A smaller store but a great selection. Always clean. Good prices & Extremely helpful and professional staff!
Waited outside for over an hour for curbside pickup that was supposed to take 15 minutes. Called the phone number on the sign to complain after 20 minutes and it said it would transfer me but never did. Walked inside to complain after another 10 minutes and they paged someone and said they would look for the manager. Waited another 10 minutes then went in to complain again and someone just told me it wasnt their job to find a manager. Another 10 minutes waiting outside then called the store directly instead of the number on the sign and finally talked to someone that said no one was working on it and they would make sure someone got right on it. Finally another 10 minutes later someone brings out my groceries apologizing for the wait saying they were busy and it was left in the back. If they are busy the online system should update with the appropriate wait time and if the items are ready in the back it should have been a priority to bring it out. Also after waiting so long and complaining multiple times it should have been discounted or at the very least they should have given me coupons for next time. I have been shopping at this store for years without problems but this was the first time I tried tried the curbside pickup service and I do not recommend this service at all. They do not seem prepared to implement it. Their organization system seems mismanaged since the person that brought it out complained it was placed somewhere it shouldnt have been.
Today at 3 pm the store only had 2 checkers and lines went as far back as the back of the store. My grandson and I decided to use the self check-out. The check assigned to help us was rude and not helpful. He told us we shouldnt check out bakery items in self check-out. We shouldnt have a big order. Ours were two medium orders. He said we were holding up the line. He even talked to other customers about how we were holding up the line. When we were leaving he told us, move, move move impatiently. This used to be more go-to store but I wont be going back for awhile. I dont spend my money where I am treated rudely. I realize the checkers may have been frazzled because there were so many people wanting to check out. Perhaps the manager should have more checkers on a busy afternoon.
Always come here. Management is helpful. Whenever I come here, I can relate with Ralph. They have stalk checks at the top of the hour. Really helpful staff. Great location. Came here to get cookies, and they had a giant selection of deserts. Parking lot is also great size. I have taken photos of this location.
I love all else theyre like the best as far as Im concerned overall in grocery stores I get the best deals there consistently theyre marked down area is fantastic and they give you the best deals like in there you know by 3:00 and you get such a great price break consistently I have saved so much money there plus if you bring your own bags and you get those green points I have collected and saved them the green points up where I went to the gas station and one time I got 70 cents off per gallon and my car is a thirsty car so that really helped me out that one time I dont know exactly how it works but its you can find out really easily but its a fantastic thing and Shell gas is pretty good yeah I think so anyways I love my little neighborhood Ross I wouldnt trade it for the world
I live close by and shop here often. I got a great deal on some fabulous steaks the other day. My wife loves it when I cook dinner on the BBQ. I like this Ralphs because it is modern and has lots ready made food inside. Soups, salads, coffee bar and lots of different things. I got eggs for $1.49 for a dozen. That is a screaming deal. Highly recommend
This Ralphs is just ok for me. Its too small inside so people were running into each other with their carts. The cashier had the personality of a dead gold fish!!!A stock boy was very uninterested in helping me & check out lines were spilling into ailes of food! I will be driving an extra couple miles to go to a better & bigger store.
My every day grocery always fresh produce and the customer service is awesome
Wont ever shop at Mission Viejo Ralphs ever again... This store doesnt honor deals from there own ads ... And when you come back again days later they wont give out rainchecks ...
There are some AMAZING workers here for sure. There are also some not super amazing workers.
Mediocre selection and poor produce and meat. They do have some good international products they are hard to find elsewhere
Love this store but it is not open until 1am on Sundays. I went at 12:45am and they were closed.
Great store, only thing that’s annoying is the hours posted says they close at 1 am and i’ve gone here at around 11 and they’re closed.
The Sushi is unbelievably delicious, stopped in yesterday around 3ish and the Chef was making fresh rolls. I pass on all the Sushi places in this area just so I can have Ralphs. Who Knew!!!
They have good prices
This is my favorite Ralphs. I find everything here.
This was my second experience shopping at a Ralphs grocer. Ill say that the Marguerite location disappointed me when comparing it to the store front on El Toro Road.
In and out without spending loads ofmoney
Love this place.! Feel like Im At home, with the family customer service
Wow! Received great service from Rachel in the bakery. She helped me pick out a cake and really made it look nice with frosting and candy roses and a Happy Birthday Grandma written in beautiful cursive. Thanks Rachel.PS Rachel deserves a raise, customer service is few and far between these days. Relish and reward the employees who excel at it like Rachel.
I came to order a birthday cake and yes I came late but she didnt even try to help me and keep saying she will be off. I really liked the bakery of this specific Ralphs.
Clean, super-well stocked, plenty of sales + lotsa coupons. My favorite store for day-to-day grocery shopping
Pretty far but big
Good store...if only they would learn to pack bags light as I request each time. I end up repacking my groceries when I get to my car every time. Ive been a weekly customer since they opened but this concept seems to be lost on them. I have a physical condition that prevents me from lifting anything too heavy - like one bag with two huge bottles of lemonade. I still mention it every time and occasionally someone there gets it.
Its a great place me and my friends were trying to get flowers and we asked if we can get some help and no one came for 10 min but they were busy so its understandable so we asked again and we had someone help us that time beside that everything was good they were freadly and make sure found everything we wanted
They do not care like the other Ralphs do!
Used drive up service for 2nd time. Very pleased with overall service! Delivered to the car and placed in trunk. Some items were unable to fill due to Covid_19 affecting production service to store.
They never have enough checkout lines open so youre guaranteed to have to wait in a long line to check out.
They have the friendliest people theyre always willing to help
It’s an older store but it is well stocked and organized. Very large, too!
It was a really cool experience, everyone as friendly and helpful
Excellent customer service skills and Happy Workers and especially when the courtesy worker brings the Groceries.Thee Counselor
Great food and I wanted to say thank you!
ORDER SPECIAL CUPCAKES FOR A BIRTHDAY. THEY WERE PERFECT. OUTANDING JOB.
I politely alerted Jordan, the assistant store manager, about the situation at the front. One check stand was open and a line of 5 customers with large carts. Jordan was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing and frustrating that this behavior came from an assistant store manager. This makes me think of shopping elsewhere.
Do not go to any Ralphs they are closing there stores in poor neighborhoods just so they dont have to pay hazard pay.
Stopped by on my way home from a run to buy a few things with google pay on my phone but they dont have the ability to pay with apple or google pay. Good store but get with the times.
Over the last couple of months Ralphs I think has gone South. Many Brand named products have been changed out to their Corporate brands3s a crowd is a thing of the past.
Two crowded with food displays dont see much cleaning going on
I used to shop at this Ralphs when I lived nearby. Shopped here today while visiting family. I was reminded of the old days and why I always liked shopping here. The best hot baked chicken! A well-stocked, clean and friendly environment with helpful staff. One employee, probably a boxer, was on his knees cleaning up a gooey mess but nonetheless got up and led me to an item I was searching for. I always attribute a stores good or bad performance to management. This Ralphs is obviously well-managed. There is a Ralphs near my current home that Im going to check out. Maybe its time for me to spend my $5k a year with an outfit that does it right. Or at least tries.
My wife came to the store to pick up money from Western Union, she asked the check out lady if someone can help her, the checkout lady went to talk to the manager and came back and asked her to come tomorrow, my wife asked to talk to the manager and when she asked the manager why she cannot help her today, the manager said oh I am too busy with the line, so they refuse service to my wife without telling her the reason, the checkout lady tried to tell her that sometimes they work sometimes they not, it was a lie, they just did not want to help her because of her stupid line, instead of telling her to wait a bit, they said come tomorrow. Horrible customer service and it smells like rotten flower when you walk in.
Please start providing coin change to customers using paper money. There is no coin shortage, just pandemic nonsense. Enough ready!
Like usual, I was able to get in, find everything I needed, and get out!
Good selection deli chicken is on point
The groseries are fresh meat is good.they hace what u need.
Great store, they have it all
Store is in need of a remodel or face lift ... Needs to be maintained a little better as far as cleanliness especially during this pandemic ... Didnt see one person cleaning anything and I was ther over 90 minutes ????
Pretty good grocery store. They have really good fresh bagels. I also love their fish selection! Sometimes I can’t find things though
Very clean with great customer service
Filthy store & no social distancing practiced
Use their app and get great deals weekly. Not using this is giving away $$$$.They have a decent produce section with fair prices, i prefer it over Pavilions which is very expensive.
No phone pay? Needs to update their self-service options...
Clean friendly and nice
Service is good, grocery is fresh but there is NO contactless payment! I am not comfortable to touch and use the same payment machine during this Coronavirus pandemic!
My local Ralph needs a lot of help. They put in new floors about 2 years ago but it was a botched job. They clearly cut corners and did it on the cheap. Their produce dept is poor. They have an Asian man in that dept that is very unfriendly. Lighting could be better. The entire strip mall needs to be remodeled.
Its a nice grocery store. Not too fancy and not over priced. It covers the basics well.
The employee stopped what he was doing and walked me over to the item I couldnt find. He was very kind and a hard worker.
I asked ed the manager to stock items completely gone and he saidWere too busy.. as they told jokes. How the heck does a guy like that manages ?
It is difficult for me to get excited about a grocery store however I do know a good grocery store when I see one. Ralphs is always clean and consistently has good prices and specials. With friendly staff and fresh food whats not to like.
Really easy to find everything I need. Took a little bit longer at the deli, but it was still good.
I stopped in for some drinks on a vacation. I was in and out and able to use my Dillons card as it is a Kroger Brand store. It was an older store but it provided what I needed in quick order and had easy to use self check so I was all set.
You can buy eggs here!
Not the most friendly Ralphs Ive ever been to, but also the customer service seems to be lacking. The difference between this Ralphs and a Ralphs in my previous neighborhood is huge. My previous Ralphs could compete with Trader Joes in terms of customer service and pleasant employees. They also seemed to have their store in order, but this Ralphs on Marguerite just seems to do enough to be average.I didnt really want to complain about this Ralphs since this is the closest one to home and Trader Joes is right there. For the most part, my experience shopping here was okay. I get what I need and get out, even though the employees seem miserable and at times dont even bother to acknowledge my presence including some of the cashiers even before the pandemic. Once, there was an employee yelling at another for not doing something and it was really awkward being there in the middle of them having a confrontation. There were times the cashier and the bagger would socialize and talk about their personal stuff in front of me. Which in all honesty, if they just ring me up correctly and bag my groceries, I dont really care about at all. A couple of times the cashier and bagger stood there talking to each other and let me bag my own groceries. So if I have to go to this store, I just stand there until someone bags my groceries. This was before Amazon Prime started free grocery deliveries. Otherwise, I would have had Amazon deliver my groceries sooner. My worst experience seems to be consistently with one cashier named Mary. She was friendly and greets me most of the time, but she seems to be having trouble at work. And when I mean trouble, I mean she seems to be either hammered or just completely out of her mind. One time, she forgot to cash out the customer before me and she rung up my items under the previous customers card. I only noticed because I saw that it came to $300 and I was like Wait, whaaaat. And thats when I realized she rung my items under someone elses card, because $200 of it werent mine and I didnt put my card in when the receipt printed. I brought this up to her attention and she just shrugged and said free groceries for me. I stood there asking her what we can do about it and she said theres nothing we can do and for me to go home. So I went home and called the manager who said theyll call us back if they need more information about it. We never did get a call back so somebody out there was charged a little over $300 in groceries by accident. Im sure it was, but they didnt seem to care enough to fix it. So make sure you get your receipt before you walk out. I consistently have odd or weird experiences with her as my cashier. I try not to go to her lane if I see her working. But anyway. I was so happy when Amazon Prime started free grocery deliveries. Ive been having my weekly groceries delivered just fine until the covid19 scare happened. Now Amazon is in a jam delivering groceries. Real bummed about it. Usually Amazon is dependable. So for now, Ill be using self checkout at this Ralphs if I absolutely have to go. And since the pandemic has been spreading panic, the employees here seem extra unfriendly. Again, I get it. But its such an unpleasant experience shopping here even before that.
Best place to get Chicken from
Good place to shop
My favorite store. They always have what I need and their sales are great. The rewards are an added bonus, especially with the price of gas.
We love this Ralphs, convenient and friendly people. Crazy Ralphs on Portola and Marguerite is much larger but crazy.
My recent visit to Ralphs was friendly, especially at the Deli counter. No lines although to prevent hoarding of paper and cleaning products, employees are handing you limit two of a kind requested. I found everything I needed.
This is my go to market. They usually stock everything I need and I like receiving the personalized coupons in the mail.
Love Ralphs, but not a location I go to. At times I have not felt safe there outside, inside its normal but just okay. I prefer Lake Forest or RSM much more, worth the extra drive.
The quality of goods and variety, I give them 5 stars. Produce is fresh and well stocked. I can almost always find the ingredients a recipe calls for. However, the service is lacking. The people are unhappy, which leads me to believe something is very wrong at the top. I dont get helpfulness as a paying customer. Instead, Ive gotten nods to my greetings, which I initiate at checkout and when their weekly deals prices dont come up properly at checkout and I point it out on the ad, I get sneered at with not even a thank you for letting me know. I dont even get a thank you for shopping with us. Ive been a frequent customer and dont ask for much. Be at least polite. Ill be shopping elsewhere for now unless I absolutely need to go here for something the other grocers dont have.
Very impressed by varied selection of products available! I eat plant based and they have a fantastic choice! Better than any store Ive been in in the area!!!!
Good selection of most everything, but fresh produce was a bit lacking, especially with the salads. Store was clean and checkout was quick. The parking lot isnt the greatest, but the store has no control over that.
It is a smaller store than most but it does not seem to get as crowded as the big stores. Employees are helpful and nice, the store is clean and if you don`t need a lot of choices or unusual items., It seems a lot faster to get in and get out.
Store is always well stocked. Nice variety of Organic products. Well informed and courteous staff
Easy to find what youre looking for. Good prices.
A great Ralphs location in the area. Always very clean, well organized, and full of friendly and knowledgable employees to help. Chuck in seafood rocks! Parking can get a rough full at times, but the lot is bigger than it looks.
I love shopping at Ralphs. They are part of The Kroger Company now and after living in Detroit for years its familiar and still has the best pricing
Shop here regularly. Great selection of products. Prices though tend to be on the high side. Shop smart.
I was lost and couldnt find any deli Pastrami from Boars Head. (My favorite) A young man I believe his name was Memfies?? He knew exactly where it was located and we had a wonderful conversation. I recommend this Ralphs to everyone. Thanks Memfish.
Very happy
Gotta eat ! Went to Ralphs
I went to this store to refill the half way up helium balloons which I got them from party city with helium filling and balloons by itself for only 20 dollars and they charged for refill the same balloon for 34 dollars at this store, when I talked to the manager said he doesn’t know about the policy of the store !!!!!! What?!?!I have never heard this from any other stores that the manager doesn’t know the policy and doesn’t want to contact with some body for help and question but instead is asking me to find the previous manager who was in charge at that time. I’m sorry that this manager caused I never go back to them for any business at all.
Very nice shopping experience. Find everything you are looking for at great prices. Definitely need to try fresh backery and sushi.
Well stocked store, a big plus
Staff is friendly
Not crowded and stocked with what I needed.
Best prices around. Meat department has really nice people. I love this place
Bad customer service in the store is messy..
Great service
Nice clean store prices are reasonable service is good.
Well organized store... I just wish the aisles were bigger. You cant really pass another person in the aisle.
Could love it if they had what I want. Boo boo boo! Gimme Coke Life, please?
Great place, but dye to whats on it very crowded
Clean store. Easy to find products. Good variety.
