I took my 9 year old Burgandy BMW X3 in for some body work and not only was the price reasonable, the body work was scheduled quickly, convenient to my schedule and when I picked my BMW up 3 days later, it looks like a brand NEW SUV again!! I am a car enthusiast and enjoyed talking about cars with Reza. He treated me with the utmost respect!! I was surprised to find they do maintenance also, so I’m taking my car in Saturday for an oil change. So wonderful to find a trustworthy automotive business that can do precision body work, maintenance, BMW parts replacement, auto sales & Reza even ordered touch up paint from BMW for me.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother because A-1 Cars did unsafe work to her Prius and took advantage of her business. She has a Prius that she took in to replace the whole bottom cover that was coming off from an accident. We first noticed their unsafe work a couple of months into driving the vehicle. The bottom portion of the replaced part started to hang and drag on the floor while she was driving.Come to find out through the inspection of another shop they did not even replace the whole cover, only a small portion of the damage and took all of the insurance money. We decided to go back so they can fix their wrong doings, but they did not want to accept responsibility.My mother was so defeated by then and just told them to fix it properly even if it will cost her more money out of her pocket. She assumed they put in the proper replacements or screws needed to safely uphold the portions of her car. After her first poor experience with them, I went ahead and inspected the car myself to ensure she was not being scammed again. That is when i noticed they charged her just to get the car back with the bottom being held by zip ties!I was shocked they charged her $50 to put zip ties to hold together the unhinged part of her car. Extremely hazardous work, as NOBODY should be driving under these conditions. A danger to both the driver and others on the road. We have provided photos for evidence. Please be aware of going to this shop, as they are very reckless and not trustworthy. If you are a current customer of theirs, please inspect their work IMMEDIATELY!UPDATE, REPLY TO OWNER BELOW:First and foremost, I would like to address your accusations/claims of my mom, admitting to hitting it over the curb. This is exactly what i meant, when I said you did not accept responsibility for your poor work. My mom specifically mentioned your repeatedly accused of her hitting the curb, with no evidence, you continued to imply the bottom portion of her car came unhinged due to this. She repeatedly and SPECIFICALLY told you this did NOT OCCUR.There is no reason to tarnish anyones reputation, I am simply bringing the truth to light of her experience with you, your employees, and lack of safe work done to the car. It is interesting to me how you completely disregarded the photos, the zip ties, and taking money from honest and hardworking folks like my mother without thinking twice to provide distasteful service like this.It is unfortunate to see you would rather spend your time fabricating stories, instead of doing the right thing. I am an avid believer in giving credit where it is due, whether it is positive or negative. There are several positive reviews I have given to businesses that deserve it. Yours, is not one of them. In fact, this is the FIRST time im leaving a review that is not 5/5 stars.We thought long and hard about reporting your business to the BBB. This is the best body shop I have ever been to. They take every customers as friends! The boss helped me to check the problems of my car for a few times and didnt even charge me! They never try to push people to do any unnecessary work. They always tell you what they recommend to do and what is unimportant. Cheaper price but nicer work. Friendly staff. Since I knew this price I have never been to any other places. I rarely wrote reviews but I highly recommend this place this time.

Outstanding! I have an older Ford Edge that had front damage and I just wanted it fixed enough so hood would work. They managed to foo that in a couple of days. Changed Oil, broken blinker light and air in a tire that needed it all within the budget I set. Other places wanted to fix whole thing with repairs costing more than car is worth. Ill go again if needed.

Reza doesnt fit how you picture a typical car salesman/business owner. He is truly honest and caring about your needs. He prides himself with people being happy doing business with him. There are not many salesman or shop owners that can feel the same way as Reza does when a customer is actually happy with their transaction. The salesman shouldnt be the only one happy with a deal is finished, Reza makes sure that you are satisfied with doing business with him when you leave.

Hands down best customer service I have ever encountered while purchasing and servicing a BMW. I have had some horror stories involving purchasing used cars in the past and this company is incredibly reputable. The owners are genuinely kind people who stick to their word. This is hard to find especially in the car world. I could truly go on and on about how grateful I am for both Shaden and Rezza. I had a jar open in my car and had to have the interior detailed to avoid any stains. The job that Reza did on my car was a miracle!!! My car is 11 years old and my cream colored interior looks as good as the day I bought it. This is the best detail job that Ive ever seen. We have purchased 2 BMWs from Reza. He and his wife are the nicest people to do business with. They are always super helpful and honest. We moved away from California 6 months ago (to Nevada) and we still bring our car to Reza to fix! It is a 4 hour drive each way!! That is how much we trust him. He was a certified pre-owned mechanic at the BMW dealership for many years so he knows his stuff! He does not tell you something is wrong with your car when theres not so that he can make more money like the dealerships do. We have recommended A1 Cars to all of our friends and family.

I just had to share my great experience in purchasing a used car from A-1 Cars. After reviewing their website and talking to the owner Reza, I was able to test drive the 2006 BMW 325i (now mine:) and took it for a 3rd-party inspection. Everything turned out perfect and Reza was very nice and easy to do business with. Even couple of months later, I had a minor fender bender accident. Reza had my car fixed under my budget and he was able to take care another small cosmetic flaw without any charge. And better yet, he had offered me a complementary oil service and basic detail for the next 6 months! I am very pleased with my experience and Reza will always be my go-to mechanic. Would love to recommend anyone this good business establishment.
