut that was part of the hub/bearing assembly. They had the tool but broke it when attempting to remove the lock nut. This was on a Saturday and they were unable to get a replacement tool until Monday. So they reassembled it and I drove home (carefully).I returned on Monday, they received the tool and proceeded with the repair. But when it came to press the bearings out the hubs another problem developed in that their press was not capable of doing the job. So they arranged to have a local machine shop do it. Unfortunately, they determined that they did not have the proper table supports and couldnt do it either.At this point most repair facilities would have said that they could not complete the repair as estimated and that new hubs would be required at an additional cost ($400 in my case). Allen Tire didnt do that. They purchased the new hubs on their dime and completed the repair at the original estimate cost. In addition they threw in a free tire rotation and balance and patched a tire that been repaired with a plug.So Allen Tire went far beyond what was required of them. They ended up saving me over $400. And the completed repair made my car a joy to drive once more.You can search long and hard and wont find a more honest and considerate shop for your tires, alignment, strut, etc. They are good folks and I appreciate them very much!

Came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I marked my tires and my oil filter to see if they change/rotate them. The service took a total of 3 hours. Unfortunately after they handed back my keys and assured me the work was done, the tires had NOT been rotated and the oil filter had NOT been changed.Another example of a shady mechanic shop. My wife and I will no longer be coming here, and no longer recommend this store to anyone.

Took my 1999 Mustang GT there for two front tires and an alignment, my car has SVT wheels and they did the alignment and tires just fine. However they failed to mention they broke my center cap off one of my rims, they used rubber epoxy and put tape over it to cover up their mistake. My family has gone there for years und until that moment we had no issues. They failed to inform me because they didnt want to replace a $50 piece on $1800 wheels. Poor service if you ask me, glad I moved to Texas, Walmart gives better honest service. I do not recommend this place if you have expensive wheels, they try and cover their butt with epoxy and tape.

Over 32 yeas of service, as a kid before I could drive my father would always go to the 2401 North Tustin Avenue, Santa Ana store and then for about the last 25 years Ive been going to the 23854 Vía Fabricante, Mission Viejo store. Always prompt, respectful and fair... excellent service. I remember when Vince started at the Santa Ana store and now runs the Mission Viejo location.
