Very professional and very friendly! I live in Temecula and needed a last minute pre-purchase used car inspection somewhere in OC. After a quick google I found this place and the owner was able to get me in real quick. He’s very knowledgeable of cars and car culture, as well as pays close attention to detail. Came in for a brake inspection and omar was quick and affordable I told him I had a budget and he kept it within the budget. I am definitely going to be coming back here.

Got my rear brakes replaced. Jack was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything and didnt try and get me to do any other unnecessary work. Everyone did a great job. In and out in 2 hours. I will be going here in the future if my car needs any repairs.

I called in advance and made an appointment to have my oil changed. They began working immediately when I arrived and finished quickly. Before I left, their mechanic gave me brief overview on some other things that will need fixing in the near future and a price estimate to do said repairs. All in all it was a good experience and I believe I will go there for any future maintenance needs. I also really appreciated the fact they give you a free chilled beverage of your choice while you wait for your car to be worked on.

Went in for an oil change and the service was excellent. Very friendly and they let me know of some minor issues and also assured me that my car was fine in other areas I was concerned with (tire wear and air filter replacements). Professional courteous affordable and honest qualities that are normally hard to find in auto repair I guess thats why theyre called the good guys. Would definitely recommend them to anyone had all brakes replaced and rotors for much less than anyone else in less than 2 hours because I had an important birthday to go to.

Went in because my tire kept leaking air and i assumed i needed a new one so thats what i asked for. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it was likely just a small leak that could be fixed for $20 rather than the cost of a whole new tire. So I pulled in and the guy (i wish i had remembered to ask for his name) showed me what he was going to do and that it was just a nail in my tire, he then had to take a phone call which didnt bother me but in ten minutes he was done came and fixed the leak very fast and then afterwards he says no charge because of the phone call, i insisted but he said no and sent me on my way. I went into Good Guys expecting pay for a whole new tire and to be overcharged or something like that but I think i may have found my new favorite mechanic never did i expect such a stellar service. Highly Recommended

I just took my van to Good Guys for an oil change. In addition to fast, efficient, thorough service, they found two bald tires with threads showing, as well as a cooling system leak which I knew I had but couldnt locate myself. They also found an oil leak at my oil pressure sending unit which I didnt know I had. They actually brought me under my van and showed me the exact spot of the leaks. I like this kind of service. I will be a repeat customer.

STAY AWAY! I purchased a Groupon for this establishment. When I arrived a employee stated they would not honor the groupon because there is a new owner. He told me that I need to contact groupon for a refund. When I asked how much it would be without the deal, the man working quoted hundreds of dollars more than the Groupon with parts and labor. The Groupon is still being advertised, so don’t buy it. Take your business elsewhere. If you are going to advertise deals then you HONOR them.

Fantastic shop, great price, excellent service and excellent customer service.

This place is a joke. They shouldnt be In business. My mechanic is quoted $280 but he isnt open on Saturdays so I went through groupon and found them. Grpupon was for 99 brake special for a sedan. After inspection jack quoted $440 worth of work and worth the groupon pt would be 341 plus the 50 inspection . I would suggest groupon hire some secret shoppers to find out how their retailers or service providers really measure up. Groupon is probably too cheap to do this more people will end up getting screwed.
