After the Foothill Ranch location refused to honor their 24 hour turn around a custom cake, this location stepped up and was amazing. I ordered the cake online. I had added for flavor substitution because not all ice cream flavors are offered on the website. I called minutes later to be certain my special substitution made sense and they had already reviewed the order and said it was no problem. It was a great cake for a special occasion!

Amazing ice cream as always. No spoon samples as of 9/15/21 because of Covid. No tabled inside. But a few outside tables available.

Really slow service. Got a hand packed pint and they didnt fully fill it. Still had enough room for at least a couple full scoops of ice cream. Ice cream has definitely gone down hill.

This is a great ice cream shop. The owners and the employees are very wholesome and welcoming. Perfect place to come and get ice cream at any time. Definitely recommend this location:)

Yum! The non-dairy option Daiquiri Ice was really good, but I couldnt pinpoint exactly what it tastes like for a reference. My kids had the very berry strawberry and mint chocolate chip, which are both outstanding flavors and filling. The staff greeted us with a cheery demeanor, and when I asked for a clean ice cream scooper (because my son has a tree nut allergy) there was no kicked and he was happy to make sure my son was safe. Thumbs up for sure!

I love coming to this Baskin Robbins!The staff is extremely friendly, and talking with them makes the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are a lovely couple who treat their customers with kindness and respect. Will be coming here again and again!

The lady in this location is very Route and unhelpful and the place was very not Covid friendly and It wasn’t clean I never go back again and I don’t recommend it to anyone I wish I can put no stars.

I visited this location with my three kids that are under 9 years old and Larissa was very nice in the beginning until it came up to ringing my kids up! she charged us for all four adult scoops and she said that she scooped adult scoops not childrens scoops so I had to pay for them. It should have been 3 child 1 adult. beware of the fraud as she is charging every child a dollar more for a scoop.

Was given super watery milkshake and they refused to remake, Russian lady was super rude.

They made my sons birthday cake WRONG AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT OVER. BASICALLY, TOO BAD. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

One of the people who served me was extremely rude, I called beforehand and she hung up on me while i was asking a question. and their ice cream tastes like dirt.

Worked here for around a year the owner is rude and tries to save money at the disadvantage of the customers. Had an open floor and plumbing behind the counter which is a major health hazard. Dont be to hard on the staff they work alone and have a lot to do over a shift. Would not recommend this location.

Have visited this location from time to time because I enjoy the Cappuccino Blast drink. Fast and pleasant service.

I went in at 9:50 and they denied me service because they had already cleaned up.

I was excited to try out the Vegan options. They are okay. I like making my own nice cream at home. So Im pretty picky. Its nice having vegan options here. Hopefully they improve and get more healthy options.

B+R is a family tradition. I remember eating at one as a kid. Its great to take my kids here and watch them experience the same joy!

It was a busy night but the employees move people pretty fast. The ice cream was good, but I think the portions were a little small. I asked for 2 scoops but they were very small scoops.

Took my kids & was able to get two Sundaes... buy one get one for .99$ with my texts that I signed up for. Its a bit pricey for ice cream (& especially the amount they gave me on my lil one scoop :/) ..but the kids loved it! Nice staff that day. The flavor of the month is Tiramisu and OMG..my next stop in .. they have that over a brownie!...& LAVA CAKE! MY FAVE!So, if youre looking for dessert only...this is the place! Theyre finally coming out with different choices! Ty!

I went to buy ice cream for my little girls and there was a couple of flys in some of the ice cream, i wanted bottled water so i asked if she had cold bottles, the sign said $1 for the bottle, but If I wanted a cold bottle its $2
