Finally a place to service my cars with upscale people. The employees and polite and friendly. They even fixed something at no charge for me. They noticed that my back tail light cover was about to fall off and they went in and secured it. I really like this place and the people. They have a brand new sparkling clean facility that looks a bit like a laboratory. This is a 5 star business.

Took my a Maserati to Mark Douglas for brakes. They saved me a significant amount of money over what the dealer would charge by preserving the rotors on the rear wheels, which were still in good shape. Easy drop off in the morning and back by 4:00 pm. I use them for most of my Maserati maintenance. Very reliable and easy to do business with.

Wouldnt take my Ferrari anywhere else. Mark the owner is extremely professional and truly cares about providing service thats second to none. They treat your exotic just like its their own. Their office manager John or the technician who is working on your car will keep you up to date on the progress of the work that they are doing for you. I really appreciate that personal care in that you are not just a number. A few years ago on my very first experience I needed two additional keys for a 360. MDM was literally half the cost of the Ferrari Newport Beach Ferrari dealer and that was my first introduction to MDM. I have used them ever since. Very first class operation at a reasonable cost. These guys are great, very professional and very helpful. They were clear in explaining their findings and discussed the options. They were much more specific and willing to discuss options, what needed to be done now and what could wait. I was much happier with them than with the BMW dealership which was more expensive with poorer customer service. Got my BMW M3s brakes replaced here last week and was very satisfied with Marks work. He takes his time to do things correctly and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg like other places. I was initially told about this place from a coworker and he had raved about how he had the best mechanic. I had to give this place a try to see if it was worth all the talk and I am happy to say it is. I plan on making Mark my regular mechanic because he does great work and has excellent prices.

My car is MB C 300,.2010, needs service B, Mark email me with exactly what hes going to do for that service. Estimated price and wait time. They finished my car within the wait time range, 2 hours. They didnt try to up sell services, they diagnosed one major problem which cost by my previous repair shop. Overall, trustworthy, honest mechanics.I have recommend them to my friends who needs car services, and will continue do so.

Great service and detailed. They’re honest and replaced only what was needed. I requested 4 pads and rotors to be replaced because I thought all four were bad but found out only the front needed to be replaced.

Mark Douglas Motorworks is the best thing for my GTMC. Unbelievably reasonable fee. The dealer offers another Maserati as loaner when changing my oil and filters, but I’m paying for the loaner anyway and that’s an unnecessary expense.

I had MDM do a PPI on a Ferrari f430 that I purchased, very friendly and professional. I wanted to bring the car to someone who is a expert in these exotics, Mark is a certified Ferrari tech and he was very through with the inspection. Only thing was I was going to pay for PPI, compression check, and leak down test. Didnt need the leak down test so I thought price was going to be less but it wasnt. But Im happy with his service.
