The staff saved our family roadtrip by helping us and delivering great service. They tested our battery, got us a new one and installed it. The worker who helped us was super nice and very helpful.

I usually frequent a different chain. But this lady was knowledgeable and had me fixed up in no time.

I drove up to their front door in the dark hoping they were still open. It was around 6 p.m. on a Sunday night. I realized that my headlight was out and I still needed to drive 30 miles to get home. Not only were they still open but the gentleman had a headlight for me within minutes and he even installed it so that I could drive home safely. Thanks Advance Auto Parts!

I’m not sure why they think being rude to people is acceptable. I went to get touch up paint for my car. When I arrived and was getting out of my car the guy comes out of the store and very rudely proceeds to tell me “that he couldn’t sell me anything because there computers were down”. Waiting a few days I called to see if they had my paint and was told NO we do not sell that paint, again very rudely Thank goodness there is two other auto parts stores in town to get my business. Must be because I’m a women
