They ripped me off charged me $175 to tell me my car wasnt worth fixing cause he did not do any test on the car they lied to me and took $175 .

I had a really good experience here. I have had a difficult time searching for a trustworthy mechanic for quite some time. I can honestly say that this shop is outstanding on all levels. Russell is an awesome mechanic.The moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted by great customer service. I was even more impressed by the thorough explanation of the work needed to be completed for my car to operate. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable and the service was superb. My car is running much better now that I took it to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any work done on their car and will continue to bring my car to this shop for future car maintenance.

Vince answers the phone promptly when I call. Never have to wait if I call ahead an hour or two. They have worked on two of my cars mechanically and I have found their prices to be very fair. They will actually FIX things rather than just pulling and replacing as the dealers will do. I highly recommend them.

This is my go-to auto shop for my 2011 Dodge Challenger in my wifes Mazda 5. Vince goes the extra mile to make sure things are fixed right and Im never disappointed. Great work guys.Most interesting job I probably gave them was when rats chewed the wiring on my wifes Mazda, they fixed it up and I never had a problem since. Brakes belts engine work they do it all and do it really well.

Great service and 100% honest. They took care of the family auto exclusively for the last 10 years and always did a great job at a very reasonable price. Save your money and avoid using dealer repair departments once your vehicle is out of warranty, you will be treated well here.

John from Finishline Tire and Automotive, in the same lot, recommended Vince at perfect auto to me for a larger maintenance job on my 2002 Camry while Johns main mechanic was on gone. I live far from John but always take my vehicle to him because I trust his service. The distance is worth good repair and maintenance without the worry of shotty workmanship and dishonesty. I am weary of taking my vehicle to anyone else so I was a bit hesitant to take my car to Vince. But, after Johns high recommendation I decided to take the plunge.Vince did an amazing job on my vehicle. About half way through the job Vince contacted John to show him the repairs. John called me after taking a look at the vehicle with everything removed and confirmed the assessment just to put me at ease. Very good customer service if nothing else. I got a call from Vince and he told me about a motor mount that was toast and that my water pump was weeping and about to go out. This was beyond my original repair of resealing the timing cover and changing the crank seal while he was in there. I approved the extra repairs. When I got back to pick up the vehicle, Vince showed me all the old parts. I appreciate this because I used to rebuild engines in my youth (I do not like to work on engines and have other things I could do with my time so I take my vehicles in for service these days) and seeing the old parts helps with trust. The damage on the parts were obvious and not something that could have been faked. The damage showed signs of age which is key in appraising parts that have been replaced. So, everything was good. But here is the kicker, not only did he do the job requested at the price he quoted originally, he did a lot more. He cleaned and resealed my oil pan, he cleaned and resealed my head gasket, he cleaned my whole engine compartment, flushed my radiator (since he was replacing the water pump), he replaced my serpentine belt, and he gave me an oil change while incorporating a high mileage additive to the mix. All things that were above and beyond the call of duty. They also picked me up from my hotel when the vehicle was completed.All-in-all, I am thoroughly impressed with Vinces customer service, his skills under the hood, his desire to be thorough, and his honesty, Also, having a recommendation from a person I trust made this a trustworthy choice. I highly recommend Vince for any repair job you might have.

Nice guy, but I found a coupon for another puurfect auto one street over for $100 less and he wouldnt even price match. Had to wait an hour for them to just get my brake pads from somewhere else, and after they had them it only took 10 mins to put on. Waste of my time and money. Go to the one off lake forest instead of los alisos for a good coupon. I wont come here again.

Terrible, let them work on my car a couple of times. They failed to give me accurate information on inspection, unfriendly service and information that didnt make sense.
