A relatively small store, but seems pretty busy.After waiting around 5 - 10 minutes I was taken care by a young gentleman by the name of Will. He helped me with my requests quickly and efficiently.Overall I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy.Id definitely recommend on this place.

Ali hooked me up no fuss no muss. Went in with my brother to upgrade me from an iPhone 6s to 8plus. He has great humor and great customer service. Better than ocean ranch in Dana point!

I have never, in my whole life, experienced so much frustration in migrating my lines from another carrier and getting what they promised me. Its taken me 4 trips to the store, a few hours on the phone with customer service and my problem is not yet solved. DO NOT waste your time going to this store. They DO NOT have your best interest in mind as a customer.

This store does a really good job at selling products but has no knowledge of customer service after the sale. Trying to return an item under the 14 days policy, every one there including their manager does not know even how to do a simple exchange or return. This snobbie young lady that drive the $60,000 car thinks she is a Samsung Expert but actually knows less information than most consumers and if she knows anything the information is incorrect. Another customer that was in there at the same I was had a problem with an upgrade that she supposely did not touch his account. So you see where I am going with this. They were trying to charge me a $50 restocking fee on a product that was defective. The interesting part is they could not figure out how to charge that desperate restock fee and refunded my money less $12. So I walked out the store not upset but felt pretty happy they only got $12 out of me instead of $50. This store has horrible customer service while trying to return or exchange a product and then cant even reinforce a simple re-stocking fee!

Moojan activated my account quite a while ago and has been my go to T-Mobile employee for months now. She is the best here!

Please dont waist your time using T-mobile. They have the worst customer service!! -they are not willing to help at all and are happy if you take your business else where...so unprofessional. The signal is really bad in cali, so not worth the Hassel.
