I had been dreading getting a new phone for weeks. The process has always been confusing and daunting to me. I am very happy to say that Taylor from the Verizon store in the Shops at Mission Viejo mall completely blew my preconceived notions out of the water. He made the whole experience a pleasant one by explaining my options to me in a clear way and not making me feel like a dope for asking a bunch of inane questions. His relaxed yet professional manner made the entire task almost painless. I wish trips to the dentist were as easy! I highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs.
Great experience with Verizon in The Shops of Mission Viejo. Kate quickly confirmed I was eligible for their promotion and scheduled an appointment. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Kate was easy to work with. Tough “I” did not remember my password; she made the transaction of switching over three lines easy and smooth. Kate has even followed with reminders for me to register my devices for their guaranties. In addition, she took time off from her break to assist me when I came in with follow-up questions. She is Awesome!
Taylor did a great job explaining the total costs to upgrade two phones, add protection and cancel two other lines. Beyond that he knew we were on a time crunch so the rest of the team - Kate and Olivia - jumped in to get us out of there in a timely fashion. No one likes upgrading phones but they made it easy (and memorable). Thanks for everything.
My husband and I went to the Verizon store in the Mission Viejo Shopping Mall and were welcomed by Caitlyn. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about getting us both a new phone. I came into Verizon upset my phone wasn’t working and Kate was so amazing enough to help me out. She helped me get the new iphone and was so kind. She’s very dedicated to her job and she was so sweet. She is so good at helping people out and I recall appreciated her help.
I made a stop at Verizon today to compare their family plans against those of AT&T as I plan on switching to one of those two networks soon at the request of my daughters, who are sick of our value plan (go figure). Verizon definitely has the better store and tech set up – very modern and futuristic feeling. I did have to wait quite a while to actually speak with someone, but once I was being helped the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales person Kate was extremely helpful!!! I would highly recommend going to this store at the MV mall and asking specifically for her. She goes above and beyond to help and make the experience a great one! Also, the wait is a lot less than going to one of the larger Verizon suit doors.
Went to this location to trade in my Apple Watch and was told I have a 3rd gen and can trade for a 6 series. For whatever reason, the CS person (blonde girl, I believe her name was Ashley?) told me I have to trade my original watch in online and couldn’t do it in store. She also told me I would get $150 applied to my account for it.After a week of trying to figure out how to do it, we find out the watch is a first gen, with a $0 trade in. She also told us the new watch would be $25 more, when our bill is now over $60 more. We basically were played and lied to to buy a new watch.Kate was helpful and helped us find out that we were screwed over by the other girl.
Got my girlfriend a new phone. Kate helped us and was super helpful. Highly recommend if you need to go to a Verizon store.
Kate was incredibly helpful when I was in a time of crisis needing to get a new phone. I was needing this ASAP due to not being able to make/receive phone calls or texts. She didnt have any directly at her store, but took a lot of her time to help contact other stores and find one that did so I could get set up that same day and continue operating my business efficiently. Brandon was super helpful and answered all my questions. When I first arrived Kate was there and made my experience awful. She told me she told me could not help in a variety of ways and ended up purchasing something on my phone that wasn’t necessary. Thank goodness Brandon had taken over and made my experience amazing!

Hernan at Victra Mission Viejo gets an A+ from Prof. Emeritus James Gosline (30 yrs. @ USC). I live in Laguna Beach and we have a Victra store here; but for some reason, my personality & those of the Laguna Victra staff do not ‘mix.’ For that reason, I tried calling other stores that carry Verizon and reached Hernan at Mission Viejo. His attitude was so encouraging that I drove the extra miles to buy my iPhone 12 mini from him. And I am one extremely satisfied customer. PLEASE SEE THAT HERNAN GETS A RAISE. He has earned it!
I went here to upgrade my phone today and waited 45 minutes picked a phone and then I was told that all their phones are sold as bundle with case & charger for extra charge this was never mention during the whole process until the end what a RIP Off the worst customer service I have ever experienced shoppers be aware

After waiting for over 20 minutes on Saturday with one person working who was trying to handle multiple customers, and no idea how long the wairt would be, I walked out. There was no way to queue, make appointments. I was there to buy two new Iphones. This is my second bad expertience with this store. Wont be back.

Drew is awesome ! Love him ! Such a caring sweet guy who really helped me with my purchases. I was debating on which phone I should get and he had so much patience with me it was unbelievable. I probably took over an hour and a half of his time and plus he even stayed later after the closing hours just to help me finish my purchase. He even had other customers come in at the last minute of closing and still wanted to help them out with whatever he could. By the way he was the only one working there at the time and had a rush of customers the last few minutes of closing and helped every single one out. He’s not only a great worker but a great guy. Thank you Drew for all the help ! You helped me finally choose which iPhone to get ! Thank you for being so patient with someone who was so indecisive :)

Had a good experience at the Verizon store, however, the purchased phone was a gift for my son, and I verified, “he won’t get a text saying ‘thank you for your purchase’, correct” She said no. Well sure enough, my son got a text saying “thank you for your recent purchase...” with a link to this questionnaire. Surprise ruined. Not cool. You’d think they would’ve been more careful about that, especially since I went out of my way to say that it was a gift, and then confirm that the surprise wouldn’t be ruined.
The girl that failed to help me lied to her coworker and said she reset my phone when I went in with an issue... she never even physically touched my phone. She was no help at all. Just tried to make a sale.

This place and all the people who work here are AMAZING!! I went to a regular Verizon store and they were horrible and I walked out and found this place and drove 45 minutes out of my way because of the amazing customer service I received at this store. I went to upgrade my phone and my experience couldn’t have been better. I enjoyed the service so much and I’m also on the younger side so it was very helpful having people knowing what they were doing and explaining the process for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. It’s also nice having workers who can make their customers laugh and enjoy their time especially with a process as boring as upgrading a phone. Shout out to Tyler and the dude in the glasses lol. They really did a great job.

I never write reviews but... my wife called me in tears after being mistreated by store manager Riley. He treated her with disrespect, anger, and was incredibly condescending. He also yelled at my 5 year old son for trying to play with the price scanner. From my previous visit, I also noticed Riley being incredibly condescending to his staff - who are all very nice. My advice to you, stay away from this store.

At 1st I thought this place was great, until I was lied to about 2 tablets. I returned them within my 14 days but it took them 4 months to pay me back, and Victar didnt even pay me back I had to go to Verizon, and they credit my bill. Spoke to the manager Ross 3 times in the last 2 weeks he told me all 3 times he would call me back but never did. worst customer service ever!
We purchased two new phones. We were told the transfer of data would take about 20 minutes per phone..Two hours later we left the store because they didnt have the data transfered nor could they tell us when this would be completed. The employees continued to wait on other customers and rudely would NOT answer any more questions . We went to another store that happily completed the transfer. These folks also knew of the terrible customer service at this store.

I took advantage of a black Friday special and got a pixel. The salesman (Rafik?) told me that to get the deal I had to purchase an accessory package for $100 with a charger, case and screen protector. I didnt want all that so he let me get away with a case and activation fee of $20. I later found out through a call with Verizon that none of this was necessary to get the deal.Stay away from these dishonest people looking to profit from the unwary. They didnt even set up my phone properly and I spent an hour with Google support then Verizon fixing it.Rafik, Verizon has your name and a copy of the receipt - I lodged an official complaint and I hope there will be consequences. Honesty is always the best policy, I hope you learn from this.

Worst service ever. Long story, short, they did not disclose important information during the purchase and now 5 months later I run into the problem and since they only have a 30 day return policy, the manager told me HE DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME and hung up the phone. Not only that when I was there all the young kids were were very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!
We got our upgrades here and turned in our old phones. Well this location did NOT do what they were suppose to do Verizon charged us for our old phones. We have called twice for them to put in that we did in fact turn our phones in when we did the upgrade and here we are 2 months later still fighting with Verizon for our credit. Go somewhere else! Damn thiefs!
