We have gone to Nick for all of our auto needs for years. He is fair, honest and gives us the information we need to make decisions as to what needs to be done on the car and when. Most recently my coolant light came on and as I was headed to Arizona I needed it checked immediately. Nick made the time, found no problem, and topped the coolant. He chose not to charge me for this service although I was happy to pay. He is always more than fair. Whether a service or repair is more or less expensive his billing is clear and he explains up front what the costs will be. If I am deciding whether to have more optional work done he is essential to helping me make an informed decision. Based on the years of experience I have had with Nick I trust him completely.

We have been going here for at least 7 years now. We moved about 1 1/2. -2 hours away but still take both of our cars to Nick. I absolutely loved my experience at Saddleback Cars. Nick was very professional and straightforward with what my car needed. I liked that when I described a noise he immediately went on a test drive with me so that I could point out the sound myself to him. None of the other shops I have been to have done this and when I go back to get my car I get the same excuse we could not replicate the sound. Nick identified the sound within seconds.I definitely recommend this shop. It is my intention to visit it exclusively for all of my car needs.

Getting my car serviced isnt one of my favorite activities. Nick made it as painless as possible. I was apprehensive on my first visit. Two people were in the super clean and inviting waiting area, they quickly assured me I was in good hands. They were long time customers. I had my 70,000 mile check up done on my Volvo wagon. I began to go to Saddleback Cars some years ago when nobody seemed to be able to fix my Datsun 280 Z. Nick is a wizard! He got it running well in about three hours and has continued to keep it that way ever since. His work, ethics and prices are very good and there is very little he cant do. I have even taken my Lexus there, rather than go to the dealer. You wont have a better experience at an auto shop, than working with Nick.

I had been introduced to Saddleback Cars from a mutual Friend of the Nick the Owner, and was very impressed with his very Professional response to the Needs of my Car. He indicated what could be done to it, and while some issues were immediate, he indicated the others could last for some time without the work being done, and that there was time for me to get more mileage out of the present condition. To me that was saving me money, and then when I did compare his Prices to others like Firestone / Sears / Cadillac Dealerships etc. he was probably 10-20% Cheaper. My truck required a smog check but service engine light needed to be taken care of first. There were several things wrong, but Nick identified and fixed them all and truck passed test with no problems. I will take all my cars to him from now on. My 240Z is next.
