Great staff! I had to order a poster a day before my presentation because a different print shop didn’t print it out correctly and they couldn’t print another one on time. Luckily they recommended Moss Printing, and they were nice enough to take my order on a short notice and check to see if there were any issues on my pdf document. Thanks to them I was able to present the next day! Definitely recommend their services!

The service at Moss Printing is phenomenal! They responded the same day and all of my printings were done withing 24 hrs of me approving the final draft. Some products were even finished the same day. They were incredibly helpful and very easy to woerk with. The quality is fantastic as well. I had the same flyers printed at Office Max and they had far fewer options than Moss Printing and the quality was not nearly as good. The cost of the products is more expensive than Office Max, but the quality, response time, professionalism and helpfulness make it well worth it.

We ordered our invitations and thank you cards for our wedding through Moss Printing and it was great! We exclusively worked with Dustin who is wonderful! He helped us with designs and many changes to the wording (due to CORONA) and our invitations and thank yous look amazing! At first we got the Thank you cards back without the line to fold on, but we called and Dustin was easy to work with and apologized for the mistake and fixed it for us! Its a great place to work! Ask for Dustin.Editing to the response from the company: Everything was done written over email with Dustin. He was nice and accommodating. There were changes that needed to be made to the wording of our invitations, but that was not because of a lack of communication or verbal wording being done (nothing was done by word of mouth everything was through email) our changes occurred because plans changed because of the pandemic.

I am very pleased with Moss Printing. Our daughter got married in early August 2020, during this crazy COVID stuff. We were very late sending out their wedding reception invites. Every day things were changing and we were having to adapt. We did not dare have a bunch printed only to have to print a bunch more canceling guests we had invited. We thought we were finally ready and we needed a printer. I found Moss Printing online and called. I did not leave a message as I was just going down a list of printers. The owner, Jose, saw I had called and asked what I needed. After our conversation about could they print in the style we wanted, thermography (raised printing), he asked me to email what we wanted and how much and he would send me an official quote. We were already way late at getting these out so I was hoping we could get it done quickly. That being said, we wanted them to look nice and classy. He got back with me before the day was over with a quote. We then went in and started working with Dustin. We chose paper and then emailed him what we wanted the reception invites to say. He emailef us back with a mock up, we tweaked a few things and they were going to be printed that next day (this was a much faster turn around than we were expecting). Then because of what was happening we had to make more changes so we had them wait as we did so. Once again it was ready to print. On the day it was to be printed I got notice that the second reception location (grooms hometown reception) had changed. I had to quickly call and luckily they had not started the print yet. We were able to make the address change and get things printed. This is the condensed version of everything that happened. Dustin worked with us very well and patiently with every change we had to make. We would highly recommend Moss Printing and will use them again!!

We waited too long so there was a time crunch but she was very accommodating and helpful. The gold foiling they did was gorgeous. She had great suggestions and was very knowledgeable in all things wedding. I didnt personally work with Jose but every time I went in there (like 14 times!) he was super nice and welcoming. They printed 10 different pieces for the destination wedding and Diana hung in there through all of the brides changes and requests with a big smile on her face. (Sorry again Diana!)
