I went into the store to purchase item #6999867 which shows a price of $84.99 on Office Depot’s website. I go into the store and find the exact item on the shelf and it shows a price of $117 and change. I verified the item number on the shelf with the number on the website and they are the exact same other than the store trying to charge an additional $32. I bring the item to the front fully expecting an error on the sticker on the shelf. The clerk rings up my item and lo and behold the subtotal says $117 and change. I ask the clerk to match their online price and she says “sure. No problem.” Apparently this is something that is common at this store.Overall it wasn’t a huge deal since they willingly matched their own price although I did have to wait for a manager to walk over to approve the price match. BUT I do find this practice extremely shady considering someone could walk into the store and pay their 37% up charge over what the Office Depot website charges and just assume that is the correct price.

Absolutely no direction or purpose. Customer to employee ratio is about equal. I stood in line at the print/copy center and the single employee never acknowledged my presence. About 20 minutes into the mime rehearsal a young girl appears that is beyond clueless. As she attempted to maneuver the POS she obviously was not trained on, she would whisper to the other employee who must have been clairvoyant as he walked her step by step so she could ship an envelope. He returned to his thoughts deep into his computer screen and I walked off while the cashier maintained their steadfast euphoric moments with their cell phone. Please, just shutter this business.

Fast at doing a good job (poster designer was fast) but Katys attitude and snarky remarks towards everyone is a damper. Id say dont roll your eyes at the kind old lady asking for copies✌

I love this location because of the staff. They always help my fond what I need or help find a better option.

Worst office depot Ive been in to date, Alex with print staff purposely ignoring customers, waited at the print counter for 20+ minutes to pick up an online order. While the ridiculously slow employee worked on a customers order, literally one person in line, wont even acknowledge the line or the fact Im trying to signal him my order is right there. Additionally, confidentially printed material was just laying around for all to see.Worst office depot Ive been to to date.

The staff is always very attentive and despite all issues they encounter do a great job.

The service was great but had a 40 min wait.management should be aware when employees need help the gril at the copy station did an outstanding job but she should get some help it really took that longYou go expecting great fast service i know its about saving hours but then management should help

Purchased a bookcase back in October, requested it be delivered. According to warehouse first delivery was not accepted despite it is a business location and they could not provide a name. So we agreed they would attempt a second delivery for which never happened. No call was made for delivery. Visited McAllen N. 10 location to see if they had in stock, they didnt but the Mission location on Expressway 83 did. Drove from McAllen to Mission to simply be told the item was damaged. Do not trust their delivery, there is a disconnect between the store sales and delivery. It is like dealing with another country with no customer service.

Sometimes you find things at a good price and others, the merchandise is over priced and youre better off getting it online. The staff is helpful when you can find them, the store is organized most of the time, except for the weekends and during back to school.

They are limited on the amount of employees they have in the afternoon shift. They were not able to provide enough help or attention, there were busy and were not able to assist me, I had a coupon and they didnt want to validate it, I ended up leaving.

Office Depot is place to get copies made or to get the office supplies you need for home or business, and theres always printers on sale at office depot.

Dont place your print order online, they just send you to the back of the line.
