A+ Service. From the moment Caliber received my car, I felt like it was in good hands. They have great communication and they sent me text updates daily. This was super convenient as I am a very busy person and do not have time to play phone tag. Gregg was super helpful and answered all my questions. He worked with my insurance and I never had to deal with a thing. The whole process was professional and super easy. I always hear nightmares about getting a car fixed after an accident, but with Caliber in Mission Viejo everything went perfect. Literally, my car inside and out looks better than before the accident...haha. The paint is a perfect match which is hard considering I have a white pearl color. I was very nervous, but you seriously cannot tell where it was even damaged. I really cannot recommend them enough. Besides missing my own car for a few days, it was literally painless and the whole thing feels like it almost never even happened. If you get into an accident, save yourself any hassles and take your vehicle to these guys. I promise you will not regret it!!!

Caliber Collision Centers are a profession outfit. Used them for the past 26 years. The workmanship is extremely good. The folks who handle you are very courteous and cordial. That hasn’t changed with each time I have met a new person who has helped me. .

So far so good. They are AAA approved and work with most insurance companies. They have a night time or after hours drop box where you can leave your car and drop the key and a form and they will contact you in the morning.

This company came highly recommended to me by a neighbor I trust. I have used them twice in a year because of accidents. My service advisor, Vince, has been outstanding to work with. He calls with updates, you never have to look for him. This company; their work, and their service is 5 stars, in a 3 star world. They get my highest recommendation and many thanks.

I am beyond impressed by the service at Caliber. Everyone was very kind and helpful. My service manager was in constant communication with me during the entire duration of my service. If I needed anything he was so quick to help me. When my car was completed he offered to drive my car to my work 30 minutes away from the shop because I wasn’t able to pick up due to my work schedule. My car looked brand new! He then dropped off my rental for me and I was beyond thankful for his service. There was one concern I notified Zdenko, and he scheduled guys to come out first thing in the morning to me and had it fixed within the hour. I had a very speedy experience with Caliber, and was back on the road with a fully repaired bumper and proximity sensors in about 5 days. Your experience will highly depend on your insurance coverage with any repair shop, but the customer experience in my case was top notch. Would highly recommend if you have better than the state minimums for insurance coverage. Was an effortless process totally hands off.

I had Caliber fix my car over a year ago. I still dont understand why the charges to fix my car exceeded the value of my car. Shouldve been totaled maybe?! Another thing, they upload pictures to send progress of the work, but some pictures they sent me werent even of my car. Also, they cleaned only one of my headlights. One is nice and clean the other is yellow. After paying almost 10k, youd think they would clean the other.

Been going here for years and they always take care of me and everyone I have referred. Taylor Goetz is one of the hardest working professionals along with his team and they keep me and my friends and family coming back for all of those unfortunate damages. 🙏👌👍

We had our new car for two days when we were driving down the carpool lane and a large highway or parking lot light pole apparently fell of a truck ahead of us. A car in an adjacent lane hit it and knocked it into our lane. It went under our car, ripped off the right front tire, took out all the steering mechanism, the radiator, etc. Total damage was about $15,000. AAA insurance (great also, by the way) sent us to CaliberCaliber kept us fully informed during the entire process and the car was repaired to the point that you could not even tell it had been an accident. All repairs are guaranteed for the life of the car. We hope we never have to see them again but, if we do, we will be comfortable that everything will be done in a quick, professional manner.

The very first question they asked when we arrived (after a car accident) was if everyone was alright. After that, the paperwork was simply explained and the staff were friendly and efficient. I dropped off my car several weeks ago to have Caliber fix the front bumper area of my car. I picked up my car on Friday the 13th around noon after dropping off the rental car and was initially impressed with the way the car looked.However, upon driving the car, I noticed that my air conditioning was completely broken, which was curious because it was working fine before and after I got in an accident. I drove my car back to Caliber and told them about the problem, dropping my car off a second time. After sitting in the office for about an hour they told me that they couldn’t fix the problem until they ordered the right part. They received the part and called me on the following Tuesday to bring my car in for a third time. I had to borrow a car and have someone pick me up at the shop, which was rather inconvenient for both parties.Caliber fixed the air conditioning system the next day, so I drove to the shop and picked it up again around 6:30pm. I turned the car on and the air conditioning worked perfectly – the airbag system, however, didn’t. After troubleshooting the system, I dropped the car off at Caliber for a FOURTH time. Like the air conditioning system, this problem arose only AFTER Caliber worked on my car. Once again I had to borrow a car and get a ride. Eventually my car was finished correctly and I picked it up last Thursday, and so far there are no more problems.Throughout this process I was in contact with the service advisor who repeatedly assured me that the car would be taken care off. I asked to speak with the manager several times to talk about these issues, but had no success. On Thursday she was too busy, and after being told several times that she would call, I waited on Friday (11/20) and Monday (11/23) and heard nothing back, even though I was told she would call me. To top it all off, the service adviser asked me to hide these issues from my insurance company and lie about it to them if they asked how the repairs went.Then, when my insurance company came out to inspect the car, they found that Caliber did not align the hood properly with the front bumper, so I had to drop my car off for a FIFTH time.Overall, all I got from Caliber was lip service. They told me they would fix my car, but each time I dropped the car off it had a new problem. I was told I could speak with the manager, but each time she was too busy or simply didn’t see it as a priority to call me back. Though the staff at Caliber is well-meaning and kind, they are simply incompetent.This is the first and last time I will be going to Caliber, and I’m sorry to say, but they were unprofessional and sadly inept. Next time I will be going to a place that can take care of my needs the first – not the fifth – time around.

Had my car towed here after being rear ended. My car was declared totaled so I cant attest to any actual repairs. But they worked seamlessly with my insurance which made what was a frustrating experience much better than it could have been.

Very impressed with Gabriel at Caliber. They finished the work on time and the vehicle looks like new. They even ate a $200 error on a part they misquoted. The called me every day and updated me with the progress of the repair.Very happy with their service. Id highly recommend this location.

This Caliber location exceeded my expectations. Fast-Friendly-Service. Having to deal with an insurance company repair can be annoying especially when its not your company. The repair work looks great and even made some minor repairs to some areas that werent part of the initial repair area. The rep working with me (Nicholas Thorburn) kept me up to date almost daily. I dont believe in perfection because it isnt possible in the real world. However, his service I rate as a (10) Professional and Courteous. A rarity these days.
