The man who fixed my phone was super nice and helpful. He was a small business owner, and I loved supporting him over Apple. He fixed my phone in 40 minutes, and was extremely skilled in the repair. I would totally recommend anyone with a cracked screen to go there. It also saves you $60-70 compared to what Apple would do.

Abdullah is amazing. My son decided my cell phone needed a bath and I, like a dummy, did not have my phone backed up. It died with 11,000 photos on it - essentially my kids whole lives up until now. Abdullah was able to recover the data and back my phone up for me. He was kind, helpful, and informative through the process. He did not make any promises other than to try his hardest, and I really appreciated the honesty in a stressful situation. Great experience, easy to set up an appointment, work was done in a timely manner and job quality was high.4 months ago I needed a battery replacement for my Pixel series phone. The website primarily advertised for Apple devices but he can pretty much work on any brand. If theres doubt, it doesnt hurt to ask to be sure. My phone was ready at the appointed time, no residue or signs of work was visible, and my phone is still running strong 4 months later. Highly recommended.

We went to PV a month ago and the girlfriends phone took in some water during one of our water excursions causing it to be unresponsive and not turn on. Price was fair and wed definitely go back to his shop again if we bump into any phone issues!

Damaged my phone with a nasty dent right on the power button. Neither I nor the store were able to pull it back out, but RxRepair was able to open the screen (which is hard on my model - Moto Z4 play), get it unstuck from the inside, and sand a bit of the damage away so it didnt look so bad, and the button isnt rough/jagged to touch. I wasnt sure Id get my data back (no backup) but they got it done in a few hours! Thanks for being there for me when I needed it.

My Apple 10 plus screen was broken by my daughter. and nothing else is wrong before. So I sent my phone to this place. Three days later After they replaced the new screen. The touch screen at the top corner stopped working. Then I came back and they replaced another one. A few days later the same problem happened again. And even worse this time the Face ID stopped working too. I ask him why. he says it’s system problem. And again a few days later top part of the screen stopped working again. They says we aren’t going to fix this anymore and gave me the refund. But when I went to another shop for fixing this. They told me your Face ID was broken by the people before me and you have to back to them to fix this. When I call this place. At beginning he doesn’t admit he broken this. Later He says we gave you refunds. Why you tell me now. We are not responsible for this anymore. And then just hang up my phone rudely. No recommendations!!!horrible experience

I am satisfied with the great service that RxTech Repair has provided. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 7, so the screen went black and I lost my data. I went to the Apple Store to possibly get my data back, but they were only concerned with replacing the screen for $150. Other companies were offering me $500 to $1600 to recover the files. Abdullah was able to recover my files and replace my screen only within a few hours. Most of all, the price was way lower than the quotes Ive gotten. Very affordable! These guys are the best. The place was a little tricky to find initially, but three years and three phone repairs later and were super pleased with the results. The service is straight-up quality. No scamming or up-selling. NO COST if they cant fix your phone in most cases. We just bring in or drop off the phone and an hour later its working again. Im not sure what other repair places charge for glass and LCD repair, but I know Apple charges more than 150 for iPhone 11. Hopefully I dont ever have to go through this process again (which was made easy by RxTechRepair) but if I do, I am coming back here. I came here to get my iPad fixed. My dog jumped on the couch and of course it bounces off and hits the floor. Not a huge fall so I didnt expect a crack but I was wrong, the picture was all messed up. It was just perfect timing to have it fall during finals week. But I am so glad I found an iPad repair in Mission Viejo close to my house!! From start to finish, I got my iPad repaired in less than an hour!!! Not much time taken away from my studying so these guys are a lifesaver! I sent my tablet in for a cracked screen repair and it now has flicker gate..I cant use it and I just brought a new 1 ..it was a waste of money..so I say for the 300 bucks put it towards a new 1..Ps they had to know it didnt work correctly..well if they tested it..also your giving them your password.

The service is absolutely great! Rx Tech repair, specifically Abdullah, repaired my Surface Pro 4 the same day it was delivered to their store. Customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend their service for Surface lineup repair. Their service is also great considering that Microsoft does not offer repair for their devices, so Rx Tech is definitely a life saver.

I cracked my iPhone screen after dropping it perfectly on its face... I had it repaired here and Abdullah did a great job repairing it. Price was very good and the service was finished really fast. Most importantly the screen is operating as if it was new so I’m very impressed with the quality of the parts used.

The guys at RX repair are awesome! The first screen they put on my iPhone X worked fine and looked good when I left but after about an hour the OLED screen got a green line across the whole phone. I called them and they were extremely apologetic and told me to come in and they would replace it immediately. Its been a few days now and there are no issues! They stand behind their warranty and have great service! Plus they have free WIFI and a couch to chill on while you wait, so bring you laptop or tablet so you arent bored while waiting.

One of our laptops had an accident. We knew it was probably not going to survive, but just in case, we took it to Rx Tech Repair. They were friendly, professional, thorough and very good at explaining what was being done to try to revive our laptop. At the end, our laptop couldnt be revived. Rx Tech didnt charge us for the work they did in an attempt to get us up and running. 100% recommend these guys!

Not to long ago I went to repair my port and only now I’m looking at where the screen and glass meet. It’s not broken but, it doesn’t look like they took their time it looks like it wasn’t screwed tightly. It was a quick repair but, I would like a little more time put into my phone. Great service though.

First off, Anthony picked up the phone on the second ring. Then he had me check my iPad model (over the phone) to see if he could fix its screen. He could so I brought it in. Today is Sunday. He said he could have it back in about an hour and a half. My iPad was fully fixed in about 10 minutes. He put a protective screen on and fixed my home button (which the other repair guy messed up and took a week to do) at no cost. Really fair price. This place deserves 5 stars

Wow! I thought I lost my iPad Pro after a severe drop basically broke the screen and bent the iPad case along the middle. Abdullah was very friendly and honest, so I left it in his care. I wasnt expecting much since the damage was so bad, but when I went to pick it up I thought I had a brand new iPad! Thats how great a job Abdullah did. Im typing this review on my iPad now.
