My purple pony was DELICIOUS. The lavender honey ice cream was like nothing Ive ever had before. The churros were also perfect in both taste and texture. And the presentation was very fun and colorful. The two girls working were also very nice

I would give 0 stars if I could. The short brunette girl that took our order was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed and just walked away without a word after taking our order. When she came out with the drinks she just put them on the counter and again didn’t say anything and walked back inside. The drinks lacked flavor. They tasted watered down plus there was no churros. It was overall a bad experience and it was not the slightest bit welcoming.

Sadly the milk tea I ordered was bland and totally sugarless. I don’t know if that’s the “norm” and you’re supposed to add sweetener yourself or something but usually milk teas come sweetened so maybe that was just a mistake. I gave this place 2 stars because the boba quality was pretty good and the menu looked pretty cool. The location is a little confusing at first but it’s a great atmosphere. Just make sure the milk tea is sweetened !

Great boba and customer service! Short brown haired girl was very good at helping us find a drink we would love. She gave full details on each drink she recommended. Boba was very well textured and the tea was very well complimented with the milk. Highly recommend the jasmine milk tea!

This place has great customer service and really bomb boba just tastes more original. Churros are kinda small just to warn you

A girl with brown hair told me and my friends they had enough churros to make 1 ice cream churro. 5 minutes after we get our churro a family of 5 comes and orders churros. They got churros and when we asked the girl why she told us they didn’t have anymore churros, she got mad and walked in the back.

I placed an order online and after arriving at the location I waited more than 5 minutes and the girl in the front didnt even acknowledge me even after being in front of me to give out an order just to say hi or were close because it was 750pm and I understand but I would have found out that the order i placed 30 minutes ago didnt go through which made me more upset. This is the 3rd time I been to this place and everytime I have stopped by they are never in the front and I have to wait and they are not friendly at all so I rather drive further for a drink and wont be coming back.

If you love boba milk tea, this is the place to go in South County. My favorite is the Crazy Brown Milk Tea. And the churros? So delish!

I wanted to like this place because I love churros and milk tea, but after ordering churros and a milk tea on 3 separate occasions, it’s always just been bland and mediocre. I know their handmade/loose leaf tea approach is different but it’s not for everyone.The milk teas always taste watered down even when freshly made. The boba was soft but tasteless, too. And the churros sadly are near flavorless as well. I think they rely on the chocolate/ice cream add-ons for the churros to be enjoyable. It’s hard for me to NOT LIKE a milk tea and churros but this dedicated milk tea and churros place pulled that off. I also rarely leave reviews but this had to be said.

I received a Locca Boba kit for my birthday, I was super excited to use it because… well, I love boba! The instructions were easy to follow, their boba pearls were tasty. The loose leaf teas ( I got jasmine, matcha, and earl grey with lavendar ) were excellent as well. So when the two went together… Yum! I loved this gift, and would definitely buy one/ or receive one again.

I love getting my drinks at this location. Staff are always kind, friendly and patience. The other thing I am thankful is to drink real milk tea. They do not use powder as others.

Tried their DIY boba pack from their website and it tastes great! Instructions are clear and easy to perform.

The reason why Im giving it 3 stars is because they only have one worker there during weekdays. Which means one person doing all the orders, which Is crazy too me. I dont know if the guy that owns this place is just dirt cheap and doesnt wanna pay another employee or what. We waited 40 minutes for our dessert and the girl had several orders and she handled it very well. I couldnt believe it.

This place is in my top 3 boba place in Orange County. Definitely the best Brown Sugar Milk tea(Locca calls this as Crazy brown) and boba. If you love Matcha you must try Rose Vanilla Matcha. Churros are amaziiinnggg!! They use gelato with churros. You can even get only gelato itself since they are freaky delicious. Before Locca the closest churro place was 25 miles away to my home. Locca saved my life as a churro lover:)) I like the Union Market Mission Viejo. It is very nice place to hang out. There is a theater in the mall. I love to watch movies with my locca drink.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Extremely understaffed and unprepared. I waited with my kids for over 40 minutes before I was told she was running behind making more churro dough and offered a refund. After agreeing to the refund, she informed me that a manager wouldn’t be able to process the refund until the following day when he would be in. So I left without my money or treats. There were others who also took the refund and several were turned away. This isn’t a good way to run a business. Who runs this place ?!?!

Everything looked amazing presentation wise and photos but the food left a little to be desired. The boba was good but it wasn’t anything groundbreaking

Very disappointed not what they show or how they Advertise their food!! I drove 30 mins and got this ... I think del taco churros are way better!!! I usually give other new places a 2nd try but i dont think I will this time !! AND I waited 30 mins for 2 orders of churros and 2 bobas .. not blaming the young lady working because she was doing her best with alot of orders... If the churros would have been good i wouldnt care about waiting.

Inside of the Union Market, on the second floor, this cute little boba spot is a great place to have some yummy boba! 🧋

For a bubble tea place, very nice and informative (I was a virgin of bubble tea)! They explain to you everything step by step. This said, bubble tea is overrated!

I love it!! Thai tea is my favourite. They are serving very fast and taste is literally better than many other competitors. When I asked their secret they told they are using real tea and real milk and adding their love inside 😊 some guys were dancing while cooking churros and it was a tasty fun experience for me 🥰

Just moved to the area from NJ and we were looking for a place with good bubble tea. After our first visit, the milk teas are GREAT and they give a great portion of boba. We also got one of the churro sundaes and it’s super good. Highly recommended.If you’re trying to find it, it’s tucked into a common space with a lot of other food vendors around. Took us a bit to realize where it was!

Not cool when your kids are eager to get one and they ran out of boba. Waste of time. 👎😤

Their selling point is that they use fresh milk rather than milk powder to make their all drinks. Also the staff are always friendly and I am slowly working my way through the menu.

Had the best matcha bubble tea with my son! My daughter loved the churros.

Their bobas are perfectly chewy, and their tea isnt too sweet, yet still tasty. They use real milk not powder. They have also almond milk and soya milk options which is great for non-dairy seekers. My favorites are strawberry jasmine ice tea and Lychee freen iced tea. You guys are crazy:)) I live in Irvine. The line is long weekends but it actually moved really fast and worth it! Locca’s menu is relatively inexpensive compared to tea places in Irvine. I wish there was a Locca store in Irvine as well. Please come here soon. Otherwise I have to drive 14 miles each time:( But worth it:))(UPDATE) I came here again for churro experience. Service was fast. Churros and Gelatos are amazing. Churros are very crispy, fresh and delicious. I love to come here only to eat their gelatos.

So many better boba tea places in the area and in the shopping center. Churros are okay. Boba was powdery and flavorless
