Accurate used to have honest mechanics. Over the past couple years the company has changed. They are dishonest now. I know cars. They told me I needed a repair that was not needed. They were dishonest. Unfortunately accurate auto can no longer be trusted.

I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad. Long story short I am writing a BAD review because I was lied to about my vehicle. I took my car for a tune up, Mike told me I needed a repair which was a LIE. The repair Mike told me I needed was the SAME repair a year previously from the SAME shop. Accurate auto already fixed the problem a year ago! Mike lied and told me I needed the same repair again. He did not even bother to look into the computer to see my vehicle history report. 100% lies from Accurate Auto just so they can make another buck. I took all my cars here for YEARS, and now I will never take my vehicles back here and I have stopped referring my friends to Accurate. In the long run this is how you loose money and business. All it takes is a single lie.

Its hard to find honest, competent mechanics with fair pricing, these guys are all the above!Initially came here for an oil change and saw how clean and organized the shop was, have since had numerous services and repairs, will be coming here for all future mechanic needs.

Mike was very helpful and prices are great compared to next door. Got my total break job for front for Audi A7. Was very kind said I can come back and get a free inspection of the rear breaks.

Accurate auto repair is a great place to get an honest opinion on your car. They won’t quote you with unnecessary fixes. It’s an honest, family-run shop full of friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. I take my 4Runner in here now in a regular basis for maintenance and check-ups.

Incredibly informative and very helpful! They helped to change out my alternator, although it took more time then expected, they took the initiative to contact me and let me know. They also fixed my aux port and changed the oil. My car feels brand new! Would highly recommend!

Once again Ric gave me the honest answer about my car. Bought a used car and the oil sensor light problem is due to old oil not low oil or bad sensor. I take all five of my cars to Ric.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. First off, I was charged $50 for having them look at my car and they did not tell me that this was going to be the case in advance. I only found out when I went to pick up the car. I did receive an email estimate for $50 and thought that was the extent of my repair. I approved it and sent it back. There was no wording on the estimate saying that the $50 was only for looking at the car to determine the cause of the issue. After I responded to the estimate, they called me a couple of hours later and told me that the repair would be $500. I said okay and arranged for a repair date (still unaware that I was going to be charged $50 for looking at the car). Then when I went to pick up my car later the same day and they charged me the $50 and then told me that they have decided not to do the repair on my car after all because he is not comfortable working on a twin turbo. What the heck? Why didnt you just turn me away in the first place and spare me the $50 charge. The whole thing was extremely awkward and unclear. For these reasons I am not able to recommend Accurate Auto Repair. Never in all of my years of car ownership have I ever been charged for having my car looked at. Outrageous!

Many shops would’ve given up looking for a coolant leak on an old Mazda. Not Accurate! They were diligent and solved the mystery! No more leaks!

Whenever we bring in our vehicle, we are greeted in a courteous and professional manner. The estimate, work and time to accomplish are always as we are told. We have a vehicle with very high mileage and we know Ted and his staff will keep us going safely. It is a relief to have this confidence and we would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Auto Repair to anyone!

Accurate Auto Repair did a great job changing my oil, fixing my rear brakes, and adding new power steering fluid. They are always reliable and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle.

I had always taken my car here, but last time they ran the smog, it passed but my aftermarket intake didnt for some reason, even though it came with a sticker. I asked why they didnt check it before running the smog and I couldnt get a straight answer. Tried going there again and apparently everyone was at lunch and would have to wait and hour for them. Took my car down the street to USA Smog on Obrero and got in right away with 3 others waiting. Was in and out in less than 30 mins.
