On 8/31 around 230. All I needed was to match a ceiling white to touch up a ceiling. Not the smartest young girl at the desk didnt really know what to do or didnt want to match it. I just needed a gal. She also said all she has is 5 gal. Its a flat white. Really?!?! Didnt try to match or test or anything. Then I ask for a paint deck and she wanted to charge me for it. All the others just give me one free. So I drove to the next store off Shawnee mission parkway. Very helpful about matching my color and I got a paint deck too. I will never step foot in this one! Wasted my time and you could tell she just didnt want to help or be there

Went in asking about PrimeRX primer and was told they didnt have any primer at all. How could a paint store not have ANY primer at all? Then I go on line and see they actually have exactly what I was looking for. Wont be wasting my time with this place ever again.

$70 for a gallon of flat, builders grade paint. This is highway robbery! I can get two gallons of good quality paint from other home stores and they will match sherwin williams colors. Not sure how this company stays in business but I wont be returning.

If I could rate this store lower, I would. My older parents came in to buy paint for the exterior of their house. They didnt receive any guidance and the store sold them $1000 worth purple paint which in not appropriate for the exterior of a house. My parents were out of town and the painters actually painted the house this horrible magenta and maroon color. Spoke to a store manager, told him what happened, basically states its not their problem because my parents chose the paint. Most paint store you go to, even lowes has someone who asks you what you need, what its going on, and makes professional suggestions. If you dont know anything about paint, then dont come here. They will not assist you, they will not help guide you, and they will over charge for an antiquated brand of paint. Go to Lowes, their representatives will be more than willing to help you and wont let you make huge expensive mistakes such as this.

For 40 years, I have always used Sherwin Williams paint colors for my interior choices in my home.

Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and easy in and easy out.

About the coupon sales and the quality of the paint and stains. I made these purchases because of a painting contractor that was referred to me by the store, Platinum Painting uses Sherwin-Williams paints and stains, he and his crew did a great job on several exterior painting projects for me last year. Due to my budget restraints, I only had them do part of my cedar fence and Im finishing the rest. I would recommend the painting contractor, the products and the store.

I got a gallon of paint to do a small bedroom. I was surprised when it covered it all with some to spare. The walls were bad and I was sure I would have to get another gallon.
