I took my phone into AT&T in order to upgrade. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by their customer service representatives. Everyone was very professional and polite. Very genuine and sincere. Customer service representative, Melissa P. assisted during my upgrade. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Melissa not only took the time to explain what was available to me (with no pressure), she assisted with choosing what was the best option with the best phone and there after made sure everything was set up and complete, including the transfer of all my information onto my new phone. I highly recommend coming into this location as I will continue to come back to the AT&T shop (at the Shops of Mission Viejo), for their outstanding service and support.

You need to hire more people to help customers. Terrible customer service at this location. I could not get assistance. Was across the mall in another store and watched at least 20 other people just leave too. Customer service fail!

Rafael (the manager) was amazing!! We were having trouble with our phones and trying to trade them in since mine was broke and he made sure there was a way to help us out. He also tried to make sure we got the best payments for our new plan! If he helps you, you will not be disappointed. Dudes also super chill to talk to. He makes getting a new phone experience 10x better!

Excellent service! I went in to get my phone upgraded but they didnt have the color that I wanted at the time, so the manager Iman ordered it for me that day with expedited shipping! I got exactly what I needed with only a short wait, but I didnt mind since he helped me so much. Highly recommend!

Is AT&T an elaborate scam, out to prey on the weak?For nearly 6 months my wife and I have been substantially overcharged for our plans. We were offered a free iPhone X (that we would not have been able to afford otherwise) for opening a new line. We have been charged not only the fee for the phone itself, but additional charges and late fees. Weve visited the store, weve called customer service (several times) and allegedly had it resolved, they ensured it would be resolved. Weve even called the grievance department––and had them solve our payment issue as well.However, again this month, the payments are now even higher. AT&T is stealing money right out of our accounts from their own incompetence and repeated mistakes. Were not unhappy, were furious.Were ashamed to be associated with AT&T and their dreadful ability to attend to their consumers needs. When you have 3 kids, live on a very tight budget and are trying to use all your money to pay everyday expenses, these kinds of corporate oversights become overbearing. Im certain were not the only ones...I only wonder how many millions of people AT&T is stealing from that simply havent noticed the discrepancy in their bills, a few dollars here, a few dollars there. Were done wasting our lives on hold with AT&T irresponsible practices, while they keep us on the line.

If you want the BEST come see Iman. He was a pleasure to work with. He made the transition from switching from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone XR smooth and easy. He handled everything. Will definitely come back to him for all my phone needs.

We want give total awesome accolades to assistant manager J.R.. He went there to turn in our phone because the Apple store representative said it could not be fixed but J.R. just cleaned the charging post and the phone could be charged again. He also found out that our phone plan was so antiquated that we can get two new iPhones XR so the same monthly charge that we are paying now. How awesome is that! He helped us setup these phones from start to finish. We are so happy and J.R. Deserves all the glory and praise. We will stay with AT&T for life.

I was so frustrated with Ryan at the San Clemente Outlet store I decided to give ATT another chance. I went to talk to LUIS PAREDES at the Shops at Mission Viejo and he was wonderful. He did exactly what I wanted to do at the San Clemente store but was told I couldnt. He was patience and very nice. I would hire him to work for me I liked him that much! Hes an asset to ATT and has great customer service skills and multi tasked well. He saved the day for me. Thank You LUIS!!!! You were awesome!!!

Luis and his manager were a great help with sorting out the back end data plan changes.the only att store worth coming to that is in the area.it also seems to be less crowded since most people come here for everything else but to settle discrepancies with their bill.

Having been to the location in the past and leaving several times due to disappointing treatment, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and help I received from J.R. His dedication to understanding my needs as customer went above and beyond my expectations. He is an example of a shining star in a rather disapppointing place.

Hated having to update our iPhones, but Iman made this experience uncomplicated. He was terrific. Sold us two top of the line phones after explaining in detail why this was our best option...the photography. He spent a lot of time helping us set up, while still being courteous to other customers coming in. Probably the best service we have had buying any electronics. Iman knows his phones. I was having lots of trouble during the process of making my transition to AT&T from t-mobile, as well as purchasing a black iPhone XR. After hours of trouble with AT&T customer service over the phone, as well as having my order (which was supposed to arrive the same day) that took over two weeks to ship, only to arrive at the wrong address; I went straight to the Mission Viejo Mall AT&T store, where I was warmly greeted by Luis. I had decided to cancel my order of the iPhone XR, but keep my membership with AT&T regardless. Luis dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of, even calling customer service himself to sort things out. After being unsuccessful in his attempt, and with closing hours drawing near, Luis promised me he would call back when he arrived back at work that next Tuesday. I got a personal call from Luis bright and early Tuesday morning, and he assured me everything was taken care of. Luis had successfully canceled my order after numerous attempts, and got me back my sales tax refund almost instantly. Luis represented AT&T with outstanding knowledge of his job as well as extreme professionalism. If I could give you more than a 5 star review, I would my friend. Iman, Sterling, and J.R. are top notch professionals! Stopped by to get an XS Max to replace my iPhone 6. It was such an wonderful experience! They helped me all the way. Iman went out of his way in a super big way (!) to help me with a case and a screen protector, J.R. was a lifesaver and went over and beyond to help me figure out and back up my stuff in iCloud (was very tricky with my work email backup), and Sterling sat with me for hours(!?) to help me with installation. Kudos, guys! See you soon enough!!

I walked into this store after having such a bad experience at the Aliso Viejo store and JR was so pleasant, knowledgeable and he took his time to help me. He was able to fix the wrong doings that the Aliso Viejo store did. I will always drive the extra miles to come to this store!

If you want to be treated like garbage by the staff at this location then I would go. Not everyone is bad, just a few people that ruin it for everyone else. I went in for a simple issue and was treated the rudest I have ever experienced. This store opens late often and talks down to you. I wish I had a picture to show the person I am talking about. Go to Ladera Ranch and save yourself the hassle.

After spending hours at the AT&T store in the Kelideskop mall and not finding a solution, Decided to give the AT&T store in mission Viejo mall a chance and they were able to help me out and find a solution to my cellphone problem. I appreciate the manager Iman, Who worked very hard to help me and after all I was able to purchase 2 new iPhone XSMAXs and change my TV service from COX to AT&T and DIRECTV.

The store manager Anthony is the rudest person I’ve ever seen in my life . He derided my understanding and communicating just because I’m a foreigner and he behaved me impolitely . When I approached him in order to see his name, he threw his business card to me and said “here’s my name go complain .” . I don’t understand who and why they picked his as a manager . He doesn’t even know how to treat customers .
