Our experience last weekend was great! We set an appointment with Christian and got to do a Wet Test of the Jacuzzis. This was extremely helpful as the various units definitely sit and feel much different. This allowed us to narrow our choices and we ended up buying based on the great customer service and knowledge of the product. Very pleased with our experience!

If you need your spa serviced, call the Jacuzzi Store. They are amazing and did a great job fixing the issues. They may be a little higher priced per hour, but they get the job done quickly so it was done right and overall, I am sure I saved money since they are complete pros! Matt the service technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Christian did a great job of communicating and getting my service call scheduled. This is the level of service you get with Jacuzzi. There is a reason that Jacuzzi are the best spas on the market....its the people behind the company. Great job guys!!

I went to several places to look for a new replacement hot tub. In the end I decided to buy one from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs because of the professionalism shown in the sales associate Christian Shubin. He answered all of my questions in great details and that really made a difference in my decision to buy it from him. Thanks Christian. By the way, its a nice and clean showroom.

Purchased a Hydropool swim spa from this store. Great customer service. Christian was excellent in guiding me towards the right product for my needs. Although the wait was long for the spa to be delivered, Christian was excellent with communication and updates. I appreciate the continued and timely support even after the delivery. I feel like I am in good hands.

This company helped me out in a pinch. I had purchased a sauna (during the COVID pandemic) online. The sauna was delivered in boxes, and I had to assemble it myself.I the end I had to hire a licensed electrician to wire the Sauna for me. I had called 3 electricians, and none wanted to take this project on.Then I called this company. The owner called me back right away (on a Saturday), and even though I had not purchased my sauna from this store, he was super helpful and referred me to an electrical company which got this wired in within a week.If these people are that helpful for people who are not even their customers, I can imagine the fabulous customer service they give to their customers. To me, it shows someone who wants to help people more than just make money. I would trust them for sure.

I can’t say enough positive words about Christian and the Jacuzzi store. We recently moved to the area from Ohio and it was not a stress-free experience. As soon as we bought a house and knew we had space for a jacuzzi, we went shopping. I didn’t expect to buy a jacuzzi before I bought a refrigerator but honestly that’s how great the service is...and four months after having the jacuzzi, I have no regrets about our order of operations. We use our hot tub 3-4 days a week at most and 1-2 days at minimum. I can tell a difference in my body when I do it. My circulation is better and my muscles are not as tight. I suffer from a lot of inflammation on a regular basis anyways thanks to some chronic illness’ and it’s been a huge relief for that pain.All hot tubs are not created equal and I do think Jacuzzi is in a league of its own. The pandemic has made Jacuzzi even more desirable and there was a short wait time because of the demand but that didn’t bother us. We put the deposit down bc it was Black Friday and there was a one day deal but we had to lock it in that day to get the discount. Christian was great at letting us know our deposit was refundable so our huge financial decision was risk-free if we changed our minds.Delivery was a little chaotic but it all ended well. Christian even stopped by the night the hot tub was delivered to help walk us through how to use it (correctly). The service hasn’t stopped since then either. The second day we realized the hot tub wasn’t heating up. We called Christian the following morning and someone was out same day to fix it which was unbelievable. We text and stop in the store fairly frequently to ask questions or buy supplies and Christian is always available and helpful. There aren’t many stores or products where I feel like we have a relationship with the company and they’ll help us. I honestly feel that way with Jacuzzi and if you stop in and talk to Christian, he’s the best! 5⭐️ would recommend to everyone.

We have been in search for the perfect jazucci. We are in our early 40s and looking for a way to relax after a long day. Christian Shubi was outstanding, professional, kind and knowledgeable about the products. He went above and beyond to assess our needs and listen to which features are non negotiable (type of water fall and the laying down feature). From the moment we called the office Christian impressed and led us to drive over to have him help us identify a jazucci. Buyer, please not the reviews are phenomenal!!!!!! When investing so much you want to ensure you have ease in mind and know the company has raving reviews for their customer service. Christian is beyond one the most impressive sales guy we have encountered. We have gone to multiple jacuzzi places and you are going to be well taken care of (compare to a loving family) by Christian.

We went in today to purchase a spa. The manager ran after us as we entered the store . Said he needed our names and phone numbers for Covid contact tracing!After we declined to give him that information, he became very rude. We did have our masks on. I asked him for 30 seconds to scan the floor, and we would leave. After scanning the store quickly he became very rude to my wife and I.. my wife asked why he needed our information and he said because it’s his store and that’s his policy. He started raising his voice. I asked for a catalog and he said no. We promptly left. Unbelievable experience. Being a small business owner myself, I would NEVER recommend anyone to patronize that business! There are plenty of outdoor spa stores out there. My felling is with everyone wanting to be outside they don’t need or want the business! Again whoever owns this store get rid of that manager. Today’s date Sunday April 11th 2021.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!Manager was very rude. They dropped off a $10k sauna and left it completely off level. I asked them to come back and fix it, I offered to pay, he yelled at me and said no it’s my fault.Really unkind guy. I do NOT recommend buying anything from him.

Very poor customer service. Manager is rud eand argumentative. Last month, I bought Hot tub states will come in MAY 2021, Sends his electrician comes 4 hours late . When asked Why . He states why it bothers you .He threatens to cancel my order. I found another vendor who installed in 2 weeks. saved lot of money.

We are thrilled with our Jacuzzi purchase. The team at this store is very knowledgeable and they work together well. The product is superior. The financing offered makes it affordable. We are in our spa almost every night, and my husband, who has a lot of aches and pains from playing contact sports when young, says that it provides him with a great deal of relief.When researching this purchase we read a lot of online reviews. Our experience with jacuzzi Outdoor Living in Mission Viejo was as positive as described by other satisfied customers.

Bottom-line.... the sales team (store managers) at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living provided me top-notch service AND quickly answered all my questions regarding upkeep on my spa.
